When I moved in, the lady who helped us failed to mention we didn’t have a working dish water, but one with rotten water sitting in it. It took over three weeks to get a working one, AND the woman at the front desk cursed me out and hung up on me. Baffled to say the least. The only reason we got a working one was because the maintenance man did us a favor, but he doesn’t work here anymore. We miss you Jose! Fast forward to new management almost 3 months later and the communication is still terrible. We’ve been without a washer and dryer for over a month. When I call they tell me the washer and dryer are on their way, just be patient. I have been so kind for over a month, but after getting the runaround for over a month, I’m writing a review as I can’t get in touch with anyone to help. I’ve talked to four separate employees and I’ve gotten four different answers as to where our appliances are. It’s a game of he said/she said/I don’t know. When you ask for a supervisor’s phone number, they tell you they don’t know and cannot give out personal information. HOW does a supervisor not have a business phone number?! The simple answer is they do, but the employees that work here are lazy and don’t follow up. We’ve only had a positive experience with one girl, and she’s brand new, Mariah. She has been very transparent and actually calls back to follow up. I cannot say the same about anyone else we’ve dealt with here. Do yourself a favor, and DONT sign a lease with them. They NEVER follow through, they don’t pick up your trash even though you pay for it, and they have hornets nests EVERYWHERE but won’t spray them. I could go on and on but you get the idea.
This people knows nothing about customer service, they are rude and not willing to help you or assist you if you request for something, aboid this apartments.
Almost a year in my apartments I still don’t have dishwasher, i was waiting four month to get sinks fixed (it was emergency sinks were leaking ) I stoped counting how many times I submit repair request and went to the office to talk with manager about, nothing done! I’m paying a lot of money for good quality service and apartments but I don’t have it! Not good service, they don’t have even maintains guys at Estates at Bee cave ! Do I still have to pay full price for no service at all , or I can cut it on half, my apartment bill ? I have to move in different apartment unit and pay moving fees because my neighbors upstairs, they locked their huge dog on the balcony and dog was peeing there al day long, I had a waterfall of ...... on top of my stuff ???? And they were so loud till 2-3 am ...
I paid $4,000 to legally break my lease and get out of this nightmare. The actual apartment layout is very nice and roomy. Looks great on the surface. Floors and ceilings are so thin it sounds like your neighbors are in your apartment. Repairs went untouched for 5 months. Other repairs were immediately marked "completed" when they were not addressed. Puke down the stairwells. Valet trash collected 4 evenings a week and placed at the entrance of each apartment building for hours until picked up. Gates were broken 4 of the 5 months I lived here. Cars broken into in the parking lot. Found the purse/ID of a missing teen in the parking lot. Overflowing pet waste containers. Piles of trash and numerous trash cans at the entrance 7 days a week. Water bills are $100+/month for 2 people. Wood stickers peeling off the particle board cabinets. Pleasse do yourelf a favor and look elsewhere. Literally, anywhere else.
The water bills here are over 100.00 every month and they ignore complaints - each time there is a water leak on the property our bills go up. Supposedly we are sub metered but they refuse to provide the reports on the meters that are required every 24 months by the PUC. They put the water bills on the system with the rent, so you get charged a 75.00 late fee if you have water bill disputes. According to the PUC the water BILLS are supposed to be separate and include usage, they aren't provided. If you ask for the report, you are told you must create a work order for the meters to be checked. They are in lease violation of their own addendum. The water bills tripled when Embry took over as owners. I have lived here 3.5 years and they ignore complaints. I had neighbors who partied all night outside until 1-2-3 am I recorded them again and again, yet I HAD to move units to get any sleep when that tenant should have been evicted for violation of his lease and the noise ordinance. In this unit I sweat to death in the summer and froze in the winter because they ignored my requests to check the vents and gave me the lazy answer of (your bedroom is the farthest away from the AC/Heat unit) Finally a new maintenance guy did what I asked him and got flow into that part of the apartment. RIDICULOUS!!! They took 3 weeks to fix my AC when it went out and I had a WINDOW unit placed which dripped water all over the patio and created mold. I can’t move fast enough when my lease is up!!! Oh and their garbage pickup you are charged over 300.00 a year and the crew throws garbage bags off the 3rd floor and have no regard for possibly injuring someone, that was reported and ignored. The crew picks up whenever they decide to, it used to be between 6-8pm, some nights they don’t show up, other nights not until after midnight! And do NOT leave a bag on the ground you will get fined 75.00 because wow that is equitable. They put that on the billing system also, so you have no recourse but to pay it or get hit with late fees day after day!!! Save yourself the misery and keep driving on by.

I just moved in last month and I absolutely LOVE it! I've lived in many apartments (Los Angeles, Del Mar, and Dallas) and this one by far is my favorite. The staff is amazing-- always super friendly and helpful! The location is great. (Target and Home Depot are RIGHT down the road. Need I say more?) I'm glad to call Estates at Bee Cave my home! :)
