Property Ratings at Evergreen Terrace
Lived here for 3 yrs and the management staff are extremely accommodating. Enjoy their monthly newsletters, few outdoor activities, including movies and cookouts. Maintenance staff are on grounds and very helpful and friendly. I only wish they would have controlled access. Reasonable rent for spacious apartments. Love it here, love my neighbors, Great Job, Evergreen Terrace :)
