Amazing!! I moved here from colorado and I am loving the weather. Also I am a big fan of the valet trash pick up. Not having a dumpster to take my trash makes things easier.

We recently moved here and it has been such a great experience compared to other apartment complexes I have lived in around the valley. The whole team from leasing to maintenance is friendly and attentive. The property and the units are beautiful, new, and put together well. The amenities are great including the 24 hour fitness center. Although parking can be strange at first, we have come to like the process in place. Please do not read too much into the negative reviews regarding parking, you are able to park anywhere uncovered or can rent out either a covered space (this can be done on your own via an app) or garage. We are glad we moved here as it does not compare to many of the other apartment complexes in the valley.

Nice place to live in, place is pretty clean and well maintained. Nice común areas, pool table, enough space for reunions, nice and clean barbecue area, heated pool and spa, complete gym and extra Pilates area, easy access to almost everything you might need, stores, outlets, State Farm stadium, bars, restaurants, shops, gas station, parks, etc….

Cars or bikes ride back behind the dirt area at night but other than that a clean beautiful place to live. Staff is always nice and helpful. Even the maintenance guys greet you on the carts.

Everything about this complex is great, I love how quiet and peaceful it is, and my apartment is so perfect and cozy for me. The leasing staff, specifically Michael, were also the biggest reason I chose this apartment in the end - he was so kind and helpful! I really appreciate him so much for making the process to move in so smooth and efficient, and I could not express more how grateful I am that this location had availability. So far, my experience here has been great! The complex is very nice, clean, and offers amazing amenities. The only downside is the guest parking fee, but that’s minor compared to all the benefits. One issue I’ve noticed (not the complex’s fault) is that some residents don’t pick up after their dogs, and let them pee on the walls, which can create an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the complex does a great job of cleaning it up quickly, so that helps a lot. As for the electric car charging, some residents used to leave their cars plugged in even after they were fully charged, but after a reminder email from management, it’s improved—I hope it stays that way!

Everyone is very nice, even the other residents! It’s had to have guests over with the parking situation, which is a little disappointing for how much rent is paid and also our gates have been broken most of my 15 month here. Maintenance is super fast with response times and the front office is kind and listens. The complex is very clean!

Our resident experience has been amazing so far ?? Great clean and friendly community ?? It is also super quiet, regardless of being right off the freeway. Units are super clean, and up to date.

I'm really not impressed.. there's never any parking we have alot of issues with staff and getting issues resolved. Honestly this was not worth a luxury experience and I'm glad I talked so many of my friend out of this place because the stress is not worth it.

Ive lived here a little over a month and love it, the amenities are amazing plus the location. These are very nice, cozy apartments and the office staff Michael and Daisy are very nice and welcoming! 10/10 recommend these apartments.

Escape at Arrowhead Apartment is very ideal place, it is really a luxury living community. Location is perfect and very accessible from 101. Clubhouse is like a hotel environment. Admin staff are very professional, friendly and accommodating especially Daisy

Everyone here is super warm, welcoming, and helpful! I had a wonderful experience during move in and recommend living here. This is especially nice for college students being so close to the 101 making it easier to get where you need to go

All the staff was really helpful and nice! Since the first day we went to do the tour they were pretty nice and answered all our questions. When we got the apartment everything was in perfect conditions.

I love living here. The amenities are the best. Everything is very modern, new and always clean - from the gym, to the pool, to the grounds. The staff is lovely and the same group has been working here since I’ve moved here 6 months ago so there is a nice consistency there. Neighbors are nice and respectful of each other, and it’s always quiet. Highly recommend.
