I moved in during the new ownership transition in August and they have done a better job at taking care of my requests and move. Due to the previous owners lack of management, I wasn't able to move in the day I had signed the lease for, but the new management was able to get me a discount on my future rent and get me into a better unit. I'm glad we have the new owners. they put work to maintain these apartments well. Don't hesitate in applying. Waleed and Emma will take care of you!
Avoid this apartment at all costs; their staff are very unprofessional and will only take your money with no refund. We applied online and made a payment. There was no contact from the leasing office for a week; we called several times, left voicemails and emails, and received no response or contact from them until we traveled down to come in, only to find out the apartment we paid for was terrible compared to what was posted on their website. We told them our move-in date was June 17, and the apartment was available for immediate move-in. We got there on the 17th from Houston, TX. To avoid a lawsuit, they said they had issues with our social security numbers on the day we went in. Why didn't they reach out to us or contact us about it before we went in there? Since the apartment is very bad, we had to let it go, and our $340 application fee is non-refundable.

These apartments has had different managers and broken promises for years. Dumpster is always running over, broken glass everywhere! Parking is horrible and if you get off after 5pm good luck finding a park because there are cars that never move and the parking is so close that you obtain scratches and dents on your vehicle everyday. Renovations and remodeling is being done poorly. This place is Infested with roaches from neighbors and you pay for pest control but they come whenever they want and roaches are still visible, and only thing said was yes your neighbors do have roaches. But be late with rent they put an eviction notice on your door on the 4th day but take their time infixing things. The tub has been peeling for years and they only paint over it for it to peel again. They have storage containers in parking spaces forcing you to park in the street! Even though we've paid for a parking sticker! Can't ever get anyone to answer the phone! Tried calling the number that's available yet it's says it's not a registered working number and hangs up on you. I do Not believe we will be renewing our lease again.
Literally the only reason I'm here is the price. The fire marshal can't pass the property and has been here more than twice in a month, THIS month. Pest control is shaky, and there are both roaches and mice. The pool wasn't open this summer for the second time in three summers I've lived here. The parking lot is horrid, the spaces are so narrow that it's possible to be trapped in your own car, and I can count at least four derelict vehicles that are obviously wrecked and haven't moved in over a month in ONE lot alone. They don't have a towing contract, and the city won't tow from private property, so deal with it. Multiple USPS packages have been tampered with or outright stolen by office staff. Several people have been not only leaving dog waste on walkways, but ignoring leash laws. I frequently smell both tobacco and marijuana smoke through the walls. Both bathtubs have been peeling since I moved in, they've resurfaced both repeatedly, but very poorly so I gave up. I've had my vehicle rifled through, insurance papers stolen, and eventually the whole vehicle was stolen and never recovered - took three weeks to get a new mail key when I realized mine had been accidentally left in the car. My husband had his work tools stolen from his work van more than once, to the tune of several thousand dollars since those were specialized. In every case, the security cameras "didn't catch anything" but they'll threaten to fine you for not tossing your trash bag into the dumpster and cited those cameras as a way to identify you - what a joke. I can count on one hand the number of times I've received a return call when leaving a message. The ONLY good thing is that hammer and nails maintenance response is fine. Leaking sink? Pretty quick fix. Anything else? Nah, mate. If you can afford somewhere else, do.

Anyone lookn for an apt. Check out this property.. Its under new owner and new management so Its made a full 360.. Its been updated inside and out. I have been here off and on for about 3yrs and I honestly at first disliked these apartments cuz of maientence turn around time and things weren't getting done.. I'm happy to say that I love being here now. Things get fixed with in a good time frame you feel welcomed by the office crew. Property stays clean and the new owners and management care about tenants..

I've been here for over a 2 yrs and yes prior management, made a lot of promises, like a gated community, play ground , activities for the kids maintenance team still needs a lot of improvement, they-need HELP . but looking at the much needed improvement new management is doing it's bout time. Theses are much older apartments need new ac unit improvements. I agree on that. I've had ac issues.Parking could use more improvement and security we need a walking security guard like we use to have mainly for safety reasons & keep these Kids from destroying things & so they have something to do then running wild & destroying what they are fix. parents need to watch there kids & clean up after them and pets as well. And as for the office staff, we need to see the new manager out and about more that be nice... We need the online portal going plz.& night drop box & could we get a fitness center or some type of resident activity center so we have something to do

I am sick of the rude management and office assistance! They take forever to fix something and get mad when you call again to report the same issue. Just found out from my neighbor they had to change their name from Regal Springs due to all the complaints and drug/violence that was non-stop.This is not a safe place for someone with a family!

I've been here for a year and first off they do not have 24 security patrol. There is a lot of crime over here and I hear gun shots constantly. People getting robbed on the property! They lied and said new management would turn it into a gated complex but just like everything else staff states, it never happened. They have roaches that you have to pay to get rid of, if you have something that needs to be fixed in your home, they will come out weeks later to fix and probably won't fix it correctly. Parking is ridiculous. People with dogs let them roam And use bathroom wherever. Staff acts like you are nuisance, and they always say one thing and do another. U get what you pay for so if you care about your safety and want a clean and bug free apartment, pay a little more and find somewhere else to live.

First I want to say that the apt is big and it is within our budget but we moved in about a month ago and when we moved in things were not ready. We waited almost a month before we got kitchen drawers. Our ceiling fan in the living room still does not work. We can only use one bathroom because the other has been stopped up for about 2 weeks. Outside our apt there are no lights so when you go home at night you have to use the light on your phone to see. We had a wasp nest outside on our patio the knocked it down and left all the dead wasps on the patio. Flies come in through our fireplace so Im assuming there is nothing in there to keep them out. Our AC barely works we have our bed in the living room because our room is getting no circulation. I would not recommend these apts... The guys they have fixing on the apts come out look at things and never come back. Im currently looking for somewhere else to live....
