Thank you for taking the time to give us a wonderful review! We are happy to assist you in any way!
I truly love the atmosphere and secure feeling living here. Great staff of employees. Quiet and great up keep of property. Close to Super Markets, and transportation and churches. I love too, that there are in house washers and dryers. And you're also close to laundry mats and a fantastic donut ?? hunt. Close to many banks, as well. And the apartments are very nice and up to date.

Hello, thank you for sharing your experience at Evergreen Park! Our team is happy to hear you are enjoying the community! We look forward to see you during our resident events this year!
Its so expensive and the quality of the apartment is crap. It has old windows and the parking is so packed, its rare to see one open. The managers there never respond and the maintenance is rude.

I never saw the actual apt before I signed the lease. However, in the first week I moved in, I found many of appliances were inoperable condition including the disposal that drains water from the kitchen sink, oven, dishwasher, bed room door, and window. The broken kitchen disposal failed to drain the sink water as result it created overflow into the dishwasher which I never used it and it was not inoperable condition in the first place. This created bad odor. I requested maintenance 3 times, but the requests have never been processed. In addition, sometimes, the hallway smells weeds because neighbors smoke inside their apartment. The roof of the apartment is not soundproof because the footstep noise coming of the above roof is so annoying.

If I could give no stars, I would. I currently live here & absolutely hate it. It has literally been one disaster after another. Staff will be extremely nice until you move in and then they ignore your calls and avoid fixing anything. They never follow through. I was waiting to hear back on work that was supposed to be looked into for over a month to call and be told a work order never went through for it. The communication between, Thomas the manager, maintenance, & the front desk staff is beyond any point of return. It’s plain awful. My apartment has been entered repeatedly without consent to enter, my walls were painted when I never ordered it, my patio was fixed with nails sticking out, I go days and almost a week before I usually get a response, I have maintenance knocking on my door when I told front desk staff that they don’t have permission to enter that I had plans that day, flea infestation, water bubbles/damage on walls, homeless continuously sleep inside the gate & use the inside of the dumpsters for urinating. This place is the worst. Stay away if you can and don’t get sucked into this hell hole.

an hour ago Went to go look at an apartment with Mariana. She said shed wave the applications fee. Something didnt work out and I wasnt able to move in. 6 months later I get a letter saying I owe them 60$. They wont return my calls. So apparently that was only waved if I moved in. Very impractical and horrible business. Dont waste your time with this place youl end up owing money if you dont move in that disgusting place.
Love the community and my apartment. It’s just overpriced.. other than that I highly enjoy living here

I have lived here 3 years and I still love my home. Both the office staff and the maintenance crew are amazing. El is my current favorite but I appreciate each and every one. I want to mention Kyle. He is very thorough, removing cob webs and sweeping. The east side is absolutely immaculate. My view is of a parking lot and dumpster. If there is ever a mess it is never there very long because the maintenance crew cleans and is around all the time making sure everything is beautiful and safe. An example is, I complained about the lighting at my parking spot. They totally removed the one light bulb and installed a 6ft fluorescent light for the whole role. I'm so grateful. I must say also that above the parking lot is a wonderful view of huge pines or redwoods that I enjoy while sitting on my couch. Very grateful at Evergreen Park.

