No hay personal de oficina para atender preguntas e inquietudes. Cuando la persona entra, la puerta se cierra y no hay respuesta ni seguimiento con los inquilinos. Ningún personal de mantenimiento. Ninguno. Remodelación hecha mal. Las puertas no se cierran. Las unidades de calefacción habitualmente no funcionan, todavía no estoy seguro del aire acondicionado. Estanterías no instaladas sobre montantes, salidas de paneles de yeso, inutilizables. Todos los inquilinos tienen problemas con el funcionamiento del edificio. Mala organización. Ahora solo se puede entrar por 1 puerta, lo que dificulta los recorridos por los supermercados y las entregas. No hay estacionamiento asignado, lo cual es un desastre. Los llaveros no funcionan con regularidad y es necesario rehacerlos. Apropiación de dinero para Gorman. Busque en otra parte. Honestamente pensé que mejoraría. Simplemente empeora.
Tengo que si una persona escribió una mala evaluación para mantener a los demás de distancia. Se puedes ser completamente malas y llena hasta el 100 %. He visto este lugar y encontrarás a ser una excelente combinación de grupo demográfico y de gente maravillosa. Me vivir aquí si podía.
