Evergreen apartments is a great place to live. Nice and quiet. All managers and workers respond fast and do their best. Especially want to write about maintenance worker Eric. He does job amazing. Fast and professional. Thank you so much. Guys you made my day every day!

There's so many apartments in the area ,but what puts Evergreen a cut above the rest is its staff! The staff really goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable pre-sale and after you've already become a resident. While everyone is great, I really want to shout out Molina and James S for going above and beyond. Shout out to James S for doing another repair I didn't even notice and shout out to Molina for always being helpful on the daily!

We’ve lived here comfortably for over 4 years now and have never really had an issue. It’s spacious for the price and parking is never really an issue. We’ve always felt safe here and love our little home. One small complaint would be due to the beautiful greenery, there’s spiders. Other than that we truly do love being here.

This is a wonderful place to live from the lush greenery to the easily accessible amenities. The staff is top notch and I hope to continue to live here for a long time!

Evergreen apartments is so peaceful and quiet, a healthy community surrounded by wonderful people been living here for a week and half and already met my neighbors and they super friendly and helpful I would recommend my friend or a family member to come and rent a apartment here

I've lived in third apartment for 8 months. Every work order and complaint I've ever had has been adressed but not really taken care of. I've had the cops called to our building several times by their employee, my house key was held onto by their staff for 2 weeks and I haven't gotten my keys replaced or locks changed. I haven't had a key to the laundry room for two months. Cant wait to leave??? I've called corporate asked to speak with a regional manager and still cant get my issue taken care of? What's wrong with these people?

Great place to look into. The staffs are super polite and they will work with you as much as they can to get you in your new home. Felt very warm welcoming when entering the leasing office. Out of all my experiences of searching. I have to say by far this was the best experience I have ever encounter. The staff member who help me was India and she is absolutely amazing! Hands down one of the best property managers we have ever work with. She is very prompt on responding to all questions and kept excellent communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend giving this location a try before going anywhere else!!!

You can’t beat the location. Great school district, a 2 minute drive to Target shopping center with all the great stores and a movie theater. 5 minutes to Victoria Garden and all it has to offer.

You divide the usuage of the utilities with your surrounding neighbors (except electricity) so even if you conserve water, you'll still end up paying for someone elses use. Some employees are very authoritative, they will confront you and ask you questions and disregard how they make you feel. The NEW AC units are very LOUD, you could hear and feel the vibration of the AC units through the wall.

The evergreenappartment that I live in , in Rancho cucamonga is something I always wanted I love the beautiful white cabinets in the kitchen and the luxurious mirrors on the closet sliding doors it is a beauty for me, and I'm loving it , and all the doors are made very beautiful with the elegant door handles Awesome! When you first walk in it seems small and quant. But as you get use to it you realize it has become home. Child friendly with 3 pools and 3 playgrounds, A gym for those who need that extra push. It has security who walk around at night which makes you feel safe. Your across the street from Target and the Movie Theater and a little ways from bowling. Over all the 2 years I have been here are great except for the price. A little small for the price.

This area is so overpriced with all of its "Luxury" Apartment communities that it can be difficult for the average Joe to live here. Evergreen is the exception (if only barely). The rents are still high, make no mistake, and you won't find the rich hardwood flooring and granite countertops of its more expensive Lewis Community sisters, but this stepchild in The Lewis Family of Apartment communities is perfect for my family. We have one of the 3 bd/ 2.5 bath townhome layouts. It's on the small side as 3 bedroom apartments go, but it's comfortable enough. You're paying for the area, it's walking trails, parks, and family friendly ambience. It's a great community and these apartments allow you to enjoy it without the luxury price tag. Overall you get what you pay for and if you want to live in this are you can pay a lot more and not get a whole lot more for your dollar, so save a few greenbacks and enjoy Evergreen. The management is professional, the grounds are well kept, and you are close to everything you moved to Cucamonga to be close to.

Evergreen Apartments are in a fantastic area close to great schools, shopping and a variety of restaurants to choose from. You don't have to go outside of our community to have fun with family and friends. I love how we have community events throughout the month from pizza parties to swim lessons. Evergreen apartments are well maintained and staff who are very helpful and friendly to talk with you about upcoming events on our property or new features added onto our discount card used in the community. Everyone working there is super helpful! maintenance handles your needs right away! you will not be disappointed if you live here!!

Over prize and the maintenance don't even do a preventive maintenance The building it self it's old they have to remodel Community events are pretty good

I really enjoy living at my apartments. First off, we have a gorgeous view of the mountains and I just enjoying waking up to that every morning! Second, they have a variety of pools and a 24 hour fitness center which is very useful. There are always people hanging around the pool, especially since it is summer time. Third, I feel very safe and there is a lot to do around the area. There is the Terra Vista Town Center which offers various stores and it even has a movie theatre! I love where I live!

