Cleveland is a city where spirit meets sophistication, and nowhere is this dichotomy more on display than Downtown. This lakefront district packs a whole city’s worth of attractions and amenities into a fairly compact area, making it easy for folks to walk or bike anywhere quickly: to work, to get a bite to eat, to a ball game, even to catch a flight (Burke Lakefront Airport sits right on the shore of Lake Erie). Like many Midwestern cities, Downtown Cleveland features a skyline filled with grand architecture, from the historic public buildings to the vintage skyscrapers to the magnificent monuments dotting the landscape.
Quicken Loans Arena, FirstEnergy Stadium, and Progressive Field are all only a few blocks away from anywhere in Downtown, giving residents direct access to professional sporting events and major concerts year-round.

Property Ratings at Euclid Grand
From the moment I toured the building, I knew that Euclid Grand was something else. Ever since then, living here has been nothing short of amazing. The friendly staff, the sense of security and the community feel are simply unmatched.
Best place to stay in downtown, the rooftop has a view of the fireworks whenever there is a game in the stadium, the game room is fun and has a big TV where we enjoy our weekends watching movies.
We love our apartment and the sense of security provided by Euclid Grand. The secure parking and building access along with the beautiful PH apartment and amenities were the top selling points for us.
The maintenance so far has not been good but the apartments are nice and spacious and the prices are reasonable.
I loved it since the tour and almost a year later I still love it. Great communication all around. The energy is great!
We moved in two weeks ago and love it! The leasing and concierge staff of very pleasant to work with and have been very accommodating to our needs. The units are beautiful and quiet. We have had no noise issues at all. We love the downtown location and vibe! We could not be happier with our choice on Euclid Grand.
Nice modern apartments located in the playhouse district and near Progressive field.
This has been best living experience Ive had downtown in Cleveland. From leasing to move in to maintenance everything is far above any of the expectations I had for downtown living.
I really enjoy living in Euclid Grand. The apartment is very spacious and stylish. The amenities including the rooftop deck, gym and work from home center are superb. The leasing and management staff is extremely professional and helpful.
I love living at the Euclid Grand. It is in the heart of downtown Cleveland and within walking distance to almost everything you need. I love my apartment, all of the amenities, and the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! I am very happy living here.
