Fairfield Townhouses At Coram

I want to say a huge thank you to the management team at Fairfield properties for giving me and my daughter a wonderful and life-changing experience. We had been living at a Fairfield property (the Wel) for over a year when we needed to transfer to another apartment closer to my daughter’s college. We LOVED our apartment at the Wel and the staff there including Julie and John were so great to work with. The move to the Townhouses at Coram came suddenly and we needed to move in order to keep my daughter with me. I was in contact with Dawn at the townhouses trying to figure out how and when we could move. Ultimately, Dawn and Julie were truly my heros in making our move happen. We love our new home and can’t say enough for all of the staff at the Wel or the Townhouse at Coram. Great maintenance teams and amenities at both places. Moving into Fairfield was one of the easiest leasing processes I have went to, and they worked with my schedule to make my move in quick and convenient. The amenities the community holds are great for my family, including the gym and swimming pool. Move in day was smooth, with hardly any complications and was less stressful than most move ins. The apartment is updated, with stainless steel appliances and great space and natural lighting. The rooms are a nice size for the family as well. The in-house washer and dryer also makes our lives significantly more convenient as well. Overall Fairfield has been nothing but great to us so far, and has our satisfaction met

I had the opportunity to take a tour with leasing agent Dawn. She was very informative and professional. Dawn was very patient with me and my family as we did the walk through of the townhouse and answered all questions with no stone left unturned. I was very impressed by the blended community and thanks to Dawn's kindness and gentle approach I went on to apply for a place in Coram.

Called Dawn and got a response within hours to come view a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath. Walked in and was immediately greeted and shown a tour of the apartment. Can’t wait to move in just in time for the holidays!

I did my application by email, met with Dawn today and absolutely loved the unit, so happy it was such an easy process with her help!!! Cant wait to move in on Dec 1st

I wish I had a Dawn for every aspect of my life. She made the application process and moving experience seamless and stress free. The staff makes you feel like family and they were quick to respond to an issue I found while moving In. I can’t say enough good things about Dawn and the staff at this complex. Not to mention it’s gorgeous.

Yesterday we had an appointment with Dawn and we came in late and she was very understanding. Showed us the 2 bedroom unit and we were very impress on the beautiful apartment and the service. Dawn is such a pleasure to work with and she is very professional, courteous and inviting. We are looking forward to live here.

Based on the reviews I came out here to meet Mrs dawn because my spouse and I is looking for a place to call home. Reached out to her and was able to set up viewing as soon as possible. Very happy I didn’t hesitate as the experience was great the neighbors are very friends and family oriented in the area which is a huge plus she is very friendly and helpful in so many way she have no idea. I called dawn and viewed the home the same day.. went to her office filled and application then put a deposit.. and boom Saturday the 13th we moved.... easiest transaction and beautiful place... Dawn is really the best.. highly recommend

Living in a complex after moving from a house is not easy. Fairfield townehouse complex is beautiful. And the Lease Coordinator Melissa is the best. Melissa goes above and beyond to help you with any issues or concerns which makes you feel at peace knowing there is an employee that truly cares about you as a person.

During the visit Dawn showed us the space and provided us with the best option for our upcoming move. She took the extra time needed to explain all about the application process. Dawn she's a great leasing agent.

Dawn responded quickly via text message to our inquiry and provided all the answers we needed. We both work many hours and have limited time to talk on the phone during the day especially to set up a visit. During the visit Dawn showed us the space and provided us with the best option for our upcoming move. With little hesitation, we decided to make the transfer once our lease is up because of the amenities, comforting feeing of the townhouse and the assistance Dawn provided. Until we move, We know that she will be a text message away in order to answer any questions we may have.

Love the look and feel of the development...it’s more like a neighborhood. Unit is thoughtfully planned and laid out for family style living. Leasing agent is very accommodating. Great overall experience!

Meet with Dawn today to see the 3 bedroom townhouses. We tour the property and loved it. Looks like a great neighborhood to live in. I even had a chance to speak to one of the tenants on the street who's lived there for a year and said she has no complaints. Ask for Dawn she's a great leasing agent, very welcoming and friendly.

This development is fantastic. The staff is so nice and helpful. Dawn is the best she is always ready to help. The properties are all maintained very well and the houses are beautiful and very fairly priced. Would highly recommend this location to anybody!

we went to the leasing office the other day and they knows their property very well. i think we find the perfect metch for the house, it could not be any better. the neighberhood is very friendly and clean and have beatiful views and is neighbrohood is really quite as well.

