There has been a lot of dog poop in the grass and on sidewalks lately, my kids love to play outside but we can’t because people aren’t picking up there dog poop, also there has been a loose black dog roaming around the complex

Nice community, kind neighbors and super understanding office workers. Rent is far easier and gentler on those who are tight on money. Moving in was nice as well, and I have felt nothing but safe in the process. The walls are EXTREMELY thin. You can literally hear everything, the toilet flushing under you, babies crying, other people showers running and even people snoring in different apartments. The windows are not properly sealed you’ll hear everything going on outside and see lots of centipedes and flying lady bugs during warmer seasons. Overall it is a nice place to stay and the price isn’t bad. The amenities are a plus in addition to that the app called flex for rent is great. Maintenance is extremely quick and typically comes a few hours after the work order of the same day. Besides those issues I wouldn’t mind renewing my lease again.

I have enjoyed my two bedroom apartment. The bedrooms are a nice size with walk-in closets which I have used for extra storage. The office and maintenance staff are very accommodating and helpful. I have used most of the amenities and greatly appreciate the covered parking. I came home in the middle of a thunderstorm yesterday and it was nice to be able to get out of the car without being drenched.

The floors outside of the elevators in building 2954 are terrible. I have voiced my concern many times, but no one seems to care, it is so bad I am ashamed for guest to come and visit. Also I have seen trash siting outside front doors and beer bottles filling the deck below me, People smoking in the elevator. There used to be bulletins instructing residents that trash could not be left outside of front door, or trash left on front porch RULES NEED TO BE INFORCED. .

Apt and Community are great! Been here about 2 years now, nice amenities good upkeep. Staff are great, Friendly Neighbors, Community is closed to pretty much everything you might need, from major Highways to shopping mall and Hospital.

We have enjoyed our apartment and the amenities here. The office and maintenance staff are excellent. However, there is a big turn over of residents so it is hard to build a community and relationships with other residents.

I have enjoying living in my apartment which gives me a nice amount of space. The amenities have also been nice. We greatly enjoyed our neighbors and this community but there has been a big turn over of neighbors do they has been hard.

It’s Great Neighborhood to live in. Clean spacious a lot of activities to do stay in shape or just to get outside for the day. I would say more room to have walks and exercise.

I enjoy living here. My view is like a resort with the pool and sand volleyball court. The office staff is very and helpful. I am not happy about some friends having to move because of the HUD program.

The neighborhood is very quiet. They keep the complex very clean and neat. Any time I email someone in the office, they respond in a timely manner and answer all of questions, offer help if needed.

Rent price is better than nearby locations, but front desk communication could be better. I took my toddlers down for the pool one day only to find the pool was closed and no one notified residents! Little things like that really have an impact and can be frustrating.

My Apt is great have had no issues in my time here like the view out my Balcony. Community is good quiet , most residents I’ve encountered are friendly and greet and say good morning amenities are good as well.Like that the Complex is close to pretty much everything. So if you’re looking for a nice and quiet Community with good size apts good amenities friendly staff Ethan Pointe should be on you’re list .

Everyone here seems really quiet. No neighborhood or neighbor drama so far. I don't like that my car space is across the street from my apartment but only because of storms. Otherwise the walk is nice. The animals seem to listen to their owners so I fear no danger with that so far. The lady in the office that always helps me, she's incredible and has helped me through this whole process anytime I needed.

I still love living here after a year. My beautiful view of the pool and sand volleyball court makes me feel like I'm at a resort. The majority of other tenants are nice and the staff is helpful and friendly. The location is also a great plus. The only thing I don't like is that some really good people have had to leave due to the idiotic income cap.
