Evergreens at Laurel

I love it here! The staff is great and nice to work with. They often have events for us and I think that’s great. I have enjoyed my stay since I’ve moved here 2 years ago.

The group was really helpful and any issues they were right on it! Move in went great! Explained everything well! I definitely recommend this place

I just moved in recently but so far so good. Plenty of visitor parking and i like that the buildings have limited access. There is also plenty of resident parking. Seems to be pretty calm.

I had a great experience. Communication was the biggest part for me. They assisted with all my needs. They will make sure your living experience is a great one. I feel very safe at this location.

Great community and responsive front office and maintenance crew! The outside of the buildings are well-maintained and parking is ample for residents as they enforce towing. Included valet trash service is the best! I've been living here for over 5 years and have recommended the community to my friends.

Parking late at night sometimes there was no parking. Then I got my reserved spot so everything is good now. Community is great nice and quiet.

Clean, quiet and friendly. It’s hidden gem. The staff plays a big part in this comment since they strive and when I say strive they really do care.

The experience here has been a good 1. The property is responsive if there are issues and they work hard to get them resolved! They are available when you come to the offices or when you send emails. Also gave a great tour of the property.

Great place to live! The grounds outside the apartment are always kept clean and the office staff are very friendly. There is plenty of parking as they enforce towing. Included valet trash service is one of the greatest perks! The gym they have is pretty small and there have been some issues with parking on the side street as constant road work being done has blocked off entrances to the complex. Better communication is needed to know when to move cars when roadwork is being done.

Best staff ever. Community is clean, safe and peaceful. I was so hesitant at first moving to a new state but my new apartment made my transition so much easier.

I love it here ! It’s supper quite neighbors are respectful and mind full. The property is well maintain and it’s supper pet friendly. Love that they have trash bag stations for our pets so it stays clean! And the leasing office are quick to respond as well as maintenance

The Evergreens at Laurel is a beautiful village for me. The staff are wonderful people who care about all of our needs. They show concern and make sure we enjoy our best while living here. Every time I have something wrong in my apartment, they respond and fix it immediately. They give me the best satisfaction ever to leave in a place

Great place to live! The front desk is very friendly and puts together fun community events for the residents. There is always available parking as the community will tow cars that are not supposed to be parked here. Maintenance team keeps the inside and outside areas clean and usable. Gym is small, but still good in a pinch. Valet trash is a great service this place offers.

The office is courteous and professional, response of the maintenance was outstanding, the environment is blissful and. This is an A residential complex. I very much love it.

Friendly staff who are always trying their best to be accommodating. The trash collection is a great addition and they have a small gym equipped with a few machines for fitness.

I like living here. It is quiet and it has a place for my dog to enjoy as well. I would recommend it here. It is also close to the highway which I appreciate.

We love it here. It’s a quiet, peaceful community that feels really safe, as they have security at night patrolling the parking lot. Super clean, up-to-date units, with valet trash services, and you even get a free accent wall in your apartment! The leasing office staff is extremely helpful and timely in their response to questions or concerns.

This is the best complex ever. It's always clean they respond on time if you have issues, sometimes they respond too quick lol. They staff here are all nice and respectful.

Great location, quiet for the most part, if there are any in home issues maintenance is timely in fixing or assessing the situation, and leasing agents are always courteous

I’ve only been here 3 weeks and I feel so at home. I’m taking walks because I feel so comfortable & at peace. The staff is amazing and so hospitable! Nothing was better than approaching the rental office door and having Mr. Cameron meet me at the door every time I come to hold the door open for me. I had an issue with my vents. I called & within 15 minutes maintenance was at my door and I was so impressed how he wouldn’t touch my carpet until he put on shoe covers. He made every effort to fix the problem. A contractor had to come & within 48 hours they came and fixed the issue. You would never have know they came in with how clean they my home. I know this was the place for me to be! Thank you all! Great place to live with helpful staff! The community areas are well-maintained, even with the snowfalls. Maintenance crew is friendly and fix things in a timely matter. Parking is plentiful and towing of vehicles is enforced. Valet trash service is the best! I've been renting here for 5 years and just renewed my lease for this year.

I've been here for over a year now and the service and property is as great as when I first moved in! The rental office always keeps us informed of any updates and changes. The staff is always pleasant and the property manager is very good at leading by example when it comes to providing amazing customer service!

I’ve been here for almost 4 years and still no problems or issues. Quick turn around time for Maintenance, staff is nice and we love free coffee and cookies

My resident experience here has been great so far! Management is always courteous. I recently got an accent wall painted in my unit and the workers were quick and clean. Protecting the rug and other items. I enjoy the resident gatherings provided and kid friendly events. Most of all I love that no smoking is enforced on the property making it a great place to live.

I love the apartment community. They do their best to make it comfortable for the tenants by attending to any concerns I may have. Their response to assisting is prompt.

I enjoy the events put on by the staff of Evergreen and the effective communication. The reason for my rating is due to the neighbors lack of care by leaving trash outside of their apartments before the hours of 5pm and smoking marijuana in a non-smoking community.

The evergreens at Laurel is a great place to call home. The staff and maintenance always go above and beyond in making sure your needs are met. The neighborhood is one of the cleanest I've seen. The valet trash service where they actually pick the trash up at your residence door is a great amenity, along with controlled access buildings are a few of the things that make me continue to be a part of this community. The office staff always host events giving back to the community that include free food and prizes among other things. The evergreens is a wonderful community to call home.

Great service and front desk is very good about keeping residents informed of any upcoming news. Office staff also makes great community get-togethers for residents to participate in. Maintenance crew is knowledgeable and services in a timely matter. They also keep the grounds outside safe and looking good. Parking is ample due to enforcement of towing at the lots. Valet trash is a great service.

Very good place to live. Maintenance is prompt and location is great. Helps to have a local grocery store and tons of restaurants available for delivery. Super close to 295 which is incredibly helpful.

My residency here at Evergreen at Laurel has been a very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors for some are respectful. The staff here at the property is top notch and efficient. I will be sad when the day comes for me to move into my final destination. You will not regret moving here and becoming family with everyone here on the property.

Really nice and quiet place to live! If you’re looking for a nice place and quiet, plus laundry inside, this is the place. I recommend!! They pick up your trash at your door.

The most peaceful environment I’ve lived in a very long time. Very safe for families and staff is very helpful and responsive. Well kept landscape, well thought out living plan and communication has always been great!

The leasing team is very helpful in assisting during the application process and after. Also located conveniently to many shopping centers/stores.

The community is very quiet and clean. The playgrounds are well-kept. We have a lot of community activities that keeps the morale very high. The apartment buildings are well maintained.

I’ve been here for 3 years. I wish there was more for residence being that rent is super high and the rent will also increase. I do appreciate the police presence at night.