Had such a great experience at Fairfield Coram townhomes with Dawn our leasing consultant. We came to her with needing an apartment more on the faster side. She took her time out and showed us all our available options and what we’re able to afford. She showed us beautiful apartments with three bedrooms which is what we were looking for. We were able to sit down and fill out an application and inquired about the great promotion of having free rent until January 2020. What an awesome deal for such a nice community ! Highly recommended!

I called the Leasing Office on Monday and spoke to Dawn we made an appointment on Saturday the property was beautiful I received professional customer service. I signed the lease that day! I am excited because I am a stony brook student and received a student discount

When I first applied for Fairfield apartments I thought it was going to be a while before I received any information regarding the apartment. But I literally received a text from dawn the leasing agent along with pictures she was so helpful and patient. We was able to set up a viewing for the apartment the same week. The apartment was nice and spacious and clean dawn providing me and my siblings with so much helpful information she made us feel comfortable I can’t wait to move in and share more great reviews about Fairfield

Went to look @ Fairfield Townhouses yesterday. First things first: Dawn is the best! She answered the phone and sent me 16 pictures on Labor Day. Yeah Labor Day! They were closed and I was just looking to leave a message. Anyway she and Melissa(another bit of awesomeness) helped me out. The whole development is being redone and maybe if you can see the forest through the tress you will realize that they are making it a great place to live. The people I saw as I was driving around seemed very at home. There are LOTS of kids. So if you are looking for a non family oriented place, it may not be for you. The fitness center is old and I was told will be redone. There are no hidden fees and I will be making this my new home. I will be leaving another review after move in in November. Highly recommended

Grandson went to Heatherwood and got a run around took apartment away from him. I made a last minute phone call and got this lady named dawn who helped me out finding a place for my grandson , he went in no problem dawn gave him everything he needed and I can’t stress enough how wonderful dawn was . Thank you again no more stress

Can’t believe how beautiful the renovations are! The place looks immaculate since being upgraded! Dawn went above and beyond to help us with our application process and was nothing short of awesome!

Use to love living here until , the rent starting going up so high, I know a lot of money has been invested, but I A lot has been left out! 1st - security, it’s supposed to be a gated community, not anymore. 2nd -the water and heat bill, why do tenants have to pay for a service charge that is more than the hot water. Crazy! And I still don’t understand how they calculate it! Not fair for me to pay for others! 3rd- very sloppy landscapers 4th - air conditioning and heat units are very old , my electric bill just went up more than double.

I am currently a stony brook student looking for housing for the upcoming semester. I recently applied for a 3 bedroom at Fairfield townhouses in coram with 2 of my friends. We were very impressed with the units that were shown to us and how easy and painless the process was to put in our application in. I am very excited for the upcoming school year knowing that will have the best living situation possible.

My family and I are currently looking for a new Fairfield Complex to live in since our lease is up soon. We visited a handful amount of other properties and fell in love with this one. The apartment was amazing and very spacious but what really made us apply was Dawn, the dedication, communication and her staying late for us to meet was what sent us over the top, she has such a positive vibe we really loved. We have never experienced help from any community like we did with her. As we were walking to tour the model apartment many residents stop to say hello to her, showing us how kind and friendly the community is! The application process was easy, quick and such delight. She was super nice with our 2 year old son and keeping him busy. We really appreciate Dawn and praying for good news in days to come! Thank you so much Dawn!

My mom & I both went down to Fairfield townhouse in Coram yesterday afternoon to meet with Dawn and was originally told there weren’t any more 3 bed room spaces available at the moment. We’ve been looking for a while and needed to find a space as soon as possible to move into. About an hour or two later Dawn called us back to tell us a 3 bed room she saw had just became available & to come back to the office so we could do our application! She was amazing, she even stayed late for us to get the application done and sent! Such a sweet & caring women. The townhouse is so beautiful & perfectly constructed. Everything looks so brand new & homely feeling! The residence we saw were super friendly. It was a great day for us both & look forward to hopefully being able to update more about this place in a few months! If your looking for something like this I would highly recommend!

