Ezelle has been a great first experience living in an apartment. The staff is very attentive and you can tell that they put in their all to host amazing activities and resolve any issues. I have no complaints on their end. The neighbors can be noisy and drive recklessly around the neighborhood so that is something to be careful about. Apart from that, it is generally quiet and safe.

great place , i like the various activities they have for residents. i just wish the fire alarm is not so sensitive specially near the kitchen but thats the price of safety.

Everyone from the leasing office and the wonderful maintenance team are great to work with if any questions or concerns arise. I’ve had a great experience living here between the community events, amenities, and of course my beautiful apartment!! I wouldn’t trade living here for anywhere else in the Orlando area.

We’ve been living here for 6 months, and it’s been an exceptional experience! This is a new construction, so everything is modern and well-designed. The gym is fantastic – clean, well-equipped, and perfect for staying fit. The picnic area is a highlight, with a barbecue spot and a beautiful lake view, great for relaxing or gathering with friends and family. As dog parents, we appreciate how pet-friendly the community is. They’ve provided dog waste bins with plastic bags, making it easy to keep the area clean. Another great feature is the regular community events held each month, which bring neighbors together in a welcoming atmosphere. A special shoutout to our leasing agent, Jamie, who’s been helpful and friendly throughout. The maintenance team is outstanding – quick and efficient whenever we’ve submitted a request, which has made our experience even better. The management is responsive overall, and the property is well-maintained. Highly recommend this place!

The apartments are very nice. They are roomy and I love our floor plan with no carpeting. It is a quiet community and the offer to recycle is an extra bonus. We take advantage of the 15 cups of coffee a month from the available machine. I only wish there was a little more parking around my building area.

Living at Ezelle has been a positive experience overall. The community is quiet and well-maintained, creating a comfortable living environment. The amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, are always clean and easily accessible. While small issues have come up from time to time, the maintenance team has been quick and responsive in addressing them. Management is friendly and communicates well with residents. I absolutely love living here! The apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are fantastic. The staff is amazing and really makes you feel at home. They do such a great job organizing activities that help everyone connect and build a sense of community. If I had to pick one tiny thing to improve, it would be to have the walls a bit more soundproof, but honestly, I’m really happy with my apartment and my overall experience as a resident!

The experience getting started here at Ezelle was amazing. Literally the whole way through it was easy and simple. I love the space! It’s the perfect tones for both inside and outside of the building My favorite part is the gym and pool, both of which have their own sound system and play new popular songs! Overall this is a great experience with a great community. I would very highly recommend!

it’s been a couple of months since we’ve moved in and i gotta say, the atmosphere, the community and the staff have provided a welcoming environment. The property is clean, they stay on top of the landscaping and we’ve barely had any shhhh…maintenance concerns. we really enjoy this place. the only concern is finding parking during those late nights off work.

This complex has been wonderful from the amenities to the unit itself to the office and maintenace staff. It is a quiet area perfectly close to everything surrounding the Disney area. Any time we have ever had an issue, the response and mediation has been quick and helpful from both the office and especially maintenance. They are so nice!

I have loved living here!! The amenities are always so well kept and everyone is so friendly. There are so many community events every month that make it so exciting to be a resident!!

Great place to live, friendly and awesome neighbors. Amenities, Resort Pool & Grill side are amazing!!! Clean and spacious bar area, ambiance music the best!!! Professional maintenance team with immediately response. All brand new buildings in an excellent location!!!

It’s amazing and I love living here. The amenities are wonderful and the property is very quiet which is nice. The only problem is parking can be a hassle sometimes

I just moved in recently but the staff is so friendly and very prompt along with great communication. There is also different events going on to help meet people in the community and make you feel so welcome!

From A-Z this has been a great experience. When we have had issues arise, the staff has been extremely attentive and willing to help . The facilities are brand new, well kept, and in pristine condition overall. The apartments themselves are spacious, beautifully designed, and feel like luxury living. Although close to the tourist elements of Orlando and Disney, it feels quiet and isolated from it all.

Love it here! The community is welcoming and everyone in the leasing office is so nice and is great at making me and my roommates AND dog feel welcome! They answer my concerns attentively and all of the events have been so fun to attend!

Property staff are very pleasant. ( Yvonne) Outside areas are very clean, I love the walking trail and so does my dog! Not to mention the beautiful pool area and other amenities. I’m looking forward to using my 15 complementary coffee a month I think that’s awesome.

Maintenance staff is amazing. They are so friendly and helpful, more so than any other complex I’ve lived in. I love the amenities and community events. The only complaint is that I’ve noticed I hear my neighbors more than I have in other complexes. Not sure if this is a building issue or if they are just noisy. Overall we are enjoying living here

We have loved our first few months here at Ezelle. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. One of our favorite things is the fitness trail. So pretty at sunset!

these guys are seriously here to help! getting through the application process is tedious (it shows they care about who their resident are) but i was guided every step of the way so we could get the apartment we wanted! everything so far is amazing and we couldn’t be happier.

Experience is actually 50/50 and im so tired of residents smoking weed in the parking lot like its nothing. Cant even bring family if the stairs smells like weed dailyyy!!
