Leasing office people won’t even answer the queries asked in the call properly.
As a tenant of five years at the Executive house, it has been a joy to live here ,I feel safe and comfortable, It feel like this is my home. IF I could turn back that hands of time I wish I would have chosen this apartment building first. What made this my choice, the high rise security building, in which vistor' s have to call and have to get buzzed into the building ,which eliminates people walking freely throughout the building. They have remodeled the inside of the building by painting and adding new carpet throughout the building which makes the building look more inviting as I enter in the lobby. The second reason why I like it here ,its close to downtown . I also like the fact I don't see a lot of people just loitering in this area because I need a place and community where I feel safe to come home, and this is it. Even if a law enforcer or fire truck is called ,they are just in time when needed and that's a plus. It is clean and the yard work is very attractive. We also live around the Dayton Art institute that offers events for the community and people around the the area to come and enjoy.
I've been through a lot here with my son and I, this apartment complex has great neighbors and a great community.
Executive house have the best managers. I have grown to love Brian and Stacie
