I just want to say the office staff here is so NICE!!! Dana, Kourtnee, Beverly & Belinda was the friendliest I have ever experienced. Most times people working in the apartment industry are rude and will not show interest in helping. Well, that was the complete opposite of what I found here. My Move-In day was Great!! :) I will recommend any and everyone to do yourself a favor and come down to see for yourself :)

They were very kind and attentive in the leasing office. I only went for a tour of a 2Bd / 2bth. The unit is nice but not worth the rent for the size . Very low ceilings . Living room is smaller than dining area . Bedrooms are not a nice size . Best part you get a lot of closet / storage space. As soon as i walked in there was a roach on the floor. The young lady who was giving the tour tried to act like she didn’t see it. But we BOTH seen it. In my opinion it’s not worth it. I asked if it was quiet and really couldn’t get a straight fwd answer. They do have Amazon hub lockers on site which is cool . Pool area & fitness center are really nice .

Haven't been here long but so far no real complaints. Any small issues have been covered in a timely fashion. They did switch management soon after signing the lease. With the new management a few changes were made. One of which was taking away the community laundry. If you do come here to view do yourself a favor and get in touch with Daneeka. She's great. She will sit with you and walk you thought the whole process. She makes it painless and easy. Very helpful and always with a great smile.
I am looking for a new place and I love the place, but it needs a pressure wash in a huge way
I'm not even a resident, i called for availability and who ever answered the phonr had a nasty demeanor, not interested.

I must admit that the best thing about these apartments are the size of the bedroom's and the over all apartment. I love the space and there are Garden Tubs in all the bathroom's. However, the leasing agents suck and none of the amenities work that are offered with the overcharge of the rent. And nothing has worked in the last 6 years. This includes the weight room, the pool (never opens in the summer- only on the holidays) and the on-site car wash. Also, the over-all customer service of the leasing office to the maintenance men suck. The leasing agents attitudes are terrible. It takes at least two weeks to get a work order complete. And god for bid you complain to them- it will take even longer. The property was quite nice and quiet but they have started leasing some of the apartments out to the rehab centers, and believe me, they are turning this property out..smh! I can admit that the property has made a few changes and are promising that everything will be working and upgraded soon. CFLane has other nice property's that I will be willing to move to, but I will most definitely make sure the property is up to par and they're not renting out to rehab. I'm planning on moving when lease is up.

DONT move out here. I've live here for about 4years,the leasing agents are a joke. They tell you what you want to hear just to get you out there face. The car wash has never work since I been here. The ground work is up kept. The front gate is always broke. They go up on fees and don't tell you. They just did 50%water bill increase n have paying for trash pick up. My water bill has increased. Online it says trash is free. That's a lie!!... They charge for pest control n I still see bugs. Im my own pest control. Ceilings fans, ha I surely don't have them. The insides are OK, need up grades. They don't come paint inside apt. Blinds are $50. They go up on rent. Hidden Fees. I'm looking to move now. This video is a joke... Ha Ha. They Tell u anything to move in!. They keep changing property MGT. N Fees keep Increasing. These apt are to high for what they offer. The screen in porch is the best thing.
The rooms and bathrooms are a nice size. I have a queen/king bedroom set and the both fit with no issues. The tubs are great, they are huge and deep. My only issue is that maintenance doesn't leave notices and they work at their own pace. The area is clean, neat, and quiet. The location is great you are close to the highway and shopping areas. You are not far from the airport or downtown and are close to public transportation. Good Luck!!!

The apartments are spacious and have screened in porches it is a quiet community pools are usually closed on Mondays for cleaning its also is a clean environment the down side of this apartment complex is the gym reason because there isn't much in it there is a laundry house but overall it is a great neighborhood.
Its not a bad plce to live , the place is close to work , but theres only one place to go shopping everything else is milles away and the public transpototation is not good.The complex itself is not to bad neighbors are pretty good.
