Fairfield Courtyard at Lake Grove

This is a dog friendly complex, and I love dogs, but there are some people with out of control dogs that shake the entire building because they're so big and loud. The dogs bark constantly, all day, and I can feel my floor vibrating from them jumping. These dogs weigh more than a human does. I've contacted management and no one has replied which is a headache.

After 20 years in a home, I thought the transition into an apartment was going to be difficult. However, Terrence was so helpful! He understood what my son and I were looking for and helped us find our new home. We love our apartment! The apartment has been completely renovated. It is clean and bright! The grounds are lush and beautiful. Lake Grove is wonderful village and only 4 miles a away from Stony Brook Hospital. We have nothing but good things to say about Lake Grove, Fairfield, and our amazing leasing agent, Terrence. Thank you!!

I'm in a bottom floor apartment. My friends in other buildings experience this too. Whenever it's windy, there are loud bangs in quick succession, as if something in the infrastructure of the walls/ceiling is straining against the wind. I think it might be the internal fans getting pushed back against their ratcheting, but whatever it is, it's really loud. Other than that, it's a great place to live. nice maintenance, easy parking/apt access, and so close to Lidl for cheap groceries!

I just want to say these guys work so hard and always go above and beyond for us. This blizzard was a horror but Hugo Mike Eunice and Antonio worked all night for 2 days to clear us out. I am disabled and need a little more help than others. I didn’t think I would get out of my spot but Hugo came to my rescue I didn’t know how I would get to work and he put my fears to rest so thank god Fairfield has these guys

I have to admit I was not an easy client: I booked the apartment over email while living in Seattle area, there were numerous delays on my side with the paperwork, and when it was time to pay the security deposit, I was traveling in Europe and was not able to send a certified check. Still, Terrence (the property manager) was extremely helpful, supportive, and professional at all stages of the process. Highly recommended.

I had to move out fairly quickly from one apartment to another and Terrance was my go-to person. He made sure I secured an apartment so fast and worked around the budget I could afforrd! I love my new place. It's newly renovated with plenty of space. I have the view of a beautiful courtyard. The building I live in is fairly quiet which is great for students like me!! I highly recommend reaching out to this property for your next move

Terrence showed us around our new apartment, he gave us history on the complex as well as the direction it was heading! He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his job. The actual apartments are stunning, crown molding, gorgeous counters. I feel for a 1 bedroom apartment, there is a ton of space for two people. The grounds are gorgeous, well landscaped.

We just moved into Fairfield courtyard and have all good things to say so far about the community, about the apartment itself and especially about Terrance. He made our whole moving process a breeze and it was always such a pleasure seeing him. He is very dedicated and passionate about what he does and truly made us feel at home and welcomed from the beginning. always nice to see him around the community as well. 10/10

The walls are very thin -- I often hear my neighbors clearly even when they're just talking, let alone blasting the TV. I've never lived anywhere with thinner walls. This has made spending time at home during the pandemic absolutely maddening. I was told that they installed soundproofing drywall in my newly renovated unit, but that's hard to believe. Some walls still have the nail holes from previous tenants' picture mounts! If I'm wrong, and Fairfield did install soundproofing drywall, they should get their money back because it doesn't do much of anything. On the plus side, the new appliances are excellent, the location is convenient, and I never have trouble finding a parking spot.

There are not security camera around the parking lot . No one respond to it and the staff just keep ignoring. If u want to keep your car safe. This is not the place u want.

there are roaches in these apartments .... told maintenance they dont do much.. and they go on to our apartments without your knowledge. its a shame i haven't lived comfortable....

Terrance was such a gentleman and made the process so easy. The apartment is beautifully renovated, it has brand new stainless steel appliances, Brand new carpets and tile throughout the apartment. It’s a lovely complex with a pool and gym. I look forward to meeting my neighbors and moving in on the 1st. After a long an arduous journey I have finally found my new home and I couldn’t be happier.

All Fairfield apartments are Newly renovated with new appliances and absolutely stunning (all units have washer dryers inside!). Great amenities for all ages. Dogs aloud!!! Terrence was absolutely wonderful. He is knowledgeable and kind. He made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. We can’t wait to move in!

Had to live in the area for a year and the brand new apartments with new appliances were incredibly nice, beautiful, and the staff, especially Terrence, are fantastic and helpful. Definetly reccomend. Great community.

I’ve been living at this place for more than two years, it is a nice community! Especially the newly renovated apartments that I am living in, it has the sense of home, with brand new equipments, it’s the best place I could ever look for. The leasing agent Terrence is very helpful and professional, he is very efficient at work. I appreciate his efforts to make this place so much better!

