They raised our rent $450/month when it was time to renew, which is excessive. Multiple crimes happened in the parking lot, our cars were broken into. We moved out and they sent us a summary of our charges and told us we had 30 days to pay. One week later they sent us an email threatening to send us to collections. Please before moving here consider how much they are willing to exploit you. A $450/month increase, which was a 30% increase, was devastating for us and I can’t imagine it wouldn’t be for most families.

Very clean complex with a friendly staff. The maintenance crew is top notch, especially Jorge. Megan in the front office is always quick to help and the pricing seems to be quite competitive within the area. 10/10 would recommend.

Moved in 2006. The plan was to stay 2 years, it became 10. Our apartment was just outstanding (top floor). Well-planned, with high ceiling. We never (or almost never) were disturbed by any neighbors (in other words, walls are thick enough). Maintenance crew on site always did a fantastic job. Best guys ever, if you ask us. Office staff as well, always friendly and helpful. In 10 years we never had any issues that wasn’t resolved quickly and with a smile. Pool, gym, and everything else is well-maintained. And nowadays, Estancia is close (walking distance) to some restaurants, and it is a 10-minute drive to Shops at Legacy with some up-scale restaurants. Walking/Jogging trails at a ballpark close by or at Arbor Hill Nature Preserve (10 min drive). Arbor Hill is also a great place to take your kids on a weekend. So is Hawaiian Falls Waterpark, which is within walking distance (15 min). We really did call this our home for 10 years and we DO miss it. Truly recommend it.
I love the layout of my apartment! It really makes the most of a smaller space. The crew here is amazing they always do their best to go above and beyond.
Nice apartment complex with friendly adult residents. Reasonable prices and secure gated facility. In the heart of popular North Dallas near Plano, Frisco, and many corporate locations. Shopping galore and everything is at your disposal. On-site exercise facility, pool and more. I'm here to be close to graduate school and am very happy with the location and facility thus far.
A lovely, comfortable home on beautifully maintained grounds, our unit has modern amenities and distinctive touches. Two large walk in closets, two large bathrooms, and newer kitchen appliances, all in a quiet building with convenient parking.
