Central West End’s European vibe is on display everywhere you look, from the classic architecture and layout to the charming parks and gardens to the open-air cafes and bistros that line the streets. The most dominant landmark is the sprawling Forest Park with its trails, sports facilities, lush greenery, and famous zoo – it’s a perfect community backyard for the families and urban professionals who call CWE home. The neighborhood’s elaborate Halloween celebrations and Labor Day Greek Festival are immensely popular, drawing people from all over the city. Art galleries and performance venues are popular draws as well, and the neighborhood enjoys a healthy yet subdued nightlife scene.
While located at the heart of one of the region’s biggest cities, Central West End is mostly residential, with most of the landscape filled with single-family homes. Apartments tend to be very affordable, and rental houses tend to be quite reasonable as well.

Property Ratings at Euclid+Pine
I have been living here for 2 years, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. The management team is friendly and responsive, always addressing any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. The location is one of the best aspects of living here. It's conveniently close to Whole Food and Forest Park, making it easy to get around without much hassle. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in the area!
I moved in about a month ago, good price, great location. They must have gotten new management since the prior reviews as I have seen no roaches or gnats. The lobby is kept well. I had two issues with the radiators that were fixed by the very next day. Kyle was incredibly helpful in doing such. Only issue I can really find for the price is them not having their own dumpster.
This area is prefect for nightlife and convenient if you work at the hospitals. The unit is nicely renovated however this doesn’t fix the fact the building is old which can lead to issues. This was a last minute decision and I knew I would regret it. I was hesitant on living here but I had no other options. Initially coming to tour, the leasing agent I had been speaking with didn’t come out to tour with me (RED FLAG). This leads you no room to ask real time questions. As soon as I decided, the leasing agent disappeared and I had no way of asking questions due to poor management. I have stayed here for a year and have experienced horrible leaks with the washer/dryer, two incidents with a clogged kitchen sink, my closet rack collapsing, leaking dishwasher, gnats infestation, roach infestation, and it’s always left disgusting in the halls. Maintenance hasn’t cleaned since the first viewing I had over a year ago. They only clean the 1st floor entry way and that’s only when it’s a huge visible mess. As far as trash removal, tenants are told to walk into an alley by subway to dump trash. The whole place is sketch from the appearance to the basement( this will really send chills down your spine)! RUN don’t walk!
It’s so hard to communicating with management. And after you signed the lease you can’t talk to anybody with your issue. The leasing agent ignored your issue.
It started with red flags from start to end. The numbers on their websites led to disconnected phones and once I got in contact with someone they had an attitude in our messages including ignoring the location I actually wanted to see. I was finally able to confirm location and time for the next day. 15 minutes after our scheduled time no one was there yet. I messaged to see if they were even on their way and the only response was “go to apartment ###”. As a woman by myself I was uncomfortable with the situation and asked instead for another time to meet. After 25 minutes no show and no response I am glad I’m dodging the bullet on this place. I was even able to confirm with people in the lobby that residents have had many issues with management. I only had to deal with this place for one day and it was impactful enough to lose a customer and I’m thankful it happened before I signed a lease.
Good location. It is an old building with maintenance issues. Kevin from maintenance was excellent & professional and addressed my issues.
Great location. Management/landlords are totally incompetent. I requested a smoke detector in the hallway to be replaced or batteries changed for 9 months straight; on the day of my move out it was still beeping. This is the tip of iceberg for this place. I do not recommend living here.
The location is very good if you work in WASHU or around and the area has a lot of life that allows you to move quietly through it. Now, the landlord is the most dishonest person I have ever seen in my life. If you write to him for any problem he will never answer you and he will only answer it if there is money in the middle. Mention also deserves the maintenance that they do not fix but they make patches of bad quality hoping that you do not complain much.
Management SUX. And they have cockroaches up the ying yang. Only good thing is the location.
The location of this building is perfect for anyone working or going to school at any location at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital/ or affiliates. There are plenty of restaurants and free off street parking. The problem is that the apartments are old and dirty. There was dust/debris/grime everywhere when I moved into my apt. On multiple occasions I had to request something to be fixed or ask a question, I had to reach our two or three times before I got a response.
