I enjoy 75% of my experience at Everleigh which keeps me here. I’ve lived here over four years. I love the hotel feel of the inside of the building. I enjoy the amenities and the other residents are terrific and make it a home. 3rd management team, slow repairs, dead trees not removed or replaced grass, mud, etc. Took 3 years to fix door fob issues. Gates are often a problem. Poor quality construction has caused major issues for maintenance. We care about our community and like our team reason we put up with issues we should not have to.

We have enjoyed our first two weeks at Everleigh. It’s better than we could have imagined! Very comfortable, quiet with the perfect location! Everyone we’ve met here is amiable and welcoming! No visitor parking is a real problem for attempting to rent apartments here. There were three visitor places to park, but the staff reserved them for themselves.

Everleigh Lakeline is a fairly nice place to live. There are many activities and perks for residents. I would only caution that anyone who has disabilities understand that it is not ADA compliant regarding entrance doors. They are hard to open. Greystar is now installing a couple more ramps for those with disabilities and maybe compliance will come as more with people with disabilities live here, but as of now, I would not recommend it unless you are completely an active person.

This is a great place to live. Staff very helpful. Many games and events are offered. Mix and mingle always has an interesting theme and serves good food. I meet residents by joining all the games and events and find them to be caring and fun.

Everleigh is a great place to live I love my apartment. Also, management is usually quick to respond if appropriate. I have made many good friends here by participating in activities and visiting the wonderful dog park many times a day!
