Located about eight miles north of Downtown Seattle, the area of Lake City was once a railroad stop. It was named in 1906 and quickly developed into a suburb of Seattle. During Prohibition, the area was unincorporated. So when Seattle joined Prohibition, Lake City supplied the roadhouses and speakeasies barred from the nearby city. Lake City became a Seattle neighborhood in the mid-1950s. With Lake Washington as the neighborhood’s sparkling gem, residents are rediscovering this northern neighborhood.
Lake City stretches from the lake to roughly 15th Avenue in North Seattle. While the speakeasies are long gone, there are several popular destinations along Lake City Way, including HellBent Brewing Company Elliott Bay Public House & Brewery, Brother Barrel, and 2C Thai. If you are moving to Lake City with a pet, you’ll appreciate Dogwood Play Park, an indoor dog park and bar complete with a treat bar and birthday cakes for pet parties.

Property Ratings at Executive Estates
Everything I've needed and helpful staff. I suppose there have been issues with the laundry machines but they've been fixed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that our team has been helpful and that any issues with the laundry machines have been resolved. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your support.
Parking is bad. It can get loud if your unit is near 15th Ave cause of constant car noise, sirens, and crazy people screaming middle of the night. The buildings are old. The landscape is well maintained. It was hard to move in/out because of the layout. It is an affordable place.

This was my first apartment and I was very pleased with the space I had in my room and living room. Throughout time I met random neighbors across this large complex and there are some really cool people here. The staff was always nice and understanding. Location is nearby the bus and a QFC is right across the street. Very good place to live especially with the crazy prices and small apartments you find nowadays.

As a young professional, I’ve really appreciated my time at Executive Estates and just recently signed another year long lease. The office has been great to work with and the apartments are well maintained. The security patrols are also fantastic and I truly appreciate the steps the owners have taken to keep the complex feeling safe and protected. Thank you for everything you do guys! :)

Worst managenent ever. I had lived there for more than 4 years. The manager before was really nice and the managment was good but since kristina came as the manger, the management has become wrost. The staff has manager has no respect for its tenants and donot know how to speak to people. The apartment is really nice and I love the area but management really sucks. Our apartment has water leakage problem and they donot even care after we put the maintainance request 4 times. WORST MANAGEMENT.

I had an apartment at Executive Estates for almost nine years. The complex itself is ok, but the office ruins it. My time there was very stressful, and I was never treated with any respect or consideration. I have lived in several other apartments, and the management at all of them was so polite and helpful- exactly the opposite of Executive. There were plumbing issues from the beginning, never resolved in the whole time I was there, and , at the last, I became seriously ill there , at least partially due to this. It was no use trying to get them to do anything about it- if there is any problem, the tenant is blamed for it, and they take no responsibility. The management was rude and inconsiderate , and they did not care one bit about their tenants. I never understood why they were like this, and I wish I would have left there years before I did, instead of continuing to give them money they did not deserve to receive. I am only now recovering from the illness I got while trying to live there. At the last they charged me more money after moving out . I feel they owe me a lot of money instead for what I went through at that place! It was a bad experience.

We are very disappointed to see that during your time here you were not satisfied with the service you were provided with. We understand how important it is for our residents to not only have a comfortable place to call home but to have reliable staff there for them. We appreciate this feedback, and we will be sure to look into how we can improve our services going forward.
DON'T MOVE IN HERE!!! Management is just terrible and they will take your money and waist your time. They told us multiple times that they had pictures/videos of us yelling or sneaking people and animals in (when we didn't), when we confronted them about it the subject was casually dropped. They also charged us for our dishwasher leaking. It's not worth the trouble. Don't do it.
I and my roommate lived there from July 2015 - Oct 2016. No home party or pets during the living. The final moving out bill is over $1400. Some of ridiculous charge details are listed: Carpet Stain removal - $ 195 (I and my roommate rent a carpet cleaning machine, commercial vacuums from Home Depot and clean the apartment before we move out, but still.) Repair - Water dmg to bath counter - $605 Repair - Water dmg to bath vinyl - $ 245 (The explanation is that we don't take care bath counter and keep it dry every time we use. The water leak into the wood and break it. Before i move out, i don't see any damage. Also, Very funny, bath counter is not waterproof and brand new one don't come with 1 year warranty.). I did call the management for the bill detail. The lady is very rude. Overall, I had a good time living there. The place is quite and rent is reasonable. However, the moving out experience is really bad. I hope the owner are able to see it and solve the problem properly. Also for any current residence, please take pic before you move out. Who knows what kind of ridiculous invoice will come out to you. I am response for my comments.
Very well kept and clean apartments, peacefull and quiet north seattle compound, friendly staffs, green yard fountains, very spacious and beautiful rooms, easy access to downtown seattle, to freeways, grocery stores, busses, near two community colleges,
