disgrace

the property manager is SO UNPROFESSIONAL ! There's always fighting and people selling drugs out their own homes a few people living there RENT FREE (INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES) literally I would rather sleep in my car A LOT OF SHOOTING AND GANG BANGERS which isn't their fault it's the community but still I'm scared for my kids to walk to the store or even sit on the stairs I really hope this gets to somebody

dirty and unsafe

apartments are infested with cockroaches especially during the warmer climates. you’d find swarms of them inside your home the moment you open the door when getting home from work. and at night, the liquor store across the street is very noisy with hoodlums revving their cars and doing burnouts. once in a while homeless people would walk around the apartments parking lot in the middle of the night and smash the residents car
