Weehawken is a relatively small city in Hudson County, overlooking the New York skyline. It contains the entrance point to the Lincoln Tunnel, providing additional routes into the city.

The team is very nice, friendly and helpful. I do find the invoice for rent to be confusing and not helpful nor consistent. It also would be helpful to have instruction manuals for the temperature Nest and the $30 a month alarm.

I couldn't be more pleased with Estuary so far! I had to secure a place ASAP and the leasing office was extremely diligent, clear and informative every step of the way! The unit was well kept, in-unit amenities work well, along with very nice community amenities! The location is great, the buildings are nice, clean and the staff/administrative team has been wonderful! I'd highly recommend Estuary as a place to stay, especially as I found it to be one of the more affordable options along the waterfront in relation to the amount of space I was looking for!

Location, location, location! Easy to NYC on NY Waterway midtown or light rail to Hoboken for downtown. Easy work from home environment with lots of distractions if you get bored in amenicized property. Handy bike room, EV parking and friendly staff to greet you. Watch the sun come up over Manhattan and reverse sunset at end of day from one of many fine bars and restaurants along the waterfront. A nice place to come home to.

I really like the Estuary - aside from the elevators being out of service quite frequently, it’s a great place and community to be a part of. We’ve been living in Estuary for almost 5 years and in the last two years though, the standards, care and communication have dropped significantly. This building was much better years ago with previous office staff. Almost every month the false fire alarm goes off. Sometimes the alarm goes off at night, and sometimes in the early hours of the day. Amenities are constantly keeping breaking down and not being fixed. It takes months for the management to repair. Obviously, the rent includes the amenities of the building. But Hot Tub was out of order for all summer, didn’t work a day this summer. NEVER!! Not even one day! How is it possible? What are we paying for? We checked Jacuzzi every week, hoping that one day it would finally work, but they never fixed it. Since mid-2019, the Golf Simulator has not worked for almost 2 years, in particular, the camera sensors did not respond, the projector had quality issues, and the touch screen display to manage the software did not work properly. The management never took care of it in the proper way. Now, in November 2022, sensors and projector have been fixed but the touch screen display has more serious issues than before (I can provide photos of it), making it impossible to use. Kids Room used to be amazing. Now it’s a total mess. All books are torn; all toys are broken, without batteries, and loose parts everywhere. They never ever buy any new educational /learning toys; only residents themselves bring new toys to play with kids. Last week, we found four old batteries in the puzzle box, which could cause serious injury if swallowed. I and others are incredibly upset not only by their failure to deliver on the promised amenity, but also by their lack of communication and compensation. In addition to rent increase, the cost of the garage has risen double despite the fact that we’ve been residents here for 5 years and a lot of amenities have not been working for months. They are much more interested in attracting new prospects than taking care of their residents. But I must say that maintenance team does a good job and responds quickly. But the leasing office and management need to be improved. To pay a premium, you should expect a certain amount of service from the management. Treat your residents as valued customers.

Great place to live, excellent events and we enjoy the ammenities. Maintenance staff is great and very timely. We really enjoy living here and have recommended this as a fine place to live. They are dog-friendly and continue to remind residents to do there part to make this place a great place to live. I have only had the one issue, disposing of my property prematurely, since we have lived here.

Overall, we are extremely pleased to be living in the Estuary complex. It's just the constant management changes in the past few years that bothers us. The continuity now since we moved here over five years ago does not exist.
