Property Ratings at Fairfield Courtyard at Bayport
disorganization many problems in these apartments if you have a problem they ignore it no one takes care of the problem immediately but they find constant excuses … the apartments are completely dark at night there is no lighting there are lights but they don't turn on sometimes people argue about the parking spaces are not well numbered and not even the lines can be seen … the people who work leave the washing machine on and go back to. home and they see that fairfild shuts off the water without warning so you risk burning the washing machine and finding yourself with poor quality basic appliances at the end of the month why should we pay so much money??! this summer I had a house full of insects ??? there are connections to the outside holes where even a mouse could enter there is no disinfestation???? or do you have to find bugs everywhere?? prices increase when the quality increases not when the service worsens .. when the houses are moved out the Rubbish comes out the street full of anything I don't expect the classic copy paste apologies but to solve these problems don't complain if people don't pay you

We will look into all of the concerns that you have raised and take appropriate measures to ensure that similar issues do not arise in the future.
To start off you have “PLASTIC” covers on the “HEATING” baseboards, in elementary school people learn about hot air and cold air, plastic does not distribute hot air or cold air and never have I seen plastic on heating baseboards, metal is what is supposed to be used on a heating baseboard as it gives out more hot air, Doing this they make you use more electric and pay more money for constant use, and apartment being 60 degrees with heat on.. thanks for the intelligence.

The Renovations are not new.. they use old product that is laying around... old lady died in my apartment before i moved in and they kept the same rug in the new renovation and same doors even same toilet seat.... this what you call renovating? screen doors also have all holes in them first day you move in welcome the mosquitos in the house when you want fresh air.. thank god i got a transfer and got out of this newly renovated piece of crap within a month... also hire people to do jobs they aren't even properly trained to do, also watch out if they dont do the job right the money will come out of your security deposit from property damaged, avoid this place like the plague.

Fairfield courtyard at Bayport is in a great location, in a quiet community . My fiancé and I are happy with the staff , they are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is a great size for a reasonable price . We highly recommend Fairfield in Bayport to reside at!

Thank you for this stellar 5-star review! We're thrilled you and your fiancé are happy here. Please reach out if there is anything you may need. We appreciate you!
My fiance and I contacted Fairfield apartments after our housing dreams were put on hold due to covid. From the moment Brittany S picked up the phone it was so pleasant! A warm, bright and bubbly personality when so many other places we had inquired at and been too were less than helpful and downright rude! She made our entire application and touring process a breeze and honestly fun! Anyone who wants to look at Fairfield properties ask for Brittany! You will NOT be disappointed.

This place is terrible. I currently have a RAT living in my kitchen. They sent someone yesterday to patch the wall and place bait. So now it’s trapped in the kitchen. I called maintenance twice today and they didn’t respond until I called the emergency number 2 additional times. The guy shows up and says he can put down glue traps, which aren’t big enough for the RAT in here, and call the exterminator TOMORROW. I don’t understand why they feels it’s ok to leave me living with a RAT and this is NOT considered and emergency. I have plenty of photos and videos to confirm this is indeed a large RAT. Don’t bother coming here, this place is a joke.

When I leased my apartment it was under the previous management, when fairfield took over they assured me the deposit would transfer over. I moved out August 7th and still have not received my deposit back. I would not recommend dealing with these people.

What an Amazing place to rent from. Stephanie treated us like family from the first greeting to finalizing everything. She was gracious, informative, generous, and pregnant with twins neglecting taking her lunch break to help us. We Loved all the apartments she showed us and we picked one perfect for us. Thanks for treating us like family and we loved the cool lady who came to thank Stephanie.

Have a wonderful day! - Fairfield Courtyard At Bayport Team
Since they have switched to Fairfield, this place has gone down hill. Yes, u may get upgraded things like your porch, but when they just had to change the roof, the construction workers they hired left mine and others roofs without protection when it rained so now my ceiling in my bedroom and by my back door has huge brown spots on it from the rain leaking in. So I told the maintenance the day I saw this happen and he said they will paint it when they r done with the roof. I asked him about it causing mold and the maintenance worker said no it's fine it's not hot enough to cause mold, but I know that u don't need that much heat for anything to cause mold. So they will not cut the wet spots out and check to make sure their is no mold, they will only paint over the rain spots, in which they haven't even cane back to do, so I guess I'll have to call and ask them to do it even though I showed them already?? So yes, this is very upsetting. The amount of money you pay here I shouldn't have to call and remind them to fix my ceiling nor should I have to be lied to about possible mold in my ceiling from this issue, they should just make sure there's no mold instead of being lazy and just paint over it..... I have children in here!!

Recently downsized our apartment during the Southern meadow to Fairfeild transition and during the very confusing process, Frank was patient and helpful. He explained everything step by step and made the transition easy!

While there are a few things that need improvement with the property, I am giving our complex 5 stars because the leasing agent, Frank, and Kail and his maintenance team are simply the best. From day 1, they have taken care of our needs with immediate attention, and are just good people. The apartments are being renovated by Fairfield and will be gorgeous, I’m sure, but I want to mention that the walls between apartments are pretty thick. We hardly hear our neighbors on either side of our 2nd floor apt. We are in the imperial section (up front by the leasing office) which has a ton of extra parking. On the negative side of things, the laundry room is pretty nasty - we don’t use it anymore. Hopefully Fairfield will spend the money on fixing that up. And when we first moved here, there seemed to be a lot of police activity, but I think that has died down since last fall. And lastly, people don’t pick up their dog’s poop and that’s just disgusting, but more so on the tenants than on property management. All in all, this is our holding place until we find a house and it’s more than adequate. We have a kid in James Wilson Young MS right up the road and a baby and we all fit comfortably in a 2 bdrm. I read some bad reviews of (Southern Meadows) before we moved in and I’m glad I didn’t let them sway us from moving here.

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for 2 years & have always had excellent experiences and great assistance from all of the staff members during this time. One member in particular, Frank S, was always there to help and be understanding during all situations in order to resolve any concerns or questions.

Been at the site for 3 years and excited about the new ownership. Frank in the Leasing Office is always helpful and provides insight when we have a question. The Service team works to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
I was super stressed looking for an apartment, and once I was in contact with Frank in the office, I was at ease with it all. He had so much patience with me, is always so helpful, and very friendly. I have been living here for a year, and just renewed for another year. I rarely have an issue with anything, the one time I needed maintenance for something small, they fixed it immediately. Beautiful area to live in, especially in the summer :)
My girlfriend and I have just begun to move into our new apartment here at the Fairfield Courtyard at Bayport but we wanted to take the early opportunity to give a huge thanks to Frank, our Leasing Agent. From the time we first sat down with him, Frank was everything you can ask for in a Leasing rep. He was readily available to show us any apartments we were interested in and took the time to take our preferences and find layouts that would work well for us. Frank was straight forward and genuine with us on all of our questions, never once giving us that feeling of "ehh.. he's just trying to sell this place to us." Probably most important, Frank remained in constant email communication with us regarding due dates, apartments updates, etc.. Anyone with a busy work schedule can appreciate this as it alleviates the stress of moving knowing a resource like Frank is there to ensure everything is done so we can move-in on time. In short, we are both very excited to begin our time with Fairfield and this is largely due to Frank and everything he has done to get us into our apartment. Thanks Frank! Cheers!
