Property Ratings at Evelyn Acres & Town Square Townhomes

Amenity regulations not followed
As a former tenant of these very nice townhouses I can testify the management company does NOT regulate the rules. There are several tenants with dogs OVER 30 lbs.and the they do NOT clean up after their dogs! They also indicate No Smoking and the tenants stand outside and smoke - right below your bedroom windows. It's a shame because these WERE beautiful townhouses. They will be trashed in no time because the management company rents to anyone just to get the places full so they can collect their $.
