The building was build in 1923 as the previous high school. there are several display cases with memorabilia from the last 100 years. We have 26 apartments varying sizes and floor plans. Each apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Some units have a walk-in shower. We have 3 floors with elevator service reaching all floors. The elevator is serviced every 3 months. This apartment has many issues and people who don’t care about the tenants!
This place has had me feeling all different types about how they do things and run the building. I was helping my daughter find her first place to move to and when I called their we were given the price supposedly for a 2 bedroom apartment and scheduled a time to go do a walk through but had to wait because there was a tenant still in there which was fine. After signing the lease released that the price was almost a hundred dollars more than quoted and then after moving in realized that one of the rooms that they said was a bedroom don’t have any windows so legally could only be a one bedroom but still getting charged for a 2 bedroom. Since moving in she has encountered many problems with other tenants playing loud music and banging on things when she works long nights and after saying something to management things have only gotten worse so now she doesn’t have energy and doesn’t want to go to work and feels hopeless with no one to turn to to help. So I definitely don’t recommend this place.
