Executive house

The executive house is a BEAUTIFUL apartment. The location is so convenient, the apartment is spacious and clean and the property is very quiet. The manager, Maitty is absolutely wonderful... professional, thorough and kind. The first day I moved in my worst nightmare happened... I lost my keys to my apartment. In the middle of the move (on a Friday evening nevertheless!) I called Maitty and she was able to bring me a spare key and saved the day. Moves are stressful enough, it's so nice to have a great property manager and beautiful apartment to call home.

Great Location

I love that Executive House is so close to restaurants, stores, and a planet fitness! I'm excited to have a balcony space to relax and stainless steel appliances. It's a great, spacious one bedroom apartment.

Great Place!

The Executive House’s location is wonderful because it is near major roads and highways, the Holyoke Mall, movie theater, and many other shopping centers and restaurants. The apartments are renovated and beautiful and management is friendly and responsive. Definitely a great choice. - AW

Executive house

I am renting here for the second time, I like that the living and dining room have plenty of space, the manager Melanie is an absolute professional, and makes the transition into the apartment seemless, minutes away from planet fitness, and the mass Pike, tucked in a very quiet neighborhood by the monastery, glad to be back..and hope that others will take a good look and executive house on Riverdale Rd... December 2017... Happy holidays..to the staff, and neighbors..!

I previously lived here and moved out due to job relocation. Upon returning to Mass I knew there was only one place I wanted to live. The apartments are very spacious and well priced, they are also in a good location.

Super new

Melanie was our management team member we worked with & she was amazing. She was very understanding with our needs & honest with us since the first day we met her. The apartment is modernized & has nice wood floors. The biggest one bedroom in the area & I’ve looked at over 10 apartments. I haven’t officially moved in yet, but loving the vibes I’ve gotten so far. I can tell I picked a good place for my first apartment. Thank you Melanie

So far, so good!

New resident who is very grateful for the pleasant and accomodatbf property manager, largest one bedroom I encountered in my hunt (and I went to over 15 properties in the area), and a new place to call home! I only gave four stars because I cannot review life at executive house yet as I moved in recently, but can vouch for the awesome staffing and move in process. I will update once I have settled in and can speak more about the home itself.

Overall, the apartment itself was very well kept and located in a very nice area. Close to plenty o businesses. The only negative impact to the moving process was the notification of approval.

It's a great place to live and management is excellent at helping you.

Very pleasant place to live.

I have lived here for 3 years now, and although I would say the rent is a bit high, I'm very content living here. The building is safe and neighbors do look out for one another. The managing company definitely makes up for the absent landlord and cares for the tenants. I would recommend this apartment building to someone just starting out or even a college student.
