Living at Fair Hills is a breeze! The complex is beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, and the apartments themselves are great!

Management and maintenance are very courteous and professional, they’re willing to help and work with whatever professional service you need.

I been living in this community for more than 6 years and it is so lovely and peaceful environment place to be.

My apartment is very comfortable and I really enjoy living here. I intend to extend my lease when the time comes. These apartments are very well taken care of inside and out. They are beautiful and have everything you could want.

Management has always been so fast and ready to help with any problems. So refreshing after every other apartment I've been in. I will look for Greystar properties again when I move.

Rent is very high for the quality of everything. Old cheap appliances, beat up counters and floors since movin. No cameras in the hallway, the lighting in the apartment is terrible. Only 1 A/C in my entire apartment. Deck is not level. Also utilities not included in the already high rent.

I admire how well kept this apartment complex has been throughout my previous tenancy and ongoing experience here at fairhills. I also love the peace of mind I have living here. It’s literally a safe place for my family and I would recommend fairhills to anyone.

It is a decent safe community that doesn’t include too many rowdy people and most people in my building don’t cause any issues. I’m not a fan of their billing for the water or utilities that they add in top of rent simply because there is no way for me to see how much I personally contributed versus what I am paying. The heating system works great in the winter but there is such a thing as too hot and my apartment averaging a temp of 82 degrees throughout Winter even with all of the space heaters set to not turn on is excessive.

Best place to live in Williston. I lived here for more than 7 years

Fair Hills is a lovely place to live, the entire staff is professional, courteous, and really cares about their residents! They continuously provide excellent customer service. Fair Hills is by far the best community I have ever lived in!

I moved out due to family reasons. I was locked out of my account and told they needed to open it back up and would let me know when it was reopened so I could pay them. months went by and I was never notified until I got a voicemail saying that if I didn't pay it would be sent to collections. So I opened the account and there were a few more things there than were there originally. So I sent an email to see what all that was about and they never responded. I tried to go back in and check but I was unable to get back in and no-one was responding. They sent it to collections and these people were actually helpful. I can't recommend anyone ever use these apartments ever with theses issues.

Fairhills is a great community of respectful people of all walks of life. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a well located/managed apartment building. And the complimentary garage is pretty sweet.

The team at this complex will n Williston is top notch they do a lot of over the top things such as pizza night taco night ice cream night nice to see they value the residents that stay here.Williston has a few choices but in my time 4-5 years they have been great at appearance of the complex maint knowing us and our kids. I’ve seen a lot of neg stuff and heard of bad stuff about other complexes but never have I seen or heard one from this complex. They have always gone above and beyond on a constant basis. There has been some turnover but Morgan and her team have been amazing who we is doing the hiring process is doing great at keeping the right ones in and bad ones out.Thank you

This is the best property management company I've ever rented from. Maintenance requests are always completed immediately, and the staff are super kind and helpful.

I have lived here since May 15 and the staff has been very helpful with the move and any issues I have had concerning maintenance has been addressed promptly as well as effectively.

Fair Hills is one of the nicest apartment homes in the area. Moves are stressful, but Fair Hills makes it super easy! If you’re deciding between apartment homes, deeply consider Fair Hills. They were super easy to work with, very friendly, fast, & accommodating. The buildings are clean & regularly carpet washed, the complex is close to stores & gas stations, & family friendly. If I had to choose again, I’d pick Fair Hills every time, we love our apartment!

Natalie was/is amazing- her attitude and all the help provided really made the experience in moving in top-notch A I moved her due to her help and the garage.

My everyday experience at Fairhills has been greeted with kindness and professionalism from both office staff and maintenance. The ladies in the office are knowledgeable and so kind. The two maintenance techs (Beth & Dan) have been exceptional! Couldn't ask for two better techs to take care of my maintenance needs! By far one of the best communities in the region!

The quality of my stay at fair hills is definitely in question. Between less than pleasant office staff and overwhelming police presence due to neighbors I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending this place to friends or family.

When I first found Fair Hills online it seemed too good to be true after previous experiences with other property management companies. It has been one of the few times that too good to be true has actually been true. I've been nothing but pleased with my time living here.

This used to be a community of neighbors who respected each and the property. Now it’s not only noisy but people destroy the hallways and leave trash everywhere inside and outside of the buildings.

Our leasing coordinator Laurel Erickson did an amazing job, she was friendly and personable. She made the whole process so easy and was able to move our move in date closer due to unforeseen circumstances at our old apartment rendering it unsafe for us to stay in the apartment till the end of our lease. I am so thankful for the staff at Fairhills being so willing to work with us and quick to respond! My family is much happier and healthier now living at Fairhills!
