Property Ratings at Fairfield Pointe
Maintenance walks in unannounced and leaves the front door open when there is no one home. Thought I'd been robbed until I found their note
will start by saying I have lived here going on two years in July. I have always had positive reviews until now. I called today May 11th to report my AC wasn't working. It was 89 degrees outside and 74 inside. It is now 82 degrees in my apartment. My first call was 3pm to Destiny and they said they would let maintenance know. When I called back to follow up at 3:45 I spoke to Kayla and asked for the property manager April, but she was out to lunch, but would let her know about the problem. At 5:45 I went to the office to see where we stood, and ask for a portable AC unit like they had done in the past. While speaking to Destiny she apologized but told me there was nothing they could do, and I would have to wait for maintenance. I asked when that might be, and she didn't know. I asked for April again, but she had gone for the day. So in closing I'm very disappointed with the property at this point. This will be a huge consideration if I renew my lease or not. How would they feel if it was 82 degrees in there home?
No communication between management, unit was in horrible conditions and maintenance walks in unannounced
I have been living here for several months and for me it has been wonderful I have no complaints.I highly recommend a safe place for your family.Comfortable, welcoming when you have a problem the maintenance team solves it in general they are very efficient ... .My congratulations..
Be careful. If you give a 30 days notice they'll decide to give you 3 days to leave the apartment the second you give it. Then send you to court for repairs without any contact to you after you leave. It's too expensive for what you get.
I initially was excited to move here, however to my surprise I was quickly disappointed. On June 23rd, two weeks before I was supposed to move into one of their townhomes, I viewed the townhome I was actually supposed to move into and it was not ready at all. The carpet was dirty, the vanity was not in in the bathroom, the oven was in yet, and some other things. (I have several pictures to show what the townhome looked like at that time, but for some reason it wont upload them). I discussed my concerns with a few people in the office including the assistant manager and they reported to me that the townhome would be completely move in ready THREE days before my move in date. Keep in mind, I gave them a deposit the middle of May, which was plenty of time to have the townhome ready way before 3 days prior to my move in date! No apology, no money off, no accountability, nothing. They did complete everything in the townhome three days prior to my move in date, however, at this time, I am already frustrated with their lack of efficiency and called the manager, Corey, to respectfully decline the townhome. I have called Corey twice now and left a couple messages, seeking my deposit back which in THIER lease, guarantees my full deposit back within 30 days of move in (which I also made a copy of). I have yet to receive a call back, which even further assures me that I made the right decision by not moving there. Also, Please beware and THOROUGHLY look over the lease before you sign. A lot of things I was not in agreeance with and had I known sooner, I would not have considered moving there at all.
very overly priced for the strict qualifications and the apartments are too small for what they are asking.

We are disappointed to your review. Our renters appreciate our rental criteria and we are priced in accordance with market value for the area.
I just couldn't wait to finish my lease.. i guess its true looks can be deceiving sometimes the place looks very nice from the outside but the apartment there was really bad, we could hear our neighbors all the time. if you take a shower and your neighbor happens to turn their water on it will be extremely hot so you gotta wait for them to finish what they doing then the water will go down to normal temperature, Management in your business all the time, if they did not like your car or if there is some rust on it they will tell you to either sell it or fix it or move out....A/C is not central and very loud it will keep up all the night, Long story short i will not recommend this place to my worse enemy.
A few months ago I had been in contact with these people about renting an apartment when I relocate. At the time I wasn't sure when. And thought it best to tell them to cool with all of the emails at that time I had no control over events. Oddly enough I know when i am going to move. Already sent these people 3 emails and 2 messages and nobody has gotten back to me yet. For all I know this maybe the greatest building in the fairfield area but this has to be proven to me, and since they have not gotten back to me I am assuming they lost interest since there were told to stop contacting at one point.
We had just moved in a few weeks ago and we are absolutely loving it!! Such a nice quite environment, It's very clean and the staff are just amazing, the building is peacefull inside and out!! I would recommend Fairfield pointe to anyone looking for a nice apartment!
For this apartment complex to be so big they do a awesome job of running it and trying to keep everyone happy. Every time I call they answer and are very friendly. I called to have my carpet cleaned and she called me right back with a person that would clean the whole apartment for $50!!!! I love the two pools and two clubhouses. Depending where you place will be you can see all of the city of Fairfield!! Will be signing another lease!
