Save your money and time off your life.
The community here is terrible, it’s so dirty they don’t hire hallway cleaners. Maintenance is never being done unless it’s a NEW apartment. No land lord, nobody to listen to any issues or emergencies. Submit a work order and they will never get to it, call them to try to talk to them, get laughed at.

Worst place to live
They never took care of the mold, leaking windows and the floor was ready to fall apart! My som was always sick because of the mold the hallways were disgusting the neighbors are horrible and can hear every little noise

Nice
I actually like living here I've been here for almost a year now its quiet and the neighbors keep to them selves maintaince could use some help but they have always addressed our concerns and ..no bugs! The office lady's are nice as well.

poor management
they where rude wile I lived there I was on the bottom floor and could hear every thing and I mean EVERY THING the lady above me was doing they never talked to you about complains eather filed for you or against they even cut my lock when I was on my way home from a drs appointment

worst case scenario...
Long story short extremely bad maintenance things rarely if ever taken care of inside the apartments and out the bug infestation is the worst part bed bugs in the building! And bees nest everywhere!
