Rent price is better than nearby locations, but front desk communication could be better. I took my toddlers down for the pool one day only to find the pool was closed and no one notified residents! Little things like that really have an impact and can be frustrating.

My Apt is great have had no issues in my time here like the view out my Balcony. Community is good quiet , most residents I’ve encountered are friendly and greet and say good morning amenities are good as well.Like that the Complex is close to pretty much everything. Everyone here seems really quiet. No neighborhood or neighbor drama so far. I don't like that my car space is across the street from my apartment but only because of storms. Otherwise the walk is nice. The animals seem to listen to their owners so I fear no danger with that so far. The lady in the office that always helps me, she's incredible and has helped me through this whole process anytime I needed.

I still love living here after a year. My beautiful view of the pool and sand volleyball court makes me feel like I'm at a resort. The majority of other tenants are nice and the staff is helpful and friendly. The location is also a great plus. The only thing I don't like is that some really good people have had to leave due to the idiotic income cap.

Ethan pointe has been nice. I have never had any problems with my neighbors, noise, parking, etc. The only down side of things I would say is that since they switched over to income based, unfortunately a lot of people were forced out. Other than that, it was nice while I was here!

We renewed for another year! I love it here, very quiet & calm neighborhood, maintenance is always on point. I’ve had a few issues at the leasing office but nothing that hasn’t been resolved. Only thing I wish is that we had a playground for my daughter & all the other neighborhood kiddos!

Everyone in the office is polite and friendly. Even maintenance is nice and friendly. Very nice apartment. It has been 28 years since we have lived in an apartment.

Very quiet atmosphere. The staff is always attentive to concerns . Love the amenities. The best part is the covered parking. Not many complexes have this.

The only positive things I have to say are a fairly friendly community and good maintenance. The front desk never answers the phone or responds to messages, which can be really frustrating. They seemed really helpful and responsive when we first moved in, but now any time I need to contact them I hit their voicemail over and over. They also have a bad habit of inconveniencing residents whenever there is onsite activity that needs to take place for maintenance of the complex. Parking can also be a pain. I think 2 bedroom apartments should have more than one assigned spot for parking. If you’re renting more than one room chances are pretty high you have more than one car! Other than that, maintenance responds really quickly (sometimes too quickly, I like to have a heads up so I can look presentable!) and the community is friendly and safe.

Neighbors above my unit have no respect, just stomps around from 6am to 2am everyday, but that is the only problem. Everything else is really beautiful about the luxurious Ethan Pointe Apartments

This is by far the best home I’ve rented! It’s plenty of space for a bigger family. They have multiple floor plans to choose from. We went for the Victorian floor plan and it’s amazing. A huge balony with storage. We have an office with closet we turned into a room and the whole house is like a maze. We have a walk thru kitchen we love it. And most of all we haven’t seen any PEST AROUND

I've lived here about about 10 months and so far am enjoying it. I feel like I'm living at a nice resort since my apartment faces the pool (water) and volleyball court (sand), as well as a gazebo and grill. It's just a great view.

From the moment I stepped onto the property I knew I wanted Ethan Pointe to be my new home. Shalyn greeted me with a smile and started the process. Throughout the process all of the ladies were nice, professional and made me feel at ease and welcome. The unit I chose was clean, spacious and meets all of my needs.

Great quiet place close to everything including major Highways most tenants are friendly front office staff Are really friendly. apts are pretty big for the price not to mention the amenities which is pretty good compare to other complexes and soon well have a picket ball court on top of the other great Amenities , Definitely a place to check out if you’re looking for an Apt .

The maintenance and office staff are awesome. They work hard to serve the residents. However, the noise level in our building can be high especially in the evening when a person wants to relax.

As a whole, experience has been positive. Apartments are clean, spacious. Gym is always clean, as is the pool. Only complaints is the lack of camera/security system (car has been broken into), combined with lack of support in situation. Trash compactor can get overfilled, causing a lot of trash on the ground, along with a strong odor.

There were a few communication errors from what was said in person versus what was written on the lease and welcome letter, and my rent is higher than expected. A few things need to be fixed in the apartment, but nothing major. Other than this, the apartment itself is amazing. So lucky to be living here. I see myself staying here for a while, and I cannot wait to use the amenities!

I have been here for 9 months and enjoy living here. My view of the pool, sand volleyball court, grill and gazebo, as well as other amenities is like living at a resort. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The staff is great. I just signed for another year.

We love our apartment and the staff is great however, the neighbors are quite loud. The amenities are great. However, there needs to be more tables and chairs in the pool area as there is not enough seating.

So far my experience has been great. The people in the community are so welcoming! Also the community offers a lot of activities to keep you and your little ones (if you have any) busy. The only issue i’ve had is the normal hearing the person above you, other than that nothing to complain about here at Ethan Pointe.
