Property Ratings at Essex Skyline at MacArthur Place
Looks cool from the outside but don’t be fooled Lived here for only 1 year . Thankfully it’s over . After paying the deposit in the beginning they still try to charge 1k for 6 days left in the lease after paying for the month. The inside of the apartment is nice. Not a place for family’s , there are parties , drug dealers and all here . People parting until 4 am . People Revving their exotic rental cars at all times of the day and night even in the garages. Elevators being down at least every week , no power , fire alarms going off at 3 am , 4 am lasting all morning. The pool not even facing the sun , completely blocked by the other building. The amenities being down , the gym is tiny . The security is terrible , brand new bmw completely scratched sitting in the parking garage , all they say is file a police report , way overpriced for the crap management and security , no cameras in the garage. Elevators smelling like weed , jacuzzi being dirty. The day we moved in we had to replace 5-6 lights being they all burned out , they should of been fixed before moving inn. The smoke alarm malfunctioned making the alarm go off all day. The blinds don’t cover anything or block any sunlight coming inn and also no privacy at all . The other apartments across the way just starting inn all the time. Super awkward. A/C doesn’t even blow cold air. Luxury apartment complex, but doesn’t have security teams roaming the place and garage , very close to the hood. People fly back and forth from other countries , no one is cleaning anything nor stopping Coronavirus from coming to the apartments. no thank you ! Where does our rent money go to , definitely not back into the business expense . The place does have nice views , relaxing place to unwind. Nice apartment appliances . That’s about it . Not worth the rent price though
I anticipate the end of my work day so I can escape to star treatment at the Essex Skyline in Santa Ana. The fragrance of serenity and a friendly smile from the the concierge greets me at the door. In the lobby exotic fresh flower arrangements and upscale decor set a tone of excellent living and I am happy to be home! My apartment has amazing views and gorgeous sunsets the ease away all my cares. I love that any day of the week I can enjoy laps in the heated pool and snuggle up to a cozy fire. An array of dinner options can be delivered to my table in minutes or I can prepare my own meal in a chef inspired kitchen. I love the Essex Skyline
