¡¡Todas las reseñas son ciertas!! El personal de la oficina carece de empatía. El conocimiento de sus tareas diarias es muy deficiente. Se quedan encerrados en esa oficina y no tienen idea de lo que está sucediendo en la propiedad. ¡¡Sedientos de dinero!! Las comodidades son básicas. Espero que una nueva empresa compre este lugar y contrate a nuevas personas para administrar adecuadamente un complejo. Esto es atroz... sigan adelante. Dejarán que cualquiera alquile aquí.
Mala administración. No hay cámaras de seguridad. Huele a marihuana. No es un lugar agradable para vivir. El personal no tiene conocimientos, es inconsistente y la administración es deficiente. Me han cobrado cientos de dólares en tarifas por esto. A mi novia le destrozaron el coche y entraron a robar (dos veces). El peor lugar en el que he vivido.
NO te mudes aquí. El personal es extremadamente grosero. No son honestos y aceptarán su dinero.
Marihuana, negocios de drogas, cosas rotas, mal servicio, basura por todos lados, fumadores empedernidos en los porches.
