Estancia Apartments

Estancia is a great place to live. We searched and toured quite a few properties prior to choosing Estancia. All of the staff at Estancia were very friendly and extremely helpful upon move-in. Our family enjoys using the amenities offered here especially the pool, hot tub and grilling area. The pool is kept very clean. We have been very pleased with the response time of maintenance and especially appreciate Shaun being friendly and helpful with any maintenance request we submit.

Great location. Huge pool with lots of sun chairs. Nice gym. Landscaping always in great shape. All maintenance requests.

I think that you should try to keep the commom areas cleanner.. f Exple.. the buildings halls are full spiderweb

The management very tough with making the deal,,, the don't care about the customer. they trying to get rent as much they can. you make the deal they change it right after to close the deal,,, the price will change and the application fee will change as not as agreed. the treat people as a hotel every day they have rate.

This apartment complex is by far one of the nicest if not the nicest in the area. I would recommend to anyone.

Everything was great and easy. We like our apartment even more now that our stuff is in it.

I can not stand my neighbors above I have put a thousand complaints and nothing has been resolved about it, it is horrible the noise and I have no solution from the office and the grill area does not serve 2 grills and very dirty, 1 table only It should be please correct that detail of rest is fine.

I would recommend to my friends and family. The neighborhood was friendly and I felt comfortable

One of the best kept secrets in Tulsa. Great safe place to live but close to most everything near by and allows you to have a life outside of the normal work and home and be able to walk to places near by.

The amenities were up-to-date, the staff was professional; I love the set up the price, and the property up keep was amazing.

Would be a perfect recommendation other than little counter top space and virtually no parking on the north side of the complex.

I would not recommend only because the gates don?t function properly and cars are broken into often.

The workers are awesome, had a problem with upstairs ppl and the office tried to help....apts built so thin you can hear ppl talking and walking upstairs. I recommend not to live here but if you do pick upstairs 3rd floor. Cause no matter how quiet upstairs ppl are you will hear LITTERLY EVERYTHING THEY DO. Just for the record...worst upstairs neighbors I have EVER had while I stayed there. On bright side beautiful apts, good view and really nice ppl....JUST LIVE ON THE TOP FLOOR!!!!!!!

It?s calm place where you can grow old, and be proud to call your home.

My experience so far is great. Very quiet neighbors and as many pets as I have seen I thought it would be noisy but it hasn't been and everyone has been friendly.

The leasing professional was very knowledgable about the property. It looks to be a very clean community. The fountain in the front is very opulent. I am looking forward to living in this community called Estoncia.

Only downside is, it?s not smoke free, in the winter months we had to keep our bathroom door and sometimes our bedroom door closed due to the neighbors smoking in their bathroom.

I chose a gated community for a reason. Gate was frequently malfunctioning. Breezeways should be cleaned often. Trash bags outside apartments were annoying. All minor. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend in the future.

From day one everyone here has been nice and accommodating and willing and able to answer all my questions and help me in every way they can going above and beyond. I appreciate all of you!!

It was an excellent place to live! Everyone was super friendly and even though it was in town it was really quiet apartment complex! I felt safe and at home at estancia.

This property was highly recommended by my brother who is a former resident of Estancia. I can see why he had a great experience.

I would recommend this community just based on the way I was taken care of. The office staff made me feel like I was a priority to them and they were very attentive to my needs. Also, the unit I live in is absolutely beautiful.

Community looked very well maintained, very clean, and very comfortable. All while being close to parks, mall, shopping outlets, great restaurants, and other places of destination.

I have had a warm positive experience with staff and maintenance. They are top notch

I would recommend my friends, but I would be hesitant as long as the Groundskeeper continues to fail at performing his clean up duties. There is a tree behind building #6 that has crashed down on the cyclone fence several months ago damaged the fence. The large branches hanging on and over the fence are eyesores. Makes the property look trashy.

Inside of the units need to be updated.

I've always told my friends and family this is a great community to live in.

I think there needs to be more attention given to the type of people they accept as residents to prevent this community from deteriorating further.

It is my home and I know others would feel just as welcomed as I did.

I love the environment here at Estancia. The staff is very professional and easy to talk to, besides, the place is gorgeous and spacious.

The office staff makes you feel at home and I like the fact that there are only 2 gates to the community. The trash bin is a bit awkward in my opinion!

Office personel is above and beyond helpful. Maintenance is professional and timely.

The facilities are among the finest in Tulsa. The office staff is the best in Tulsa and really cares about the tenants (vs. competitors who treat tenants like numbers). The maintenance staff is very responsive, professional and kind. I would strongly recommend Estancia. I would do so knowing that it is also my name & reputation on the line by making such a recommendation.

Sitting on my balcony with a cup of joe listening to the birds is the best part of Estancia apartments. It's tucked away in the city so well you forget your in the city. Beautiful landscape that's well maintained with the softest grass you have ever felt under your bare feet. Neighbors are so friendly and mindful that you forget your in an apartment. Love this place!

Ive been living here for 6 years now and my stay here is incomparable to any other place I have lived. The staff is amazing , the maintenance crew is always there the next day to fix any problems you have and they throw parties for holidays bringing all the neighbors together and bringing joy to everyone by filling their stomachs with festive foods. They have a gym and tanning to get ready for summer and when summer arrives they have a pool and grill at you convenience , which is great for any birthday party, etc. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay while looking for a house or even just as a permanent living situation.

This is the best apartment I have ever rented. It is spacious and laid out well. The amenities are among the best, we even have a free car wash bay and vacuum! Never seen another complex with one. The staff bends over backwards to help you. The pool, the dog park, the billiards room and also a tanning suite are all top notch! They also have garages for only $10.00 a month!

I started my apartment search a month before I had to move. This was the first apartment I viewed. I didn't have an appointment but they were very accommodating. After viewing I asked if I could come back after I had a chance to view a few more properties. There was no pressure and I was told I could come back anytime before 5. After viewing 12 different properties I found myself back at Estancia. The apartment was perfect, it had full size washer and dryer in the unit- a must in my book, it had 2 bathrooms, 9' ceilings, and the list goes on! But what won me over was the garage. All other places wanted 100 a month for a garage but Estancia had a 1 year special and I only have to pay 10 bucks for a whole year! After that it is 100, still cheaper then all the rest!

The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout the move in process. They throughly explained everything and answered all my questions in a timely manner.
