Pets are allowed (no exotic pets, snakes) and birds must be caged. Your pet must weigh less than 25 pounds. All pets require management approval and must have their proof of rabies shots. The pet deposit is $150. Section 8 Vouchers are welcomed and are a replacement for the minimum income requirement. Esperanza is a smoke-free community.
