The apartments are very nice. They are roomy and I love our floor plan with no carpeting. It is a quiet community and the offer to recycle is an extra bonus. We take advantage of the 15 cups of coffee a month from the available machine. I only wish there was a little more parking around my building area.

Living at Ezelle has been a positive experience overall. The community is quiet and well-maintained, creating a comfortable living environment. The amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, are always clean and easily accessible. While small issues have come up from time to time, the maintenance team has been quick and responsive in addressing them. Management is friendly and communicates well with residents. Parking is convenient, and the grounds are kept tidy. Neighbors are respectful, which adds to the sense of community. I absolutely love living here! The apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are fantastic. The staff is amazing and really makes you feel at home. They do such a great job organizing activities that help everyone connect and build a sense of community. If I had to pick one tiny thing to improve, it would be to have the walls a bit more soundproof, but honestly, I’m really happy with my apartment and my overall experience as a resident!

The experience getting started here at Ezelle was amazing. Literally the whole way through it was easy and simple. I love the space! It’s the perfect tones for both inside and outside of the building My favorite part is the gym and pool, both of which have their own sound system and play new popular songs! Overall this is a great experience with a great community. I would very highly recommend!

it’s been a couple of months since we’ve moved in and i gotta say, the atmosphere, the community and the staff have provided a welcoming environment. The property is clean, they stay on top of the landscaping and we’ve barely had any shhhh…maintenance concerns. we really enjoy this place. the only concern is finding parking during those late nights off work.

This complex has been wonderful from the amenities to the unit itself to the office and maintenace staff. It is a quiet area perfectly close to everything surrounding the Disney area. Any time we have ever had an issue, the response and mediation has been quick and helpful from both the office and especially maintenance. They are so nice!

From A-Z this has been a great experience. When we have had issues arise, the staff has been extremely attentive and willing to help . The facilities are brand new, well kept, and in pristine condition overall. The apartments themselves are spacious, beautifully designed, and feel like luxury living. Although close to the tourist elements of Orlando and Disney, it feels quiet and isolated from it all.

Property staff are very pleasant. ( Yvonne) Outside areas are very clean, I love the walking trail and so does my dog! Not to mention the beautiful pool area and other amenities. I’m looking forward to using my 15 complementary coffee a month I think that’s awesome.

Maintenance staff is amazing. They are so friendly and helpful, more so than any other complex I’ve lived in. I love the amenities and community events. The only complaint is that I’ve noticed I hear my neighbors more than I have in other complexes. Not sure if this is a building issue or if they are just noisy. Overall we are enjoying living here

We have loved our first few months here at Ezelle. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. One of our favorite things is the fitness trail. So pretty at sunset!

these guys are seriously here to help! getting through the application process is tedious (it shows they care about who their resident are) but i was guided every step of the way so we could get the apartment we wanted! everything so far is amazing and we couldn’t be happier.

Experience is actually 50/50 and im so tired of residents smoking weed in the parking lot like its nothing. Cant even bring family if the stairs smells like weed dailyyy!!

It’s a very nice and quite place to call home it’s comfortable close to everything the neighbors are great I can’t think of a better place to live then Ezelle even down to the apartment managers and the team here at Ezelle is amazing love love love it here

I love the layout of the apartments and the different community events that are done every month. It brings a unique experience to living here. The staff is amazing, they're so friendly and always willing to help out. The maintenance team is fantastic as well, they get the job done within the same day or 24 hours of the request.

Fantastic community! With the intense development in Kissimmee and Florida as a whole, you can easily find a community with similar amenities. What sets this community apart is the fantastic management team! Highly recommend.

Ezelle is a beautiful location. The amenities are wonderful and the place is clean and maintained well. The non-smoking policy needs to be enforced more but most of the staff has been productive in taking action against this. There are many social activities for the residents and wonderful opportunities for things to do around the area.

I’ve been living in this community for roughly 4 months and have had the best experience thus far! The staff is wonderful and beyond attentive to any questions or issues that may arise. As someone new to Florida I can say I’ve felt very welcomed and thoroughly enjoy all the amenities and fun events the community hosts. I honestly have no complaints, I absolutely love living here!

Moved in yesterday! Jaime, Gabriella, and Yvonne were very kind and efficient! We were also welcomed to the neighborhood by one of our neighbors! I think we have made the right choice in moving here.

Office staff was super friendly and knowledgeable when doing both the individual and joint tours with my roommate. There was a dolly that we were able to use to assist with moving. Apartment was professionally cleaned and felt safe and clean when entering.

this apartment building has a potential of being great but they need to control the pests/ants/snakes infestation on ground floor of staircases and maintain the grills and other amenities.
Everyone here at ezelle have been nothing but kind and welcoming. They made our moving-in experience such a breeze. We are excited to start a new chapter here.
