About 40 miles north of Dallas and Fort Worth, Denton is an energetic, progressive community in the heart of the DFW Metro. Even by Texas standards, Denton is booming – it is one of the nation’s fastest growing communities. It’s a college town, home to the University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University, but it’s also a hub for business and tourism, located near Lewisville Lake and only a few minutes south of Ray Roberts Lake.
The 35 Denton Music Festival and Denton Arts and Jazz Festival are both signature events with great tunes and dancing. You’ll find tons of things to experience in this suburban city. Spend your days at nearby Lewisville Lake or shop the stores at Golden Triangle Mall.
Local restaurants thrive in the downtown area, like LSA Burger Co. With its unique burgers, rooftop patio bar, and live bands, this Lone Star Attitude-inspired eatery offers a true Texas atmosphere.

Property Ratings at Eureka Village
Roaches & unresponsive office staff, they let anyone live here unchecked, the police or fire truck are here once a week for who knows what. Parking lot is a hangout for people with loud music and drinking. Washers and dryers are always broken. They shut water off for hours during the day to "fix the boiler", but how many times are you going to put bandaids on it? Water came into my apartment every time it rained hard and they would clean the carpet, but never fix the problem so I would have to move my bedroom things into the living room to keep from getting wet and water bugs are everywhere. I put up with it at first because the rent was cheap, but it went up $100 every time I did a renewal. Not worth the misery.
UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AGAIN. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A PLACE TO LIVE. THEIR LAUNDRY ROOM IS A JOKE. WASHERS AND DRYERS HAVE NOT WORKED IN MONTHS. THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. LOTS OF THEM. RECENTLY THEY CALLED THE TOWING COMPANY AND HAD MY CAR TOWED UNDER ABANDONED VEHICLE. SINCE IT HAD NOT MOVED IN 10 DAYS I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND THEN IN TAMPA FOR A FUNERAL. IT HAS A LIGITIMATE PARKING STICKER ON IT TO TOP THINGS OFF. MY CAR WAS IN COMPLIANCE. IN ADDITION THERE IS NO CONSISTANT HOT WATER. COLD SHOWERS MY FRIEND!!!
Wow. What a difference. Esther the new office manager is professional, helpful and gets things done. She has an exterminator coming in and the roaches are almost under control. We went from no hot water...period-to now having it most of the time. Still not always it is intermittent. The laundry room remains a mess. Our clothes have been stolen so you must wait while they wash n dry. We are waiting for them to fix the washers and dryers at this time so you must use a laundry mat. Maintenance came into our apartment and made all of the repairs we had reported that needed addressed. There is also lighting on our building now. Slowly but surely things have gone from a 1 to a 3.5 rating! Congrats and keep up the good work. Denice Feeney
The number of roaches makes this place almost unlivable. We are not dirty by any means, but there are constantly 10-15 roaches. Maintenance has come and sprayed, but the roaches only stayed away for a week or so.
Scott Brown Properties took over a few months ago and not once have the new staff introduced themselves. I've never seen their face for months. The phone number on the website doesn't work and I don't know how to get a hold of them. People literally dump things like old desks and stereo systems behind the apartment and it never gets cleaned up. Aggressive dogs around and poop everywhere. Horrible layout for the one bed one bath, my clothes always smell like cigarettes and I can smell the upstairs neighbors smoking weed. The only good thing is living across from the park and location is ideal.
The apartment itself is alright. It has outdated appliances and fixtures but everything works the way its suppose to. The biggest problems we have are with the water and the thieves who live around here. We didn't have hot water for months and they still haven't figured out what up. And we thought this area was o.k. when we first moved in but on our first night here our tailor was broken into. Also, and I know this isn't necessarily the apartment owners fault, but people keep stealing clothes from our laundry. I would not recommend living here.
Not fancy but good priced Has some bugs And neighbors complain a lot
