Floor plans are great, open and new concept. Location is convenient. Amenities are good but could be improved.

The amenities are great the valet trash is not. The valet trash seems like a great idea, but only creates bug problems. The amount for rent is ridiculous too.

Estelle is nice but way to expensive and needs some work with the staff to address problems better. I was the first few tenets in the apartment complex. The gates never worked. Paid $50 for a key fob for the gate not to be working half the time. People’s cars was getting stolen/broken into and all they told us to do was to make sure we locked our cars. They never put up cameras to fix the problem or to at least see who was doing it. I had put my 60 day notice in and my water bill shot up. It was $116 for my 1 bedroom apartment with me just living in there. Called and finally got them to credit my money after being asked multiple times if I had a water leak which I knew I didn’t and also the water company bringing up in the email how she’s seen I’ve put my notice in!!! (Why does that matter) My water bill for June/July was again $100 for just me, I called again and all they could take off was $14. I bought a house and moved at the beginning of June but still continued to pay for my rent for another month. Paid everything I had to be done with the complex and I get told I had to pay $87 for a water bill for the month of June 1st /July 14th when I wasn’t even using the water but for 3 days of the cycle because I had moved out June 3rd. Called and all I was told was since they don’t have a meter the water bill gets split up between apartments and gave me a number to call about the water and it went straight to voicemail. You shouldn’t be charging a 1 bedroom apartment for water as the same as a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment. I just find it really strange how my water bill was $40 to $50 the 2 years I’ve been there but the moment I turned in my notice to leave it shot up to $100. If you’re looking for apartment complexes do yourself a favor and go elsewhere unless you wanna be paying $100 a month for a water bill for a 1 bedroom apartment on top of my very expensive rent I was paying.
The environment is so nice, a lot of places to eat, near a lot places to visit too, the energy is so cool, the common areas too I really enjoy my new apartment.

The layout of the apartment is open and filled with natural light. The rooms have tall ceilings and the kitchen appliances are fantastic and spotless clean when I moved in
Estelle is the first place we are renting since moving to the US, and we're so happy with it. We live in a B2, which is spacious enough for our family of 3. I would note that there is no play area for little ones, which makes a significant difference to us. The apartment, the amenities, the maintenance team are all good. Being so close to stores and food options has also really been great.
Estelle is a great place to live. The amenities are nice and well kept up. The office staff (Lauren, Dazha, and Ari) is awesome, they really care about you and the concerns you may have.
Estelle is a great community to live in. I feel that compared to other apartments they have the best layouts, staff, and amenities. Maintenance always comes VERY quick and they are so nice! The office staff is always so welcoming and kind. The complex is very well maintained and always very clean. Estelle has been the best apartment complex I have lived at due to the staff, amenities, and community. I recommend this property to anyone who ever asks about it.

As a parent of a college student, I feel that Estelle offers a safe and well maintained environment for our daughter. Estelle is also easily accessible from the interstate and Samford University.

I have lived here since they opened early last year and I have nothing but great things to say about Estelle! When I first moved in I was in an A2 apartment and it was the nicest and most spacious 1 bedroom apartment that I've ever been in. I recently got married and was in need of some more room so I decided to transfer into a B3 apartment since I loved Estelle so much and didn't want to leave. The ladies in the front office are very nice and helpful. They also plan some really fun resident events that I enjoy going to. I think my favorite resident events have been the Pool Party Mixer, Halloween Dive In, and Breakfast on the Go! Also, both sets of my neighbors have been amazing. I didn't know them when I moved in, but we ended up being really good friends as time went on. If you're looking for a high end, luxury apartment community with an amazing team and residents then Estelle is the one for you!
Estelle is a great place to live! It is a beautiful community that is well taken care of. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. The only issue is their ability to solve problems within the community.
I do not recommend Estelle. The apartment complex is poorly managed and no one is willing to help resolve any problems you have. The majority of the residents are young adults or college students with little regard for cleanliness, noise, or respect. The apartments may look beautiful, but up close they are poorly built. Be prepared to hear everything your neighbors do and say. The quality of the complex is not worth the amount of rent residents are asked to pay. Look elsewhere for a peaceful, enjoyable living experience.
Estelle is the ultimate luxury living experience! I have lived at many apartment communities and Estelle's management team is what makes it special. Any maintenance issue that has arisen has been taken care of immediately and is done in a professional manner. The leasing team is great to work with and are always available to help us in any way that they can. Kate has been a pleasure to deal with since we toured the units. Parking has been an issue since we moved in, but they corrected the issue by adding more parking spots and keeping all of the residents informed of the construction process along the way. The amenities are so nice and there are many resident events as a fun way to get involved. The valet trash is a great service as well as the parcel system for package pickups. The portal website/app makes it super easy to pay rent and place maintenance requests. I highly recommend Estelle if you are looking for somewhere to live!
Estelle is an excellent residential area that makes sure their residents feel welcomed and “at home”.
Estelle staff constantly strive to improve community/ resident involvement. It’s shown throughout the various events, i.e. yoga on the lawn, painting, and chunky pillow works, etc. Residents who are not living close to family members can still experience a community bond.
The complex is beautiful and in an excellent location, amenities are top notch and staff very professional and helpful. However parking is extremely limited due to a very skewed design where one side of the complex has less spots per units than the other making it almost impossible to find a spot anywhere near your unit after 6 or 7pm. They are helping this by building more parking spots however I think assigning at least 1 spot per unit would help a lot more.
Its a beautiful community. The renting process was fast, and the staff was very helpful. For a single person, the space rented was just perfect.
Estelle is AMAZING! I was feeling really discouraged when trying to find a place to live in the Birmingham area until I came across Estelle. The amenities are top notch and everyone that works in the clubhouse always goes out of their way to build a relationship with the residents. It's brand new so as you can imagine the finishes in the apartment are amazing. I love living here and I’m so glad I found Estelle!

I just moved into estelle and I love it, but there are some things that bother me. It’s beautiful and they have a salt water pool which is also unique and great on the skin and hair, and the interior is literally to DIE for. It’s right by walmart and all these places to shop and eat so it’s a super convenient location. Although, looking at this place from apartments.com, it states that wifi is included, which it’s not. You do have to buy your own wifi, which I was unaware of since it literally states that wifi is included. Also, this place does not have elevators so moving was a pain since we are on the second floor. The only cameras they have are in the office so if anyone steals or breaks in you’re just out of luck, and the staff is so bad at communicating. They only have a few workers in the office so good luck getting someone to pick up the phone or email you back. With that being said, the application process was dreadful. It’s so confusing to fill out (at least it was when we filled it out) and, again, the communication aspect is not very good so whenever I had a question I had to wait and wait to get someone to answer me. It took forever. I really do love this property. It’s stunning. They just need to do a lot more work on it to make it live up to its fullest potential.
Selena in the leasing office is great! The application process was frustrating due to leasing staff not communicating. Apartments are nicely designed and new. Dont rent here if you value a quiet place to live as every noise from neighbors can be heard.

Estelle apartment complex should be the go-to for those looking for apartments in Birmingham. I looked everywhere and once I saw the quality of Estelle apartments it was a no brainer.
This is my first apartment, and I must say, the process has been completely painless on the part of Estelle. The location is fantastic, the rates (especially for brand new apartments) are completely reasonable, and I couldn't be happier. The one bedrooms are super spacious, and every unit has a balcony/patio! Tons of shops and restaurants nearby, and if everything is closed, you have a 24hour marketplace for small essentials right in the clubhouse. Couldn't be more convenient.
