Everleigh Halcyon Village

I moved into Everleigh "Active" adult community, to enjoy all that Greystar and Halcyon had to offer. The current manager, Nicholas, has brought positive changes and vibes! Unfortunately, over the past several years we've had many staff changes, which is always a cause for concern. Having said that, the management team can only work with what corporate dictates. Cleaning: There is not, nor has there ever been, a professional cleaning company at this location. In a building of this size (160+ units and common space), it is impossible to have one person clean this entire building working three days/week. We have a lovely woman who does her best. but unfortunately, it is a never ending battle. Pool: We have never had a professional pool company at this location. Our maintenance staff does a good job maintaining chlorine levels, and along with residents, keeping the pool clean. However, a professional pool company would be able to stay ahead of any issues during a weekly inspection. Our pool is currently out of service. We have been told that the pump is out (but ordered). Having been through several winters without a heated pool (an amenity that was one of the selling points for me and many residents!) I'm not confident the pool will be heated and usable in the near future. In closing, our management and maintenance staff do their very best but corporate needs to step up and address all the issues! I would be happy to answer any questions that prospective tenants have.

Mixed development. Very convenient to restaurants and shops within walking distance.

I have only been a resident for two weeks but very happy to be here so far. Several small issues have been addressed properly and efficiently by maintenance and the staff. I am impressed and very happy with the facility and the service team.

Everleigh is in a great location with wonderful staff. Amenities are nicely kept with lots of activities. Very happy here.

Halcyon village is a beautiful apartment building with beautiful ambience great management and very friendly residences. The facility is always kept clean and is in tiptop condition at all times... You will love it here.

I have enjoyed moving to Everleigh Halcyon Village. My second floor apartment is beautiful with modern open conceptual design. I love all the amenities especially the pool, gym and yoga facilities. Quiet comfortable living in a safe and secure building is the best.

The staff is amazing! David keeps everyone busy !! He is a great addition to Everleigh !! His smile lights up every room he is in !!! Stevie is always smiling too and jumps in on the fun ! She keeps us happy !!! Nicholas might be quiet but he has opened up and is also a pleasure to speak with! Gabi is always so sweet and has always been ! We always feel that her door is open to us and she greets all of us with her big smile also !! Keep up the great work!!! I’ve been here 2 years and this is the best staff ever !!!! Since living here for 18 mos. some changes have occured. Even though rents have increased for each renewal amneties have declined , i.e. dog park availability, parking deck safety, lack of activities coordinator for 6 mos., and n9wdown to one led exercise class weekly as well as skimpier continental breakfast provision. 2 staff have been terminated and at least 1 left after about 15 days, maybe less. I am anticipating possibility of improvments.

We love living at Everleigh Halcyon. Employees are fantastic and so kind. Any problems that we have ever had have been handled in a very timely manner. We could stay here forever!

If you are handicapped, please do not move into this building. There aren’t enough spots for the handicapped people who are already here as it is.

This is my second experience with Greystar living once in Las Vegas and now Ga living here l have a safe environment and professional staff residents friendly and positive vibes always.,and most of all closer to my family expectionally grandchildren

Everleigh has proven to be a great residence for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the management.

Perfect solution for me! A recent widow, I needed the companionship and activities provided. Added bonus was downsizing. I LOVE my apartment and Everleigh. Best decision I could have made.

We have enjoyed living here more than we could ever have imagined. We moved from CT In June, 2020 during Covid. Despite all the challenges and stress, we were able to feel right at home in our new apartment. I could go on and on about how thrilled we are to be here..

Im enjoying my life at Everleigh. I like the apartment and the amenities here. Ive met new friends and learned to play fun games. Kathy, the activity director is fabulous. She runs a tight ship and provides lots of games, crafts, and pool activities that I enjoy with other residents. Thank you, Kathy and Jarvis for making our lives so active and fun!

We love living at Everleigh Halcyon Village. Great staff, lots of fun events, and great location with shops, restaurants, movie theater within short walking distance. There is a farmers market once a week right across the street from Everleigh.

Facility is maintained very well and the staff is always there to handle any inquiries. A very pleasant environment where one can enjoy many activities that are available.

The complete staff is very professional and nice to work with. We have found the residents to be very friendly. There are numerous things activities and things to do w/out leaving Everleigh. However, if you do there are a lot of things in the immediate area "Halcyon" w/in walking distance to do from dining to shopping, to relaxing in the square. We very much enjoy our location at the Everleigh.
