Along with an abundance of craft beer, you’ll find picturesque views of Lake Michigan, a thriving local economy, and a world-class collection of museums and galleries. Throughout the summer months, the community celebrates its diverse heritage through a series of festivals connected to the city’s differing cultures.
These fun-filled festivals include the African World Fest, German Fest, Irish Fest, Indian Summer Festival, and Feta Italiana. The annual Summerfest is the largest music festival in the world, and has been since 1999, featuring more than 800 acts over the course of 11 days. Property Ratings at Fairmount Meadows Apartments
Outdated....will not renew your lease for no VALID reason. RAT infested parking lots. Very poor management.
The apartment is okay, just has a lot of outdated repairs. They do not fix the interior unless they have too. Spiders spiders and spiders!!! Not to mention a lot of mice and rats in the parking lot. Hallways are always dirty and smelly. Never clean the carpet in the hallways. Laundry facilities are always filthy. You are better going to a laundromat. Rent goes up every year on this outdated apartment. Need I say more. Marijuana smell all the time. Not to mention that the office was remodeled with marble counters and cabinets but not the rest of the apartments. UPDATE: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! MICE MICE MICE!!!!! Tried calling the main number to the apartment and it was disconnected!!!!!
Originally, this property was ok. The management team was nice and helpful. After four months of living here, our storage in the basement was broken into. We told the office about it and they were unaware of it. They asked one of the sketchy maintenance mans who said he "forgot to tell them". The office opens when they feel like opening. The signs reds that they will be open at this time but they will open at another (whenever they feel like strolling in). Not to mention the rent goes up every year! An older lady was robbed in the parking lot in Sept of 2017. (DO NOT RENT HERE) btw: They offer "free" lights but there is literally no light in any bedroom or living room. You have to purchase lamps for every room.
