Property Ratings at Executive Series Apartments
The windows are so thin you can hear everything happening outside up to a block away. If you're a light sleeper like me this will be hell for you. They also control your heat and air and turn it on and off to their discretion. So when it's 32 degrees outside and they don't feel like turning it on make sure you have lots of blankets! This place was okay for my first year but then I think new management took over and it's been terrible since. My lease is up in two months and it can't come fast enough.
I've been living here not quite a year and so far this has been my best renting experience. The office manager is quick to handle tenant needs and maintenance usually responds within an hour or a day at maximum. My building stays fairly quiet and I haven't had any problems with my neighbors. The only complaint I've really had has been the car place next door keeps parking their cars in the middle of our parking lot, but that's not really the staff's fault and it's more of an inconvenience than anything else. All in all, I've been recommending it to friends of mine looking for a place and fully intend on renewing my lease.

This place is one of the worst places I have lived. They would constantly ignore your requests for maintenance. Things would break all the time and it would take weeks to get them to even come and look. The property manager wouldn't try to help and would be condescending. They try to rip you off by using stuff, not replacing it and then trying to charge you for them after you move out. This is a horrible place to live.

Hi, are you sure you rented at Executive Series Apartments? Especially in the last 3 years? We have an amazing maintenance staff that handles work orders promptly that are called into the office. Work orders are usually completed within the hour or the same day. We also have an emergency maintenance number that is available to all of our tenants. You can call the emergency maintenance call center 24 hours a day. The call center not only calls the maintenance, but it emails the office of the issue. We have amazing tenants and love to take good care of them. In fact, most people who move here, do not want to leave. Actually, 95% of ones who have moved out have their ENTIRE security deposits returned to them. We are understand that there will be normal wear and tear and normally there is never any damage to charge unless the apartment was vandalized by the tenant before moving out. Very rarely do we have anyone who vandalizes our property before leaving. I also wanted to touch on the subject of reusing items... We do not reuse items. If something is broken, then how can it be reused? We have plenty of new supplies that are shipped here each week. We keep everything we need in stock, so there is plenty of new materials. I encourage you to look at your old lease and make sure that it was this apartment complex that you had lived. If you did not live here, then I would love to show you how an apartment complex can treat you with the dignity and respect that you deserve.
This is my first apartment since moving to Tulsa. The location is very convenient I think. The apartment is very spacious and was remodeled right before I moved in. There seems to be a lot of maintenance people on the property but it some of them are remodeling apartments and working on the exterior. The new paint is a big improvement. The manager is nice and always available. The maintenance people have been very nice as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this complex to a friend.

We have been with this apartment complex now for over a year I can't say enough about it I don't plan on moving anytime soon we absolutely love it there are four laundry rooms on site the leasing manager whose name is Elaine it's just great absolutely wonderful it's very very budget-friendly which helps out so much when you're raising a family the apartments have been renovated so they are like brand new on the inside there are always maintenance guys out and about working on the apartments they are great too the people that live here are very good people what I like the most is that they do not put up with nonsense if you're not a good person you won't live here that makes me feel a lot safer it is very family-friendly budget-friendly is always the best and location you cannot beat the location

I dropped by to look at a two bedroom because it was near my work at the fairgrounds. The two bedroom was really big, with a master bedroom with master bathroom and two walk in closets. the manager told me thT they had been remodeling apartments. I could tell that the carpet and appliances were new. There was also wood looking flooring that was really nice. I rented the apartment and have been really happy with it. The manager seems really nice and is usually in her office. Its really quiet here at night, I think most people here work. PS. This is all bills paid, i'm looking forward to not having that big gas bill this winter. I would recommend this property to a friend.

If your searching for bed bugs and roachs rent there! Manager is a whimp and won't believe you when you tell her you are being eaten by the bed bugs. She'll tell it it's just mosquitoes! Oh and let's not forget the sewer leak coming from the second story about the drive through.

The Sheriff informed me that you were no longer employed because he had already been to your former employer trying to find you. I immediately called to remind you that we DO have a Crime Free Addendum that IS strictly enforced with a 24-Hour Eviction Notice and asked how you were going to be paying your rent without a job. You moved out, but not without kicking and writing a false review.
