Ethos is a great place to live and rents to even better neighbors. The price is awesome for the space. The staff is always kind and attentive. 10/10 recommend.

Always on top of work orders. Very pet friendly. Thank you . Environment is very clean. Near my children school and my dog’s vet. Love the wild life view.

So far I have been happy with this apartment. The only downfall is that that front gates have been broken on and off since I moved in and it seems to take a long time to fix them.

Overall a good, consistent experience. All interactions I've had with maintenance have been timely and positive. Management seems responsive and helpful when I need it. Neighbors are not an issue and I'm happy with the location, quietness, heating/cooling in the apartment, floor plan, and nature trails on the property. The construction on the 35 frontage road right outside means traffic is always little frustrating coming and going, however, and the gates have not worked a majority of my time living here. The pool and gym are small and the dogs tend to be noisy sometimes (just a problem that always comes with a pet-friendly community). I have had problems with pests (mice and roaches) but I applied my own pest control and the problem went away. Overall not a bad value for the location, apartment size, and amenities.

I absolutely love my apartment complex. It’s spacious, full of great amenities, and perfect for someone like me who works from home, I get to take advantage of everything it has to offer and I feel safe.

Little to no communication from the office. They seem to not have answers and don't ever follow up with answers when they say they will. For example when they switched platforms for payments they didn't think through that it would shut down the online maintenance requests and when asked they had no idea how to submit maintenance requests online and never followed up with an answer when they said they would

The management has been great. Maintenance has been reliable. I love my floor plan and the layout of the community. My only complaints are the noise and how long the security gates remain broken. Overall, I am happy I moved here.

Move in was super easy, and the complex is great! It’s very clean and there’s lots of trails for dogs to walk on. It’s a very quiet community and the amenities are awesome!

Amazing, so happy that I was able to move in immediately. The place wasn’t as clean. However I cleaned out what was needed . The staff was extremely helpful & kind.

Never really had an issue here. Maintenance gets work done very quickly and neighbors are nice. The front gates work 50% of the time and the gates to the pool don’t work consistently.

maintanance is awesome here, really good community always see people walking their dogs and runnning around, have a lovely dog park, and it’s really cool living here.

I have lived here for a few months and have love everything here the only this is it’s hard for some packages to get here due to the address.

Just moved in and the office team has been really helpful with all my questions and getting me going! the apartment was clean and ready to go for move in!

Staff super friendly and every time we came with questions they always helped us out with anything we needed! Have heard a lot of good things about this complex and we’re excited to become a part of the community!

Ethos is a very nice community. The maintenance is amazing, and on top of it! The only thing that sucks is parking. Other than that I would recommend living here.

Love living here, great complex with a ton of nice amenities. The Pool House is updated, clean and games inside. Also like that it's not expensive to live here and staff is great!

Everything was fast and easy, from the start of the application to electronically signing the lease. Love the layout of the apartment, only thing I hate is the traffic on the frontage road so hopefully when construction is done it will be easier to come and go!

I love the neighborhood, love their amenities. I love the pool. I wish the gym could be a little bit better but It's still a good gym. Maintenance is really good and I love my apartment.

Flawless moving in, great community happy to be here I love my apartment , look forward to getting adjusted to the area and hopefully meeting some of my neighbors and getting involved in the community

Over all is really good experience to live here. I like that is for the most part quiet and clean. The only thing that I will like to see improve is the gym. It needs some maintenance urgently, I like to work out there, and there's a good machine that allows people to exercise different parts of the body, but the machine is being broken for a while now, and I was wondering if you are going to fix it. I already told the girls at the office, but nobody has fixed the machine. I will really appreciate it if somebody fix it. Thanks

So far, I would say, without a shadow of a doubt, with the utmost confidence and certainty that I will absolutely be living in the same apartment.

Good community, nice neighbors, great patio and apt. No complaints so far and it’s been 2/3 months. All we need is a little snack shop or vending machine.

This complex was great in the beginning, we’ve been here for five years. Amazing staff , great maintenance as well but wish the gates were fixed and had more parking space and garages open.

Office staff has been great and always responsive. I can’t emphasize how much I love the trails. This Is am apartment that feels hidden away even though it is off of i35.

I just moved in but it was simple and sweet. Everyone was very nice and informative. Jaclyn made this experience very smooth and easy for me!

