I am loving my New home at evergreen 9 mile! Everyone has made me and my sweet girl Ella feel so welcomed! Kira has helped up since the beginning and continues to answer all questions if any! The whole staff is super sweet and always there when you need them! The apartment complex is kept nice and it seems to be quiet & safe since I’ve been here!

Management is beyond unprofessional and will not address you issues. All they want to do is move people in and they do not care who moves in. I have been trying to address a noise issue for MONTHS and have resulted in hiring a lawyer. The noise is so loud that you can’t even get a peace of mind. I can’t even cook, clean, watch a movie or even read a book in peace. I have resulted to moving out and of course I still have to pay rent until things are settled. They treat you as if you are the problem when they do not care if people dogs barks all night or if people run and jump over your head all day and night. Do not believe the outside. Poor management! Disgusting neighbors and they do not clean after themselves. Not worth the price!

Complex not complete, under construction! No amenities are available! No pool, No gym, no dog park, NO NOTHING! AMENITIES SHOULD BE #1 RIGHT NOW WITH GETTING DONE! But it isn’t. You will be here possibly 4 months without that. You will not get a special or discounted rate for that. WIFI IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE EXPENSIVE RENT, unlike other complexes in Pensacola. Building cheaply built, the hallway floors are cracked everywhere and stained concrete. Looks so bad. Shower has no towel hanger just a cheap shower head no where for your soap. Sink tiny doesn’t even fit the sink. Counter tops very cheap beige tops, with cheap cabinetry. Outside gate broken anyone can enter. No surveillance. Elevator HOT and works poorly. Very noisy here on the 3rd floor. Very loud regardless the construction is LOUD. You wake up to it. I have been here 30+ days now and I hate every bit of it. I ask other tenants all of the time how do they like it and we are all on the same page. Absolutely nothing fancy here this is not a luxury or high end apartment complex. Don’t waste your time or money.