The Evergreen Apartments are a decent community. The area is nice, the people that live here are decent. Occasionally you'll see a group of kids hanging around, but that is due to the skatepark right next door. We have had issues with one maintenance request, but other than that it's been a quick response every time. I recommend Evergreen if you want to live in a nice area at a decent price.

We just moved to Evergreen Apartments and we love it!! :) our little family fits perfectly. Everyone is really nice here and they get things done!

Evergreen is a fair place to live in a great neighborhood. The units are also an acceptable price for the area. Most staff members are fairly nice as well, and maintenance is especially wonderful at responding to inquiries or emergencies. Overall, however, as a community, the loyalty to residents seems to have gone down over the years. The company used to offer incentives for staying another year among other things, but abruptly quit this perk a couple years ago without giving notice. Also, when there is a concern to report and discuss at the office, especially with management, the concerns are addressed robotically (as if corporate gives a script, which I'm sure is possible), which I feel makes residents feel more unappreciated than if they never reported a concern at all. Lastly, the units do look nice within, though after moving in, I did notice a few shoddy areas of work that looked rushed on the cabinets and painting. Minor, but still frustrating.

When i first came to visit this place indeed i fell in love because of how everything is in place .The personnel in the leasing dept was so accommodating and very kind enough to meet my needs so i decided to go back in the afternoon and settled my leasing .i love the greenery surrounding so its really Evergreen for me .My new home sweet home

I have been living here with my family for almost two years now. It's a great place to live in. Very kid friendly. The neighbors have been very nice and they keep the place looking good. Whenever I have needed any repairs done, maintenance always comes quick. The only issue I would say is parking. Sometimes it's hard to find parking. The maintenance golf cars are always occupying parking space. Other than that I like living here.

I absolutely love Evergreen! The management is great, neighbors are awesome, and it's beautiful! I am so happy we decided to move to this perfect Lewis apartment complex!

Being a single mother of two children I feel safe and happy to be close to good schools close to my home. If I have questions or need anything I call the front desk and they have always been very pelite and quick to what I've needed. It's a good place to live!

evergreen is a great place to live if you have a big family and young kids Evergreen has numerous amount of pools and spas available, lots of activities at the recreational center on site as well as great staff. They also have a fitness center which is kept pretty nicely and rarely used. The location is excellent only 5 miles from two big malls and lots of eateries.

I moved in my apartment about 2 months ago. By far the best apartment complex I've lived in. It's quiet, safe, & staff is amazing. There are maintenance workers that are always on-site getting things done. Pest control stops by every Monday so no need to worry about bugs ! (Yay) Neighbors are super friendly and respectful of your privacy. The apartment itself is fresh (especially with this heat) and everything works as it should. The space in the apartment is perfect (especially the HUGE mirrored closet!) Can't forget the spacious balcony which I Love!! The pools are very convenient (there are 3 pools) & refreshing. The complex is very much family orientated. I haven't had one problem. I love living at Evergreen Apartments.

Evergreen apartments a place I call home! Neighbors are great, and we are a community. Friendly office staff and maintenance staff all work hard for their residents. Everyone is courteous and professional...that's why I've called the Evergreen Apartments home for the last 8 years.

It's as close to living in a home as one can get. Everything is within two miles.

Evergreen apartments are the best. Ive been living here for over a year now and so far I've been treated with nothing less than the most respect and courtesy. I love living here and my neighbors are very nice people.

Great neighborhood close to everything, safe and the grounds are kept including play area and pools, the Washer and dryer could use a reboot otherwise very happy living here

Evergreen Apartments are well kept and staff promptly service your unit when needed. My only complaint is the neighbors' noise and lack of enforcement of quiet time during the week. It's NOT every night but it's concerning. Other than that we're happy here and feel like home.

I like the apartment, it's clean & everything is in working order. If we ever have an issue or a question, the staff in the leasing office as well as the maintenance crew are always super friendly & helpful. I love the "community" feel of it. We're able to have met & made friends with the neighbors by going to the community events. In the evening, when it cools off, we all meet outside & let the kids play, while we sit & chat.

Here at Evergreen Apts the staff is very helpful and considerate of your time and space. At home I feel very safe, to even sleep with my window open at times. There are many children around. The school system here is fabulous! My neighbors are friendly and considerate.

I've lived in many apartments and by far Evergreen has been amazing! They're constant checking on you and your apartment to make sure everything is working and your comfortable! They're on top of everything and have 24 on call for emergencies !My apartment is up to date and homey ! My community is really family friendly and I love it ! I'm not going anywhere for a while!!

Evergreen has wonderfully roomy apartments. The office and maintainence staff are always polite and quick to help when needed. The apartments are close to great stores and public schools. Definitely an awesome place to live!

Lewis Operating Corporation owns these apartments. We've lived here now for over four years. It is pricy for the size of the apartments and some neighbors are rude but that's going to happen everywhere. The grounds are kept up nice and the leasing office calls me once a month to make sure I don't need any work orders and such.