I'd like to start by saying that the houses and maintenance team are good. The office staff js friendly as well but THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I'VE RENTED. Out of the 18 months I've been here, the community gates have been functional for maybe 4 weeks. Every time someone has complained, they are falsely told that "it'll be fixed soo". And when it is fixed, it break again in a week. The gym is non-existant. Equipments have been non-functional ever sice I moved in, and have broken/gone missing further without a single fix. There have been several sightings of homeless people around the community. Whenever I'm out on a walk and come across one, I have had to make sure they do not cause trouble to female residents walking in the community. Multiple cars have been broken into and stolen from in the past. From what I know, these complainta were never addressed. People have ultimately stopped complaining because nothing is ever addressed. It's a sad state.

Moving into Ethos Apartments has been a fantastic experience! The modern amenities, welcoming community, and convenient location make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

Staff is extremely helpful to my every need. Rent is reasonable and it’s a safe and quiet neighborhood. They are even making renovations on the outside making the neighborhood look even more alluring. I highly recommend.

The move in was smoothly. The staff was very informative. The apts are doing renovations and it looks great around this area. I feel safe and there’s tons of trails.

10/10 Definitely recommend! Not only are the apartments amazing but the agents are very helpful! Super grateful for the beautiful community I now get to call home.

I love living here, the attentiveness and the amount of care that goes into the property and it's residents. I have no regrets making Ethos my new home.

Nice place, nice apartment , nice dog park, nice pool and bbq gril. good place to live, quiet and clean. I like this place, it's quite comfortable.

Nice place to live but the main machine in the gym that offers the most workouts has been broken for over a year. Would be nice to get that fixed.

Experience has been great. I love all the green and it truly feels like I am in a green oasis in the middle of Austin. I also think the trails are great

Not very happy about the paint job. Lots of bugs. Everyone leaves their trash cans out, trash piles up around the dumpster. The concrete is filthy. Paint left on the concrete on the patios.

Fast, easy moving process end I love it already! Did the application one night got approved the next day. Alicia was a great assistance! Ready for this new journey.

Really nice, all the amenities are pretty nice! Maintanence is quick we’re able to solve my problems in a neatly manner. have been living here for two months and honestly haven’t had any big problems.

Love being around all these trees. It feels like you are in a wooded nook in busy Austin. Maintenance is awesome and resolve issues very quickly.

I have lived here since 2015. For the most part everyone who works in the office is very helpful. The grounds, gym and pool area are well maintained. I wish the upper floors didn’t have carpet but that aside I like all of the floor plans that I have lived in. Also when appliances break they are very on top of repair or replacement.

Great apartment. Only complaint would be slow replacement of back pool grill. Maintenance staff is great and management is responsive to most all inquiry’s.

The property has nice trails and a nice atmosphere. Not a big fan of the new paint on the building however. Other than that, I am enjoying living at Ethos so far.

I love the view, and staff of the apartments. They really did make me feel right at home. I plan to live here for a while as well, and my dogs love it.

The apartment offers great amenities. The staff have always been very nice and quick to assist. There are nature paths that help you feel like you live in a forest within Austin.

It’s really good I really like the amenities is a really good community to live in, have no problem so far with anything , maitanence is really fast and quick to fix things.

Ethos Apartments blend convenience and luxury in a vibrant area. Amenities include a gym and pool. Modern design features open layouts and high-end finishes. Management is responsive,Downsides are high rent and occasional noise. Ideal for those valuing style and location.

Great place for pups! I really enjoy living in this community! Very beautiful and friendly staff! Great views and trails to walk along and enjoy.

Used to love living here but lately they keep updating things that are not a priority and ignoring the things that need to be fixed like the gates. If you ask about anything the office staff gives you the run around.

super clean complex, lots of amenities, friendly and hardworking staff. if youre looking for a luxury apartment complex but you dont want to pay an arm and a leg, this is a great option.

It was a good move, the only unfortunate so far is that I’m trying to change my address to receive mail and it’s saying address not found.. lady in the front desk said I can call USPS & when I did they said they can’t change it over the phone… I have a newborn so I’m worried I won’t receive my mail..

It’s been okay. I wouldn’t say it’s been bad but it hasn’t been the best. I’ll still continue to live here though. I appreciate the updates around the community.
