I have lived and worked at Esprit Cherry Creek for over a year and I would definitely recommend it. The prices are extremely competitive and reasonable for the area. There are great amenities like the 24/7 gym, the resource center and a cute dog park. The maintenance team is responsive and hardworking. The location is perfect, and right in the middle of everything you need. I would definitely suggest moving here; for your first apartment, to be close to down town and to not pay an arm and a leg for an apartment!
The maintenance staff here responds so fast when I have to make a maintenance request. The leasing agents and property manager are the best I’ve rented from yet. The apartment complex is busy but well maintained. They really care about the tenants here. There are tenants that have been here for 25+years. I enjoyed my 1 bedroom so much I upgraded to a 2 bedroom on the 4th floor. It’s amazing!!! My bedroom has a view of the mountains and it’s not unreasonable on rent rate at all. Every apartment complex has its issues but l have never seen a better management group in a complex this size. Bridge management is awesome and Mirna is the best manager you can ask for.
I have easy access to major highway, decent price for my upgraded 1 bedroom.
I'm in a one bedroom i have a great view. Location is perfect for my needs I work at DTC easy drive
I call esprit home I been on my home since 2014. I take care of my place and issue will be like anywhere else I understand I leave and older community and I'm ok with that because I'm not paying over price for a new place.

Elevator for my building has been broke for 6 months with no plan to fix, only 1 of the four washers in the laundry ever work and are very old and disgusting. Paper thin walls and children running around everywhere with no adults supervision.

Danny was super helpful in showing us the features of the complex and the individual apartment choices. Great location, close to public transportation, and a fantastic gym are my main selling points. Everyone looking for a new place should stop by!
I've lived here for over a year now and at first they make you think it's such a great community. First I was shown a unit that was nothing like the actual one I leased and they were not clear about that. The internet that make you get is HORRIBLE and there's nothing you can do make it faster because of their deal with Comcast. They combine internet with valet trash service which the trash service is nice but definitely not necessary. The internet and valet trash is combined equaling about $90 and this is an add on that you have to pay along with your base rent and utilities. The elevators are never clean despite constantly asking the office to send over maintenance. People let their dogs pee on the walkways right by your unit and the office won't do anything about it unless they see the dog 'with their own eyes.' It's a motel style setting and people are allowed to smoke right out their doors and cigarette smoke blows in your windows- there's a lot of smokers here. This place has potential but definitely does not live up to it. I feel it's too big of a community for the management team to handle. Most of the residents I have talked to are not pleased.
So our start here was very very unfortunate. We signed our lease in May with what we saw was a great management team and were thrilled to move in. We were very soon let down the day we moved in. Our newly renovated apartment was not completely finished (just missing a few pieces here and there) and had paint all over the floors. We quickly let the team know and they came and fixed a majority of the issues. We had issues with them every month because they messed up our rent and continuous left notes on our door saying we paid our rent late when we never did and they would charge us extra for such. At this point we were even just tired of going into the management office to talk to them because they were the least helpful people on the planet and made me want to find a new place to live 5 WEEKS IN. BUT. One very glorious day we got a note on our door (I was scared because of previous) we got new management. Again, it would have been nice to know that we were being bought out but hey it is what it is. ALL of the management people were switched out with the nicest and most helpful people I could have asked for. They have cleaned up many issues in the community areas, new outdoor furniture, they're currently working on the pool, and any past issues we have had with the old management that has crossed over they have waived. During the switch our dishwasher had completely broken and I had a work order in for almost 2 weeks before anybody got to it. With this new management within 3 days they had already came and completely fixed our dishwasher. We recently have had to break our lease not because of this new management, but for career advances. I'm sure if we were to stay longer and finish out our lease we would have renewed with this new company. I highly recommend. I also highly recommend talking to Alex. He was absolutely fantastic in working with us in our lease and helping us make a smooth transition into moving which I know would have been an absolute nightmare with the old company.
Ok, I moved here sight unseen this February. The leasing office staff; Nancy, Angie, Eva and another who's name escapes me right now are the friendliest I've ever met. The grounds are well taken care of, the infinity pool and hot tubs are a welcome amenity and open 24 hours. Trash pickup at your front door and free 100mbs internet are perks I also enjoy. I have read reviews and cannot comment on anything prior to me renting here but I have not had any bugs, loud neighbors, or trashed exterior. I had two occasions to need maintenance and within 24 hours my thermostat and dishwasher were fixed. You'd be smart to come visit and hopefully leave with a lease.

My friend used to live here , so I would come over all the time. It's peaceful, and well managed. I am planning on getting a place here soon.
Cheap apartment, grounds could be better kept up, some problems with laundry facilities. Overall OK for the price.
Spacious Studio apartment perfect for student or young professional, approx 475 sq ft. Perfect location, only minutes away from Cherry Creek shopping abd right across the street from Inifinty Park.
The apartments are good on maintenance and will make sure the apartments are in good shape for residents who are living there.
We have great management, great scenery, friendly neighbors, well groomed meaning aways clean and good security. I would a great place in general for a first apartment.
