Amazing Staff + Amenities!
I've loved living at Locale so far, everybody in the office is super helpful and nice and the overall vibe here is amazing. The units are super modern and updated and the price for what you're getting is great, especially considering I signed super late into the year. The amenities are definitely the best part with the pool, gym, and even a yoga studio which makes this place so unique. I recommend living here to anybody who is looking for off-campus student housing!

amazing place !!
first year living here and i could not be any happier ! i have lived in a few different places now and this one by far is the best! such good amenities. and overall just feels very homey! super happy here and love it so far!

Reasonably Priced Off Campus Housing
Locale in Allendale is a nice property containing furnished apartments geared towards college students. The staff have always been helpful when questions arised. The walls are a bit thin, and parking fills up quickly leaving a bit of a walk to your apartment, but other than that it is a good place to live.

Spacious
Apartment staff is super friendly and super knowledgeable. Moving into an “as in” apartment and it was still super clean and ready for us to move in.

Love it here!
This is going to be my third year living here and they have never disappointed! Whenever you need something fixed, they’re always there to fix it! Everyone gets their own walk-in closet, bathroom, and very decent sized rooms! Another huge plus, it’s only about a mile from Grand Valleys campus!

Best Off-Campus Housing in Allendale
Front desk staff is amazing and so is the maintenance team. Apartments themselves are modern and cozy. There’s a pool, tanning beds, gym, and free breakfast. Doesn’t get better than that!

Love it here!
Locale is an amazing community! I’ve lived here for 2 years and don’t have any complaints. For the price you really get a lot. The staff is super friendly and always available! Plus the amenities they offer makes this a 10/10

Best Off Campus Apartments
They have everything you need here and go out of their way to host special events for their residents. The rooms are great too where you have your own space with a bathroom and closet, but you can also hangout in the common area.

Love it here!
After living here for almost a year, I’m so glad I resigned for another! I love all the amenities, especially the pool, gym, and breakfast bar(love the waffles). The employees are super sweet as well as the maintenance workers. They take every issue seriously and solve it asap. The apartment, including the bedroom came with all the furniture I could ever need. I would definitely recommend all GVSU students looking to live off campus live here:)

Great!
I have now lived at evolve (now Locale) for a year now, my roommate has lived here for 2 years and we resigned again for next year. For college living we have it made with out amenities, fixed utility payment, and quality of apartment. The staff has been nothing but helpful and flexible with us as and maintenance is always reliable and helpful!

Would Absolutely Live Here Again
I loved living at Evolve so much. The only reason I'm leaving is because they don't have single-bedroom floor plans. I loved the staff and amenities. Absolutely recommend living at Evolve.

Trash!
Evolve is not a great place to stay. The walls are thin, i shouldn’t be able to hear my neighbor cough from my room. If you have an issue maintenance be prepared to wait for about 2 weeks before hearing from them. There has been 2 occasions when their staff just walked into my apartment with no warning and lastly residents don’t clean after their dogs so it’s poop all over the grass in which is not well kept anyway.

Evolve
Evolve apartments are really nice. A lot of amenities are included as well, but if i had to sum it up its been an annoying experience. I’ve had to place many work orders & at first they took forever to come fill the requests. Maintenance staff needs to be expanded, & the gates need to be working 24/7, too much confusion going on.
