Gabriel, the leasing specialist, is professional, courteous, grateful, and always available. Property maintenance, Matt, is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our unit is well insulated; can't hear my neighbors on both sides of our walls. No loud and scandalous neighbors. I have great neighbors; we greet each other hello good morning how are you. The community is quiet and safe; security presence at night is great. I've even accidentally left a car window down overnight and my car was left untouched. Room for Improvements: Please reiterate smoke free living in the property. Dogs have to walk on coarse small rocks to use the bathroom; need a proper pet park. Lastly, receptacle areas need to be sanitized regularly.

I agree with the previous review. I have been here for 9 months and am looking to move as soon as possible (I might even break my lease). My main concern has been the steadily increasing utility costs. Both the management and the third party utility company Conservice(Yes that same Conservice which does water price-gouging) have not answered any of my questions. I get vague statements, but it looks like I also pay for ghosts and neighbors. My bills have tripled and my colleagues are stunned when I tell them the amount I pay. I know many neighbors who are leaving, but it is then filled by new renters who have no idea of how they are about to be scammed. I have been looking at other place and can say that this is Vegas and you will find cheaper and better apartments. Just avoid the FPI management properties and those that use Conservice. This location and neighborhood is amazing, but you can find better nearby.

Been here for a few years and I haven’t had much positive experience: -They increase rent by atleast 20-30% at every renewal -for some reason, water costs are high. I paid $90 in my water bill for December for a single bedroom apartment!! In December! -Their trash and sewer charges are also high compared to other places You are better of looking elsewhere, this is a very Expensive home

my first year there the place was great the staff was great great activities. but in less than a year the high staff turn over resulted in many of the excellent staff members being replaced by people with poor people skills (at best), when I left after 6 years (and over $600 in cost added) They weren't doing resident actives there had been 2 shooting that had the cops called and an attempted murder stopped by vigilant residents and lucky a random security patrol. And the is on top of a change from a nice quiet community to one with weekly domestic disputes that could be heard several buildings away, and other similar changes that take away from what was once a great place.
