THERE IS NO COMMUNITY LAUNDRY
So I've lived here for 2 years, and I have to say that the location is the only reason I've stayed. At least for Executive Arms, their service is fair; however, this listing is 100% lying to you that there is a communal laundry area. So with that being said, if you are moving here expecting to be able to do your laundry at or near your apartment, think again. You have to lug your laundry to the coin laundry spot on Colley Avenue. I'm amazed that this fictitious laundry spot is STILL on this website 2 years later.
