Property Ratings at Fairfield Trails
First night seen a roach crawling the wall. One of the worse mistakes I have ever made. After 3 day I tried to get out of my lease. To list ever thing that was wrong would take me forever. the property only thing good about it is the sign outside of the gate. Neighborhood is bad. property is horrible if you look at the foundation deep hole in the ground all around the pipes little to no grass. Kids have no place to place accept on a large cement square where a building use to be. Mangement is horrible they laugh when you tell them you have bugs. Their response was well put you on the list. Bug man may show up may not depends on if they really put you name in. If he does come, they say wait 3 more week for this to work. Apartments infested so they don't want you to call for another 3 weeks. Balcony was horrible couldn't sit out on it. Kitchen cabinets had to be replaced. Wondered did they even walk this apartment how could they even rent this crap. I unfortunately moved for different state, so I didn't get to view the apartment in person (shame on me) THAT LISTING IS SO WRONG STOCK PHOTOS. Maintenace rude couldn't fix a thing. I was actually without air conditioner for the better part of a month in summer of 2022. Maintenace stated laughing when I called regarding the roaches. I can go on and on. As you see I couldn't get out of my lease every time something went wrong ask over and over again. Horrible

The property managers are shady. They told us we’d have one steady bill and on my 1st month rent they added an extra $100 to our bill and said it was late fees on utilities. They won’t accept the base rent which I signed up for and they kept adding on different late fees thru the duration of my time there. They have a lot of under the table deals going on and a lot of hidden fees they won’t tell you about. These apartments are horrible, yea they look nice but it’s not worth your hard working money so don’t waste time with these snakes

I recently moved to Fairfield Trails about 24 days ago. A since I lived here the artic freeze happened. This staff and management team went into immediate superhero mode. They stayed in contact with the residence via the residence portal and they continued to assure the residence that they were in this freeze with them. And once this freeze was over they never hesitated once in jumping in and getting the property back to the normalcy it was prior to the freeze. The maintenance staff got all thing hot water related working properly and the leasing office staff got to work making sure that all tenants was ok and that the community as whole was fine. Yes this is a older building but this is a older building that has integrity and wisdom and class this is a older building that makes you feel home with a staff that feels like family. So I'm good with being in a older community thats built tough to last with a staff that cares about taking care of the pride and respect this community has and requires. So thank you Fairfield and Rockwell Management for giving me older place that is so well put together I feel young.

I've been at Fairfield trails for about 15 months now in a one bedroom with me my husband and small daughter. When we first moved in the rent was ideal and the apartment was perfect besides the parking. Management is awesome they really care about you when you express any grievances and make sure your situation is handled within 24 hours if not early the very next day. We've had problems with bugs and roaches because of our upstairs neighbors moving out and they migrated to our apartment. Gross. But we alerted the office and they helped as much as they could. Even though my lease will be up in a few months and I plan on moving, its not because of the apartment itself its I need more room for my daughter and her new little sister. I love the area and wish I could stay but the two bedroom is out of my price range. I would recommend Fairfield Trails to anyone.
