Evergreen Terrace

I have been in this residence for a short time and I must admit that I feel very satisfied with the apartment and its amenities and I am happy to be part of this complex since it has a staff with great experience

I love love love the amount of space that I have for the dollar amount that I pay. I have only been living here 3 weeks and so far it has been fair. My neighbors aren't horribly loud or inconsiderate. The parking isn't bad, I always have a spot with a nice view of my vehicle from my apartment window. The staff have been kind so no complaints there. I do feel like my apartment could have been drastically cleaner upon move-in especially the carpet and the bathrooms and the kitchen cabinets and cupboards. I haven't had huge maintenance needs. So far I am satisfied with my apartment.

Friendly front office. Email is my best way to communicate and manager always responds in a reasonable amount of time. Maintenance request was filled out and they were prompt with the issue. Overall good experience.

We have lived here for many years and all maintenance staff that have came have been wonderful! As a resident that doesn't want all the amenities that most people do, we actually enjoy living here. The downside is you get tenants that have out of control kids, smell of cigarettes and Marijuana in the hallway and the occasional laundry room being broken. Overall for the size of the apartment the price is reasonable.

So far other than the one issue I have with my carpet needing replaced. As a new tenant here at Evergreen Terrace . It has been quiet and I have some very nice neighbors.

I have tried reporting the cigarette and Marijuana smell, and nothing has been done about it. The whole building stinks. Back when we first moved in the person working in the office was very attentive to the tenants issues.

Maintenance I'd the best! Management not so much as they change regularly. We've been here 4 years going on 5 and we've had Management change every 6 months. Overall good community and safe place to live. No amenities though.

I currently live at StonyBrook Apartments (Goldmark) and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a complex. Zero on-site management, zero feedback on maintenance issues, consistently overloaded dumpsters, severe insect issues including wasps all over garage areas outside and brown recluse spiders in my apartment. Also they’ll ask you to switch utility companies, then won’t return your calls or emails when MUD stiffs you with a bill for the whole building since everything is outdated and not up to code.

Haven’t lived here long but I love it here. Very good management and very friendly neighbors.

I haven't had any issues with maintenance have always been able to reach and get help with issues with my apartment.

I love living at Evergreen Terrace. They are reliable and there when needed.

Maintenance is quick to arrive and very efficient.

only downfall is right now packages still getting delivered to office and is hard to get access to them

The apartment overall is a cute apartment. The only thing I would say is the neighbors and their dogs can be somewhat noisy and I think management could do a better job at communicating with residents.

When we first got here management held it a little better but things have gotten worse by the year. Some office people are rude and always give you attitude.

I thought I would only stay 1 year. Going on almost 11 years now. I love living here. Complex is quiet and people are nice.

Emma is such a friendly Excellent manager assistant, answered all my question, helped me through the leasing. Great place so far !

Evergreen Terrace is a very nice place to live, I really enjoy living here.

Ive only just moved in but the entire experience from the first phone call to ask questions and schedule a walk through to moving in was easy and exciting. The apartments are spacious and in a great location. I can definitely tell Ill be staying here for quite some time.

Im honestly just disappointed, this was my first living on my own apartment experience and theres been countless issues. most have been corrected however ive had to contact the office serval times for the same problem just for it to be fixed and thats not how this should work. i was so excited to move into an apartment i thought at least would be decent but its just one problem after another. also maintenance keeps coming in unannounced and that definitely isnt okay. my brother stayed the night and told me when i got home that a maintenance guy walked in and weve received no paper on our door or anything so who knows how many times thats happened.

1. We have moved into Evergreen Terrace apartments hoping we would have a pleasant experience at our home, but when we moved in we were given tour of the apartment and told us everything is working fine. Then we realized fridge is not working. All our food was wasted and my Type 1 diabetes medicine was not in cold condition for almost 3 days. these 3 days we have tried to adjust the fridge settings assuming fridge would work but it did not. Then after the complaint it was replaced. 2. The most disappointing thing is the apartment building walkway/hallway it is completely filled with cigarette smoke and hardly any maintenance is done to eliminate that smoke. My wife and daughter are really feeling very sad as we have moved in this apartment. Even after multiple complains nothing is done till today. They are asking me to talk to the person who is smoking and ask him to not smoke in the apartment building. Was it my responsibility??. Other answer from property team is that the apartments are not smoke free apartments hence I am seeing this situation but where is it mentioned in the apartment website that you will have this situation(Cigarette smoke will be in the apartment hallway and you decide before taking the apartment). Property team is not even placing air purifiers in the hall way. After multiple complaints property team told me today that apartment will be cleaned but I am not sure of that. We are really scared to open the door to stepout as once we open the door our house is getting filled with smoke. 3. Till today even after 10 days of move in I havent got my mail box keys

Great place to live! Perfectly located, fairly priced, and sweet neighbors. I definitely made the right choice!

We have been here for about a week now and Evergreen Terrace has proven to be very nice, close to a lot of places, nice amount of space for the price and we love our new squirrels!!!!!

Evergreen terrace is one of the best place to live. Nice area, nice neighbors, low rents.

The apartment was very clean upon move-in. Fresh carpet and paint. Management was very professional and respectful, made the process very quick and easy. So far very happy with Evergreen Terrace, would reccomend to anyone

I enjoy being a part of the Evergreen Terrace community, thus far we have had no issues and have grown to find our neighbors very friendly.

I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Great place to live and had no prolbems with evergreen, evergreen has always been good to me when their was a issuer that came up with me!

The staff are respectful of your time and answer any questions in a fast timly manner, but with that give you a good in depth answer so you don't feel like you have to ask for more details.

I love our apartment. We have great neighbors. The staff here is always helpful. We never have to wait for work to be done. They also offer Zumba classes, reading time with the kids, cookouts, and free breakfast first Saturday of every month. They also offer permit parking. the hallways are clean. If ever a problem they also are their to fix it. The staff goes above and beyond they are like family recently I lost my father and they brought flowers and cards offered food and help and on my birthday they left a bag of goodies with a birthday card . I would never move again given the opportunity to stay here in this great community. If you want a real home that feels safe and secure. Try Evergreen Terrace apartments you wont regret it.
