It is a friendly community and pleasant atmosphere.

Single digits is AWFUL. This is keeping me from recommending Everleigh. No reason for this service to remain an issue. This contract holds Everleigh back.

If you need internet service either for work or pleasure, please know that at the Everleigh Duluth Apt's. the internet/cable service is unreliable at best, and downright awful at worst!!! If upper/regional management have a solution, they have not shared it with the residents at large.

There should be some available incentives for lease renewals such as rent increased every other year for those who have been here for 3-4 yrs plus

Everleigh has a very caring staff and they make sure your needs are met. If you have any concerns they make sure that they can assist you in your concerns. The residents are very pleasant, everything is clean and kept up to par!!!! I would recommend if you are 55 and up and active, give Everleigh Duluth a try, you won’t be disappointed!

The management and residents here at Everleigh are like a big family.

Convenient, no worries if there’s air condition or any issue having a problem , facility department can come to solution right away. Different events party can meet lots of friends, comfortable and very relaxed in this area.

Everleigh Duluth is a very beautiful property that is well-kept. Staff is very responsive, professional and very nice. There are loads of activities to keep one busy, if that is your desire, and the residents are very sociable. I love it here!

Thus far I am very satisfied here. I wasn't aware that this was a smokeless community, I was told two weeks after we moved in, but I've had to leave the property in order to smoke and this was a problem for me, but I've had to follow property rules to live here!

Everleigh apartments in Duluth are a great place to live at any age over 55. It is wonderful for us golden seniors past 70 or 80.

Everleigh has people close to my age and many organized games, meals, and other activities. Another important part of our community is no smoking.

Everleigh is great community to live in. Based on many years of experience with apartment living, the Duluth location is perfect with walkability, nearby restaurants, libary, and shopping. I can't say enough on how well the property is maintained and it's beautiful. The amenities are top notch. It's quiet and safe. The community events offered to seniors is awesome and management has been great. It's been a good experience living here.

We’ve only been here two weeks but all of the activities (and I try to participate in as many as I can) have been enjoyable and the residents are very friendly. The location of Everleigh Duluth was a deciding factor.

I recommend Everleigh for any active adult seeking s place for social interaction and community. Living here has improved my mental health and sense of belonging.

I am very happy here. I've been a resident for more than 2 years. I was here when it first opened. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone has their own opinion. I know some do not feel as I do, however, potential residents need to know that the naysayers do not speak for all of us.

Everleigh Duluth is the best apartment living experience I have had. The office staff are friendly and available. Our activities director is creative and offers daily fun activities and outings. I feel respected,safe,and truly at home.

I have lived at another Greystar over 55 apartment complex and this one in Duluth has the most outstanding management and staff. The common areas are clean and very welcoming.The coffee bar is heavenly.

I love my apartment layout and finishes. The grounds are like a resort. I especially enjoy the Fitness Center & the Yoga room. The scene i very elegant.

We have found Everleigh to be outstanding with a caring professional staff,and very nice tenants. Many nice extras including Continental breakfast and complimentary Starbucks coffee.

Everleigh Duluth has so many positive activities to help residents feel like a community.

A very nice building with lots of amenities situated in a very safe, walkable community with great restaurant options. A wonderful management team as well which helps in making it a great place to live.

Life at ED is beyond awesome after being here one week. Management always courteous and helpful. Nice, friendly non-snoopy neighbors. Security of doors and entry brings is tops. Looking forward to many happy times in beautiful resort-like community and neighborhood.

Love the apartment. The fitness center is great as are the fitness classes. Wish there were more activities each month