The people are very nice. The apartment need work. In our case the cable to the living room has no connection and no one has done anything about it. When it's time to rent the apartment, they cut the cable that they extended from one of the bedrooms to the living room and cover up the hole in the wall. So when the potential new tenants come to look at the apartment they can't tell there is a problem. Also, they do not clean the carpets before the new tenants move in. They just vacuum them so it looks clean. When you move out they charge you $90 for carpet cleaning. We were in apartment 25. The oven was sprayed with easy off cleaner then they forgot to wipe it down. The patio has many grease marks and was not cleaned even though I asked for it to be cleaned. They said it was paint not grease. I fixed my own mail box, it would not close correctly. One of the smoke alarms is right over the gas range so it goes off all the time. It's very annoying. Over all it's a nice place to live, but the service needs improvement.
This apartment complex is very nice. My neighbors are all polite and no one makes a ton of noise. The grounds are kept clean. It is gated and I don't see a lot of people coming in and out so it seems pretty safe. My only complaint is that there is not enough parking. I live here with my wife and we have two cars. We only get one covered space and one uncovered space. The uncovered spaces are first come first serve and supposedly there are enough for all the tenants but I come home late a few nights a week and there is rarely an open spot. I have to park outside the gate. Otherwise, I can't complain. The pool is clean and nice and everyone has been very great. The price is a bit expensive, not sure it is quite worth the price but rent at most places seems high to me.
Let's start off with the positives of renting at Evergreen Apartments: The apartment I rent is furnished with a microwave oven, refrigerator, economy sized washer & dryer, dishwasher and gas stove. My rent is three figures and having lived in Southern California, there is no way to get a furnished aparment for three figures. Whenever there is something that needs repair, the apartment managers take care of it the same or next day. I really like the professionalism and customer service of the apartment managers. Since the complex is out in the suburbs, it is very quiet. Because the rent if so low and the overall cost of living for the area isn't very high, the living expenses do not take a huge bite out my budget. Now on to the negatives: I really wish they offered a way to pay the rent electronically using Auto Bill pay or some other system. Although the complex is out in the suburbs and there is easy access to major highways and the freeway, it is far away from any places movie theaters, gyms or any other entertainment or recreation venue. Even though it is relatively cheaper to rent here, there are some trade offs like have a very small kitchen and an even smaller bathroom. YMMV. Because the city I live near and the county I reside in is economically depressed, my rent has gone down three times. On the downside, if the overall economic situation improves and the area starts to prosper, I could see the rent going through the roof.
Come make this apartment complex your next home as I did. The staff is super friendly and the facilities are clean and newly updated. It's not only in apartment but at home I approve
The aprtment is centrally located...close to schools, parks and staore including gas station and fews minutes away from the freeways.
Complex is quiet even with children. Everyone is friendly. The staff is great. The grounds are kept in good order. The staff always addresses any issues quickly and efficiently. I have lived in this area for in this area for about 20 years. I have lived here for 1.5 years. Have no desire to liver anywhere else. Other apartments cannot compare to Evergreen Park 11. Shopping centers, banks, and restaurants are close by including access to major freeways.
Been living at this apartment for over 4 years. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I love the environment of the apartment! Location is close by free ways, schools, and local shopping center. The matinence staff does an excellent job on daily inspection, resolving issues if we have any. Evergreen apartment live up to their standards and policy and make sure we have a great environment and place to live in.
So cozy for a couple. Very quiet on my side. Can hardly hear the neighbors across the hall or upstairs. Maintenance is always friendly!
I have been living in this apartment for 10 months. First time when I came in to look for this place and I like it right away. Very nice and quiet, well maintained for everything. This apartment is located right center with supermarket, a lot of places around for you to eat you just walk out the gate and it right there. If someone is looking for a place should come here
My fiancée and I have lived here for almost a year, and We love it. The community is peaceful and has relaxing scenery inside. We haven't had any issues living here. The gym facility is small but still a good workout facility. The price is a little costly, but is also worth it.
This apartment is by far the best apartment I have ever lived at! They do a very nice job keeping the grounds clean and the area safe. I absolutely love my apartment! Its a 2 bedroom 2 full bath and fits us perfectly! Whenever we have a problem with something at the apartment (which isn't often), they are very quick to come fix it. I love that! These apartments are the perfect location to many spots in Sacramento. I couldn't be any happier!
I moved into one of the Lewis Homes Apartments almost 20 years ago. At that time I lived at the backside of the complex and every time I walked to the office it felt like I was in a garden and a park, what with all those trees and such. Now I live up front and have never been happier. My neighbors are friendly and most importantly I feel safe here. I plan on staying at the Evergreen Apartments for many, many more years. I'm a very content resident.
Live where everything you need is within walking distant, and I mean just about everything! gas station, shops, grocery store, restaurant, red box, etc. Staff on site is friendly and courteous. Maintenance request is easily done online, and response is quick.