I dont usually write reviews but I have to share how dedicated Dawn was to trying to assist my family with obtaining a rental. I went in yesterday at 4pm to meet with Dawn about a 3 bedroom rental I am in need of. When I arrived she told me that the unit would not be available until August. I told Dawn I needed a 3 bedroom immediately as I needed to move from where I'm staying. She stated that she may be coming into a couple of units and told me to come back and see her on 6/30. I left feeling a bit disappointed but hopeful that something would come up in my favor. Dawn called me back not even an hour later to tell me to come back that she had a cancellation on a 3 bedroom and that she immediately thought of me and that she was going to stay later to ensure that she put an application in for me. When I returned we completed an application and then I had to leave to go get a money order to hold the place and for my credit check. Dawn waited for me and when I returned we completed the process. I did not leave until after 9p. The reason why I had to write this review is because Dawn went above and beyond for me during this process. She was concerned with helping me and it showed. While I was with her she spoke of her plans for vacation and what she needed to do and I felt bad for keeping her past time assisting me. Dawn was like...don't worry about it and was only concerned with helping me and that type of dedication, care and concern goes a long way with me and is something that is not seen too often. It brings me great comfort and confidence that my potential time at Fairfield Townhomes will be a positive one. Dawn...Im not sure if you will read this but thank you very much for assisting me and putting my family before your own plans. I appreciate everything you did for me. I hope we didnt get you in too much trouble with the future hubby keeping you so late. Enjoy your trip. Seeing you in action yesterday shows me this vacation your taking is a well deserved one! This is my second time back. The new renovations are very attractive. I loved this place in 2017 and I’m sure I’ll love it even more. Dawn is such a great pressure to talk to and very hard worker. She stays extra time to accommodate everyone that needs her.

I am a tenant and the grounds are beautiful & they are continuously working however , for the amount of money we pay in rent we should have access to a wonderfully maintained "key pass" accessible gym with BRAND NEW WORKING EQUIPMENT! It should NOT only be when staff is available that is NOT CONVENIENT... I should not be paying such high rent & a gym membership.

First and foremost let me say that you don’t want to live here. This location was previously owned by brook wood properties. I never had any problems with previous management. It all started last summer when my central air stopped working in a heat wave. I called them numerous times but since the renovations they did not come out to me even after I went down to the property management office. After the first week it became unbareable as I have a young daughter with asthma. I eventually payed with my own money to have a private contractor add frion to my central ac unit. So after the second week goes by they finally came by to replace the unit because the future renovations didn’t have a quick fix in the budget. (The new apartments they’re renovating have new central air units). That was the first signs I only wish I would’ve moved out then.... next up was the termites that keep showing up in my bathtub shedding their wings. Every day I take new pictures and go right down to the management office to hear the same “we’re working on it” time and time again. When I was looking to see if I could somehow stop the infestation myself I moved the litter box set in my bathroom to reveal the severe leak I have from the bottom of my toilet. I have been in contact with them numerous times about this issue too. It’s hard for me to even get in contact with management at this point since they know my number.

Just signed a lease. The townhouses are beautiful. Really feels like a home. The pictures just don’t do them justice. Dawn in the leasing office was great, answered all of our questions and made the whole process feel less intimidating. Can’t wait to move in.

I've done tons or searching and visiting numerous places and no place is as beautiful or worth your money than Farifield. Ive even looked at other places just to be sure even after I fell in love with Fairfield and Ive realized that thats where I want to call home! I visited 3x and decided to apply today! Terrance and Dawn have truly been a pleasure to work with. They are making so many upgrades (quality stuff) to the grounds and making the appearance look awesome! Looking forward to joining the community this summer!!! The location is also perfect for everything!

My husband and I are transfers from another Fairfield to Fairfield Townhouse at Coram. I must say that we are very impressed with the upgrades inside the townhouse as well as on the outside. Everything was so high end... Absolutely beautiful. Dawn the leasing agent was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Very patient, kind, friendly and professional. Looking forward to our new season in this complex.

Today we Met with Donna at landmark and she referred us to the Coram Townehouse where we met with Dawn such and amazing person who give us a tour to a beautiful renovated apartment with amazing amenities. My wife and I recently went in to fill out an aplication, and were extreamly impressed with the professionalism and down to earth personality of the leasing agent we were dealing with(Dawn). Its been kind of stressful looking for a place to call home with a new baby,but Dawn made this expierence one of the best meetings weve had. She was able to answer all our concerns, questions and worries making the expience that much better. I cant begin to thank fairfield enough for bringing in Dawn to be part of their team.

My husband and I just moved from out of state and we had been searching over 3 months for a home for our family. We have small children so it was important to have a place that was comfortable for them. At any rate, we finally came across this subdivision and Dawn was so wonderful, we were able to move into our brand new home within a week of finding it.