I was searching for properties while abroad and I had a good feeling about this place judging by the reviews, pictures and the good nature of Terrence (who helped me seal the deal on this apartment). When I decided to check it out, I was absolutely stunned by the place - I rented a 745sqft 1BR apartment and I have to say the place is designed extremely well; such that it feels like it's much bigger. My favourite part about living here is that it is so quiet everywhere - I can't sleep with noise around me and since moving in, I haven't heard a thing from any of the neighbours or people outside (aside from birds every once in a while). Loving it so far and hoping to have a good year ahead!

I just have to say how incredible Terrence was as we were searching for our apartment. Terrence was so knowledgeable, professional and very funny!! He made the experience something so special I would recommend him and Lake Grove Fairfield to anyone I know searching for a beautiful home!! 5 Stars for Terrence!!!

Ao far extremely satisfied with this complex. Every worker and there are a lot, which is good, is extremely caring and will go out of there way for you. The maintenance team is amazing getting things done quick and correctly. I would recommend to anyone looking For a place to check them out!

Fairfield Courtyard at Lake Grove is a wonderful community to live in. Mariel, our property manager, creates a comfortable environment for the residents and the entire Fairfield team. She has a lot of great ideas for the community center and the complex, such as the new holiday decorations. Mike, our service manager, takes great pride in the maintenance of the property. He helps residents in a respectful way, with a solution-oriented approach. The whole maintenance staff of Hugo, John and Yunus always do superb work. Terrence, our leasing agent, brings a friendly ambience to the office. The property is beautiful. It has a peaceful feel to it. Residents tend to treat each other well. Fairfield has installed new windows; and more improvements are planned.

From the start our experience was great! Terrance is a sweetheart and helped us with everything we needed and was a great help! The apartment is beautiful, everything is brand new and are in the process of making the whole community brand new and beautiful! Definitely recommend fairfield courtyard at lake grove!

Searching for apartments is exhausting but Terrance at Fairfield Courtyard at Lake Grove made this experience so easy. Terrance was always there to answer any questions that I had and was there with me every step of the process. I can't wait to move in. I secured an apartment just today and so excited. It's a great area, a beautiful community. I spent so much time looking at so many apartments all over Long Island and I kept comparing but my heart and gut kept coming back to this wonderful community! The apartments are beautiful and tasteful, and the staff....what can I say, Terrance is doll! Kind, thoughtful, helpful. I can't think of enough adjectives! I gotta start packing! - JM

My husband and I moved into these apartments as newlyweds and we have absolutely loved it! The apartments are very spacious and are designed beautifully. The pool is also very well maintained and is the perfect spot to be on the weekends. The gym is also very nice and is kept very clean. Terrance was such a help through the whole process and has always been so friendly and willing to help in whatever way that he can. Lake Grove is such a cute town and we have loved our time being here. It is so nice to have the mall right down the road, there is a grocery store right around the corner, and super good places to eat. 10/10 recommend checking this place out!

My roommate (medical student) and I (PhD student) went to an off-campus housing event on Stony Brook and found the Fairfield booth. They had recently acquired a new property not far from campus and were renovating, so we opted for this site because of the easy drive and the new unit features. We couldn't be happier with our choice. The new apartment is beautifully done and Terrance has been an incredibly helpful staff member from first contact all the way through now. We're enjoying our new apartment and are looking forward to spending more time here!

I have recently moved into the Fairfield courtyard apartments at Lake Grove, NY. We were lucky to move into the newly renovated apartments. They are very well done -- all new walls, flooring/carpet, and appliances. It feels like a totally different complex compared to the slightly older units. The kitchen is my favorite part with nice tile and new oven/microwave, countertop and plumbing. So far no complaints. Glad to have moved in! Highly recommend consider a newly renovated unit.

Finding a place to live on long island can really be a pain and I am really glad I found this place. The new renovated apartments are VERY nice; all my guests have been very impressed. The service staff are very helpful and friendly. You also can't beat the location, minutes away from Stony brook hospital, multiple shopping malls, restaurants and gyms. Really this place is a must see!

I LOVE IT HERE!!! It’s a beautiful community with beautiful views! The people in the community always have smiles on their faces and say hello! And the Leasing agent, Terrance, is a wonderful person! So kind and so helpful!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY!!

Beautiful pet friendly apartments under 10 minutes from LIRR and only 3 miles from stony brook university. Renovated apartments include washer/dryer in unit, stainless steel appliances and balcony. Definitely recommend!
