I applied for an apartment here and have continued to get the run around on rather or not I was approved. I was told I would get a call back in 15min, 4 days ago and have yet to get that call back. When I call back no one answers the phone. The communication with the front office is not good and I haven't even moved in the apartment yet and that's the service they provide. After paying application and admin fee you would think they could give a simple approval or denial after everything has cleared or even give common curiosity on a call back, so I can possibly apply with another complex with better communication skills.

The office staff does not do anything about the pet violations. In one apartment, a man has four dogs plus 2 cats. His dogs bark all of the time as you pass by his apartment. The cat hangs out in the balcony as his dogs bark at everyone getting in and out of their cars. Hard to miss the balcony filled with animals. Not sure why this man is allowed to have that many animals in an apartment complex. Moving out... Keep on driving passed this complex don't rent here. I am tried of getting home and having the dogs bark at me. The office staff does nothing bout the animal filled balcony.

all the places in mansfield have the same thing, pool, granite, gym blah blah. However the ladies at evolv set them apart by leaps and bounds!!! The service i have gotten is nothing short of amazing!! The smiling faces when you walk in to the guy picking up dog poop (yes they have someone who does that bc the people that own the dogs dont) they are all so friendly and kind!! Would def recommend

I normally do not write reviews but I do have to commend Evolv Apartment Homes. They have done an amazing job of meeting all my needs from the moment I stepped into their office. Josselyn greeted me with such a huge smile and she gave me the impression that she genuinely loves helping people. This place by far has the best service. I met the entire staff before I even moved in!! They are on top of it!! Our apartment was clean smelt good and even had a gift in it when we got there. Liz left us a personalized note and that means a lot when you are moving from another state. Thank you evolv

Beautiful, quiet, amazing, safe, no complaints. Trustworthy. Helpful staff.

I have lived in these apts for nearly 3 years and fortunately am moving in a month. I was very busy on Saturday the 1st but I drive by the leasing office and There is a sign on their building saying they are open on Sunday from 1-5 so I thought I would swing by on Sunday. They were not open, also closed on Labor Day. I come in the next day on the 4th and they want to charge 75.00 late fee even though they clearly have a sign saying they were open. Normally there is no late fee for 1 day. The ladies were very unhelpful and could care less on their part as to their misleading signage. Glad I’m getting out of here.

Been here for several years and it's great. It's located in a perfect location off 360 and Broad--convenient to shopping and highways. It's a well-taken care of facility that is next to a golf couse--it's quiet and I have great neighbors.

I moved to Advenir about 4 months ago and love my apartment. It's quiet and everyone is friendly. Apartments are reasonably priced. But the staff may be the best part. They are very personable, and will really go out of their way to help. There are a lot of other choices for apartments in Mansfield, but you can't go wrong with this one. Linn

The apartments look very nice and well built. They are very, very, very noisy though. The windows are very thin and so are the walls. You will be able to hear when your neighbor is eating, using the restroom, sleeping and sometimes even breathing! The rent is nice, not very expensive but you get what you pay for. Since it is not gated it also has a lot of cars coming through. You tend to hear motorcycles and cars reving in the parking lot during the night. I have also heard 3 or 4 domestic situations in the parking lot as well. So again, you get what you pay for. It is cheap and they look nice but everything else is pretty terrible.

Love our apartment! It has a very modern feel on the inside and the apartment complex itself is very well kept. The pool is super nice and we are there all the time. Overall I would recommend anyone to live here. Affordable as well!

Customer service is poor. It takes several requests to get things done...i think, because I am still waiting. Poor job of maintaining the property as well, dogs go to the bathroom and no one cleans it up, trash left stairways and breezeways for weeks on end. Complaints to the front office do nothing. Not worth the high rent, I can not wait until my house is ready so that I can move! Beware
