Moved to Georgia about 2.5 years ago and this is the third location I've lived and its been the best. A cheaper option that isn't too close to anything. I have found the staff helpful with all my problems. I haven't met any neighbors, which is a first for me. I would recommend this to friends and families. The bowling amenity is probably the only amenity I would enjoy in an apartment complex.

My experience has been so so. It was difficult trying to communicate with someone prior to moving out here. I was determined that I drove the distance often until they new how serious I was. My move in date was delayed, but it was cool. Initially I wanted a two bedroom however the manager convinced me to do at three because it was nearly the same price as the two I was skeptical and worried about how much my rent will go up once I renew but she assured me that it won’t go up too much I remember. Yes Covid was going on during this time but it got worse when people was not working and Or paying bills. And people like me that was able to work during the whole pandemic because I work in the healthcare field my rent doubled $300 and then I was pregnant with my fourth baby due around the same time my lease needed be renewed. I say this to say and I’m sure it’s not just evergreens faults a lot of places price has definitely went up. Nobody really cares tho… but these apartments are very expensive and I feel like the quality of them are not worth what they are charging for them. Of course they’re not the worst but they can use a lot of work especially with taking more time with fixing the inside of the apartment before someone actually moves into it and not just throwing paint to make it look decent or like it’s move-in ready, but it’s really not. They don’t play about the rent, after the second if your rent is not paid you will be charged $150 late fee. I’ve been out here almost 2 years and I was probably late on my rent may be once but it was like a week and I did not like how the management handle me during this difficult time. But like I said they can really care less it’s all about the money of course they’re just doing their job but it’s on you if you choose to move out here just make sure you’re rich..

I called this morning spoke with a customer service rep she book me appointment to make a tour. I drove 40 minutes just to be told that they have anything available till February. I am very very very upset that I wasted my time and gas to drive that far.

Poor communication with management. They do not respond in a timely manner. Maintenance issues take a long time to be resolved and very rarely are resolved the first time (sometimes they are never resolved and you give up asking). Office personnel do not assist with issues. You must go directly to the management company to get a resolution most of the time. The office managers always say they cannot help. They have not provided any assistance during the pandemic (allowing rent to be paid on the 5th is not a help when rent is due by the 5th without a pandemic). Offering to break up payments when a person has lost their job or their pay/hours have been reduced is also not helpful. If the funds are not available, they are not available, no matter how you break it up. The pool can be closed for an extensive period of time with no explanation. Valet trash pick up is required for a fee of over $18, even if you don't want it. A billing fee of almost $5 is charged monthly just so they can tell you how much you owe. It is impossible to schedule time in the bowling alley and/or golf simulator. The pool is filthy and doesn't seem to be cleaned often. It takes a long time for the lights outside of your apartment to be replaced when they go out. They do not consider anything a maintenance emergency, which would require after hours attention.
Good morning! I had a wonderful experience here at evergreen terrace. One thing that I loved was their same day approval especially because of the short time I had to find something I loved. I was greeted by one of the leasing agents Christina she made me feel welcomed and kept me intrigued just with the phone conversations. When I got the chance to go down to the property she had no problem touring me right away. She was very detailed in describing the amenities and appliances that were available in all floor plans. Then I knew that this would be a good fit for me. Christina set my move in date and let me know she would be out of the office but everything would be ready for me when I came in. Later I was greeted by Regina also very friendly & patient she assured me that Christina left everything set up for me The process wasn’t long at all and I love my new home. & the office staff down to the maintenance help make this experience much better. Thank you!
Great customer service. The front office staff was very helpful; went above and beyond to assist my family and I. Very clean and well maintained apartments.
The apartments are very roomy , I moved here and in less than a month the dish washer wasn't working, garbage disposal wasn't working, also the lights in the apartment wasn't working, everyone acts like they can't handle things at all, and Anna always has a complete attitude at first she was very pleasant let's not forget she explained the water was included in the apartment which was a complete lie, they charge that at the end of the month with no break down and you pay all kind of other fees. Also the gates are always broken and the pool is filthy not worth the price can't wait until my lease is up.
I lived here 3 years . I had 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms it was nice space . The porch was screen in kept the bugs away. I had the first level so when the cars parked 3 feet away from the porch. That smelled bad, people talking and looking in my porch. (Not private) I bought palm plants 3 feet high to block view.
I recently moved here from the Mid West. Just needed a place quick. Boy did I make a mistake. There are so many more better quality apartments in the area. This is a dump. It is not located near any great restaurants or shopping or medical facilities. Also it is in the Flight Path for the airport. Yes you see and hear the early morning flights landing or taking off all day. The planes are so close you can read their tail #s. Oh There at a few units I advise you not to rent or you will be fighting with the other tenants for a parking space. Check out the apartment carefully before you sign the lease. Management is not going to do anything if you have a problem. Go over all your options before you sign. Oh there is not security here after the office close. I would not advise a person to go swimming or using the exercising facility here alone. You need to have friends with you.
Applied for an apartment, and never refunded my admin fee, even though I was told by the office manager that the admin fee was refundable if not approved. Who pays $150 for an application knowing none of it is refundable?
The property is a gem, I see many people complain about pricing but when you think about it you get what you pay for, nice amenities, office staff is friendly, nice luxury homes, friendly neighbors, quiet and clean apartments, honestly just wish pet policy was different but other then that no complaints at all.

I was a resident here for 3 years and LOVED this place. Upon them getting new management everything went downhill. Rental prices went up almost $80. Management is the worst, they never have the answer to ANYTHING. Basically, for what you'd be paying you can find somewhere with a better staff. The apartments are nice and quiet, just overpriced.
3 years I lived at Harbor Grove aka Evergreen Terrace new management has changed everything, including rent, water bill is 60-80 a month and you have to pay it with the rent. I'm one person I know I don't use that much water. Rent went up 35 dollars just so they could get old tenants to pay what new people coming in to rent. Beware of this apartment although in a gated community the gate doesn't close when we have a storm. No one answers the phone when you call the office.
The staff was very inviting and made me feel welcome. The property was clean and quiet can not wait to move in.
They have put a lot of upgrades and are focusing on security and keeping the residents there with peace of mind.
Don't move here. Spend your money elsewhere. Leasing office staff is courteous and helpful before you sign the lease. After that they're not helpful at ALL. All questions are answered with " I don't know, I don't know and I don't know." OR it'll be fixed by wednesday. go back on wednesday and they tell you Friday etc. Limited or no access to amenities on property. Maintenance staff is very helpful and polite on the flip side.
