This place looks great up front, but we've been here for a year now and have had some significant issues to which some of the way things are managed I think have a great deal of opportunity improvements. The first day we were supposed to move in while driving a moving trailer that was packed from Florida, we got a call to tell us our unit was not ready and an offer to switch to a different model. This was significant to us because it wasn't the design we wanted, we couldn't view it prior to moving in, but we were stuck with pets and furnishing being scheduled to show up the next day. Frustrated but we felt we had to agree. Beyond that there are frequent problems with door handles and locks not functioning properly, overhead parking door issues that have lasted sometimes for weeks. Trying to find deliveries in the package room is a nightmare without any real organization as they are just dropped in a common room with a bunch of shelves - it has improved some over the past year, but your stuff is still up for everyone's grabs. I've received non-compliance emails accusing me of letting a renters policy lapse that didn't. No warning, no care, and an uncalled for administrative charge because of their mistake. So nothing that has warranted us to move immediately because it's more trouble to deal with at the moment, but if I had to do it again I would've chosen a different place.
I applied with my friend to rent a apartment here. These apartments are really nice but unfortunately it took way to long to get approval and the leasing agent Joseph was very rude on the phone to us and our current landlords. We decided to move on to another apartment and cancel our application as a result.

The place is very disorganized for the price point. Thier management is rude. A young last by the name of Ashely was ALWAYS disrespectful. I live there for over a year and still have no way of letting guest in because thier call box doesn’t work at all. This property should not be considered a luxury apartment. They also have a mouse problem which is ridiculous.

This place is an absolute mess. I’d break my lease if it didn’t cost so much money. The new staff are completely incompetent - all decent people who have worked here in the past quit because Grady Management and the people they hire to manage the property are rude and extremely disrespectful. Packages are stolen on a regular basis as the package room does not meet federal USPS regulations. The carpets and walls are stained. The staff do not enforce any of the community regulations and have facilitated the continuous downfall of the property. Amenities are broken, falling apart, or filthy. The walls are paper thin. Spare yourself and look elsewhere.
I called in to speak to an agent about leasing and they were completely rude and incompetent. It was a young lady by the name of Ashley she had the worst attitude and snarky remarks. I definitely will never lease with them.

DO NOT MOVE THERE!!! This isn’t even everything. You’ve been warned. Read the reviews and move somewhere else. 1. Worm infestation everywhere on the property. They get into your apartment and they are in the pool. 2. Constant loud partying past quiet hours which are never respected or upheld. 3. There are physical fights on property with tenants. 4. The new management is unprofessional and unreliable.They allow people to do anything. 5. Trash is piled up on the floors in the trash room attracting bugs. 6. The police are onsite at least 3 times a week. 7. The car garage gate has been repeatedly broken for months by tenants and the management does nothing about it. 8. Cars have been broken into repeatedly. 9. Now maintenance requests take weeks to fix. 10. They make you pay for guests to come into the pool. But allow 10’s of visitors for parties without doing anything about it. 11. Weed smoke permeates the hallways and areas.
