I’ve lived here for several years now and i’ve enjoyed the kindness of the leasing agents as well as the the proximity to to so many nice places to eat, shop, and overall entertainment. The amenities and the apartments a very spacious and and nice quality. Super happy living here!
Stopped running air conditioning in the common areas Will need money order for deposits to use community hall Removed common laundry rooms Stopped providing printer papers and inks to the business room Staffs are not knowledgeable, doesn't have answers most of the time Recently flooded on many of the buildings because of the drainage blocked with leaves
Lived here for two years, paid my rent on time, and provided a 30-day notice to vacate. Management responded that in the fine print I had to provide 60 days notice which had to be precisely timed on the first day of the month precisely 60 days or more prior to vacating. This is not the first fine print surprise, there was something upon move-in about cleaning fees and deposits. Be aware that this is a company that is looking to empty your pockets and which way. We're not talking about fair profits here, we're talking about nickle-and-dime maneuvers that will leave you disappointed and frustrated and thousands of dollars short of where you expected to be after paying your rent on time for years.
They are just as bad as any apartment management i have seen. Be prepared for the at least a thousand dollars while moving out no matter how clean your apartment is.
Tell me why I have to supply my electricity to the construction workers that are working on the building?! I can assure you I will not reimbursed for it, but the apts sure will want their rent on time. Smh at the double standard. I think the old staff was great, but some of them left, Mgr is good, and the Maintenance is wonderful!
Had a very bad experience. Apartment was dirty when we moved in. Complex is not maintained well. Management and Staff are very rude and misleading. Charges for moving out early are enormous, not clearly stated in the lease agreement.
Worst management ... They barely care about the residents concerns. I've lived in appartments for 7 yrs but never came across this dumb rule that you have to pay for carpet cleaning, new paint and all the work they do to hand it over to new residents after you move out(ie 300$ penalty no matter what)... even if you cleaned it perfect.
The management is totally inexperienced and im polite. They treat you like they pay your rent and you live free. Maintanence people are not coutreous. I have heard many saying management quotes lot of charges for moving out. The rules are stupid and the staff are non proffesional. Lot of students lately makes the place crowded and expensive. Not worth it as next apt 7421 is far better for a little extra price. Waiting to move out
They will charge you at least $2000 ( YES IT IS TRUE ) for false damages.A place of highly dishonest and corrupted management.So it is up to you how you want to rate this place.
Very helpful when moving in then once rent goes uo every time you renew your lease. Parking is much too close for residents. I have plenty of dings in my car from numerous neighbor's cars. They do nothing unless you hound them to fix things. Huge let down and will not be renewing our lease again.

I liked the locality and structure. I am impressed with the facilities and the quality of service that they are providing.
This apartment is a good choice only 8 minutes far from utdallas. There are plenty of amenities and free play room. There is very quiet even my apartment is near the gate.