I have been living at evergreen park apartments for nearly a year and my experience has been nothing but amazing.I love the place, the staff are so friendly, they respond almost immediately to any maintenance needs and it just feels so safe to be living there.I would highly recommend this place.
Evergreen Apartment is a good place to live as I was referred by a friend.
Evergreen Park is a beautiful complex with a friendly staff, beautiful grounds, and modern apartments. Not only does each apartment boast a beautiful array of appliances, the layout of the rooms is perfect for anyone looking for a place to live. The community is close enough to grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants to make everyday living easy as could be, but the apartments are tucked away nicely from the road, providing a quite and quaint environment to live in. In the heart of the big city, Evergreen Park is a step away from the hustle and bustle. A relaxing oasis to call home.
Being a college student I've lived in many different apartments and Evergreen Park is without a doubt the best apartment complex around. The staff is always helpful, the 24 emergency maintenance is super convenient and always get problems fixed in s timely manner. The part I appreciate the most is the security who walks around at night, I can sleep sound knowing they are around. Overall I love living at Evergreen Park and would recommend for anyone to live here!
Me and my husband has already moved three times in 5 years. From renting a house to a apartment. We have settled in Evergreen park apartment till present. I like it here. It's clean and quite neighborhood. Walking distance for a grocery shopping, 7 eleven and a few restaurants. I like the services of the maintanance people. You call them the problem and fix it as soon as possible. I've been recommending this place to my friends and continue to do so.
We moved from Guam 1998 and we started renting from Lewis Corp...we started renting at Antelope Ridge Apartment and then at Evergreen Apartments ..and then moving back to Antelope Ridge again. I like the complex it's clean, the washer and dryer is very convenient, the location is close to grocery stores, restaurants and school's...particularly the management and staff that always makes us feel at home and makes us feel like family not just a mere tenant and yes the fun monthly events and newsletters.
Im really happy that I picked these apartments because there really quite and we'll maintain. My 2 bedroom and 2bath fits me and my son so perfect plus we have a washer and dryer inside our apartment no need to go to a laundry mat..we are very cozy here we love it..
Quality of apartment is pretty good. Downfall is that it is next to a major street. Staff are great and very helpful in the front office. Maintenance staff is respectful and kind when entering your home. Utilities are a bit high but overall okay place to live.
Like a said awesome place to live, AL amenities are close.
Been here 3 years, going on four & I stay because I love it! Updated inside, maintenance comes immediately when you notify them of a situation, pleasant staff (Emily is my fav Lol) & the complex is kept neat & clean. I wish the pool didn't close so early or maybe after hours residents had special access, but I'm glad its always clean!
First apartment I've ever moved into and was/still am extremely happy! I loved the fact that it was gated and that they also had a good sized gym compared to other complexes. Beautiful detail inside the apartment; counter tops are granite, fridge and microwave included. I have a double master and it is the perfect amount of space. Best part? Comes with a washer and dryer in the unit with no added costs! Staff is super friendly and always there to answer questions, periodically they post flyers on our doors about upcoming events. They have security maintain the complex at night as well. Never felt more at home. Definitely worth looking into!
I have enjoyed living here so far. The apartment is great. Maintenance staff are helpful. The water bill is pretty hefty every month, so be prepared for that.
I feel lucky to have found the best apartment for me. It fits my every need. I keep saying "me and my" because I believe the thing that makes it best is where it is within the complex. My apartment faces the outside yet I have the best of both worlds because it's still inside within a community. So I still have neighbors from another complex but they're really far and there are tall trees and beautiful scenery for me to enjoy instead of facing the inside of the complex and my own neighbors breathing down my neck with a pen and paper ready to update their notes about me and my every move. The inside of the apartment is great. They updated everything a few years ago. I've lived in this same apartment for over 5 years. I have always felt safe living here and miraculously I've never seen any crimes happen here and around me. If it happened to others here, I never heard about it. People here have always been nice. My estranged wife's friend used to live in these apartments but on the other inner-side and did not like it in the beginning. She said upstairs neighbors made a lot of noise and other neighbors played loud music. See, I have the best spot! I've never experienced noise problems and being upstairs, nor did I ever receive complaints of being too loud. I love my apartment. It's close to the freeway and various stores. If I have any complaint it's that the rent goes up every year for me and it's not a small amount to begin with. A little more than half my paycheck goes to the rent each month. I heard rent should only be 1/3 of a persons pay. For me, I've accepted that I won't have much for other things as long as I live here, but it's worth it to me.
I've lived here for a little over a year now, we just renewed our lease. I really like the updated kitchen and fixtures. The washer/dryer in unit is what really sold us. Maintenance is always super quick to respond and does a great job. It's a pretty quiet place to live, we have never had any issues with disturbances or suspicious activity.
This complex is nice, not too far from any shopping, very close to sacramento state, quiet community. Been here 3 years and haven't had any problems with anyone here.
I have lived in my one bed, one bath apartment for almost a year and it has been great! I was able to have a wall painted as an "accent wall", I also enjoy the gated community aspect. Our complex is split in two, so living in the East end is a little more secluded and smaller than the main part of the complex. Overall, great experience and great apartment.
